Comfortable but noisy - Shoes are very comfortable, but they are very squeaky when you walk which is pretty annoying.

It looks like a nice shoe but unfortunately it's short for its size or the toe box is too narrow as it pinches my big toe. The next size up would be way too big.

I was very dissapointed with this NB MW811. Was Wider than marked. Doesn't provide the liner stability expected and the plastic strip is very slippery on some surfaces!

New Balance's MW 811 (Velcro) Shoe was wider than I expected. Have to pull Velcro straps to full limit of strap. This spoils appearance a little. Other than that looks good, good grip & and works well for sailing. (My intended use)

I purchased a pair of these shoes a month ago and so far found them to be an excellent shoe so I just bought another pair in another color. I have difficulty using laces so the velcro is great. I have a very narrow foot and Zappos is the only place that had my size in the type shoe I wanted. Good selection. I like the free shipping and free 365 day return policy. I even got my last delivery 2-3 days before promised.

Very comfortable shoe! Great for air travel due to ease (hook and loop) of putting shoes back on after 'security'. Was advised to order a 'half' size larger than 'normal' size I wear. This was correct advice! This is my second pair. The 'new' model does not have 'reflective' lines on the heel area. It makes them a little 'dressier'!

I ordered the NB MW811 hook and loop shoes. They have the look of a athletic shoe but can be worn as a dress shoe. Easy to put on and my feet feel real comfortable when wearing these. I have a recurring callus on the bottom of one foot and wearing these shoes, you don\'t even notice or feel that it is there. No local stores had this particular style. Ordering from Zappos was really fast, received the shoes with 2-5 days.

I really am glad I ordered these easy-on/easy-off shoes. I often need to run short errands and these keep me from tying shoelaces several times a day. (Our family wears indoor shoes/slippers in the house). They are very comfortable as well and sized just right.

I am very pleased with everything Zappos does! I like ordering through the mail and the very prompt delivery of the shoes. I like the free two way mail service as well as the shoes always fit. The shoes look good and wear well. I have referred Zappos to my friends. I wear this style of shoe because it is hard for me to tie shoestrings. These are also great for airports!

I was born with very narrow feet. Narrow dress shoes are sometimes difficult to find. Casual shoes are almost impossible. I ordered a pair of New Balance from Zappos and my problem was solved. They are the most comfortable casual shoe I have owned.

I tried the NB811 because it said it was good for people with plantar facitis, which I have had. Since wearing my first pair (with a set of Good Feet insoles), I haven't had a problem. The shoes are comfortable and easy to put on with the hook and loop enclosures (bad back). I ordered another pair to have ready when ever this pair wears out.

This is third pair (same style) I have bought over the last three years. In between, I had tried other styles and brands, but none as comfortable as this style, so I switched back. No more aching feet.

I have deformed feet and struggle to find shoes. I have had these on my feet about 10 minutes....the second I put them on I stomped around the house saying "I love these shoes, I LOVE these shoes!" They are very stable when I stand, which is great because I have bowed legs and balance issues. They're kinda ugly in the photos but when I put them on I realized they seem clunky cool compared to the other shoes I purchased. Like them with my 80 retro jeans. I got the wide D size and I have plenty of room in all the right places. Thanks, Zappos!!!

Great shoes, we are a little older and they have roll bars to keep us upright, plus hook-and-loop fasteners. Great for walking and working. This is the third pair I have ordered.

I have bad ankles and wide feet and these shoes were very comfortable from the minute I put them on. Often I deal with swelling so the Hook and Loop really helps when that happens. These shoes are very comfortable.

I'm happy to write a review. I ordered these for my Dad the week before Christmas. The shoes were delivered to my door in less than 24 hours. They're exactly as described. Dad's happy and so am I.

My husband loves these shoes. He has a problem with the bottom of his heel, which we feel like is maybe a spur. Wearing these shoes has helped his pain. They look nice and he is a big fan of the velcro instead of shoestrings. Another good feature with Zappos is the free shipping and great return policy.

This company is amazing. I ordered shoes for a Christmas present four days before Christmas and was shocked that the next day they were on my front porch. They really are amazing. I ordered these shoes for my 81 year old father who resides in a nursing home. The shoes were part of his Christmas gift from us. I liked them because they don't have to be tied but have the velco. He cannot dress himself and it is easier for anyone helping him to get the shoes on and off. He loves them and says they are comfortable and fit him well. The convenience of ordering, shipping and return (if necessary) was the reason I ordered them from Zappos. My father is in West Virginia, I live in Richmond, VA. Returning them would have been convenient for the nursing home staff or anyone there returning them for him. Thanks for your super customer service and quality of products.

I love Zappos! You have the best service that I have ever encountered with any e-mail address by far! My Story: My brother, who is not well and lives in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, mentioned to me that his shoes were old, and hurt his feet. I found his size to be 13 EE. I got online with Zappos at 8:30 P.M. on a Wednesday. He had the shoes by noon the very next day, Thursday. He was shocked when the UPS truck came up his driveway. He loves the shoes, and had never heard of Zappos! Now he is a believer and a comfortable in his feet believer! Thank you!

I bought these New Balance shoes for my husband. He has problems with his feet.\r\nHe put them on and doesn\'t want to take them off.\r\nHe says they are extremely comfortable for walking and everyday wear. He wears sz 9 2EE and they fit perfectly.

These are great shoes for my 94 year old father. He needs help putting on his shoes and sometimes his feet swell. These are easy to take on and off and if his feet are a little swollen, the velcro makes it easy to keep them a little loose. When he walks (with assistance) they give him good support. Recommend for elderly and people with motor difficulties.

I have shopped at Zappos for at least 3 years. I have narrow (and long!) feet and find it harder and harder to find my size in stores. I know what brands fit me and have confidence in what I order. My husband has the same trouble, narrow feet. He has trouble tying his shoes and these shoes are just what he needs. In fact, I just ordered a second pair. I highly recommend Zappos. I usually receive the shoes the next day. How is that for service?

I'm a 70 year old diabetic with arthritis and bum knees. My wife thoughtfully ordered me a pair of these New Balance hook-and-loop walking shoes, and if she never gets me another present, I'll love her forever for this one! Last spring, I took a job in a local bookstore which keeps me on my feet all day long and was taking a terrible toll on my feet and legs. When my new shoes arrived, I swapped out the insoles for some more cushioned "gel soles" and my comfort has changed completely. I'm quite comfortable standing and walking all day long. Zappos service and return policy are great. My New Balance shoes fit well and I really like the straps rather than shoestrings. I like that I am able to adjust the fit when my feet swell up.
