What a wonderful world this would be if every business experience was like Zappos. I can't say enough for the fantastic staff that are above and beyond anyone you will ever deal with. They feel like great friends. Such a pleasure. They stuck with me until I got the right size for my hubby that wouldn't be caught shopping. They made it fun and saved my happy home. We ended up with the exact right New Balance shoes that we can continue to reorder. Many thanks to all.

These are a replacement pair for my worn-out, every-shoes, which lasted several years and are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Another plus is that they are made in the USA. They clean up nicely in the washer, too.

I bought these shoes for my father who has peripheral neuropathy in his feet and legs. They are wonderful. The adjustable strap helps to relieve pressure on his ankles when his feet enlarge from too much fluid. A wonderful price and service for such a great fit from a quality constructed shoe.

This is a good, solid American made walking shoe. It\'s very comfortable and practical.

Extremely comfortable and true to size and width. This is important because I'm a 4E width.I'm so happy with the shoe that I have them in all available colors.

I highly recommend these shoes. They are very comfortable and they put a spring in your step when walking. The hook & loop makes putting on and taking them off a breeze. They look great too! One note is they run about a half size small. I usually wear a 10.5 and I bought 11 and they fit perfect.

I have wide feet (4E).These shoes are very comfortable for continual use. I find them acceptable for most occasions except maybe for going to church on Sunday (for all I know anyway). I don't know a whole lot about style but I wouldn't wear them to a Wall Street job interview. On a casual basis, however, they're just fine. I really like these shoes. I have a similar pair (MW576) also, and on these I slightly loosen the top velcro tab and I can slip them on and off without using the tab and I can do it standing up without using my hands. We take our shoes off in the house, so this is extremely useful to me because I do a lot of coming and going into the house. Good shoe. Quite durable (haven't had to get a new pair yet after a year and a half of daily all-day use).

I bought 2 pairs of these shoes for my husband and he just loves them. He wears them everyday and has gotten many compliments and questions as to where he purchased them, etc.

I bought these for my son to replace MW927. The leather tongue on these looks better than the MW927. He doesn\'t notice a difference in comfort and these were cheaper. He has been wearing these for 6 weeks.

Great fit. My son loves these. Granted he is 9 and has a very large foot. These fit perfectly and look nice. They can even work as dress shoes.

My husband selected these shoes as one of 5 pairs he was considering. He was a little concerned about the Hook-and-Loop design, but yet wanted it because of the ease of putting the shoes on and taking them off. The velcro is strong and works great. He says they are the most comfortable shoes he has. In fact, after wearing them a few times for long days of sight-seeing, he liked them so well that we ordered the same shoe in bone for summer.

I wear a large and wide shoe which is hard to find just anywhere. My wife discovered Zappos and that we could purchase shoes on line. I am a repeat customer and am very happy with all of my shoe selections. The New Balance is comfortable and easy to put on.

This is a perfect shoe for my husband who has trouble tying shoe laces and needed a good walking shoe. Fits like other extremely comfortable New Balance walkers he has enjoyed and came in his EE width. Light enough for summer wear,yet sturdy and fine if it is wet weather unlike the really light summer athletic shoes. A little dressier than those and the color is good with tan slacks and other casual pants. Very successful choice.

I bought these for my husband. He said they are very comfortable and fit great. Sorry, I can't comment more on the shoe. But, I can say your customer service was wonderful. I ordered these shoes on a Tuesday. They came on Thursday or Friday, I don't remember. He had them for a Saturday picnic we were going too. I wasn't expecting they would come so soon.

I have a small foot deformity which causes painful sores when used with lace-up shoes. The hook and loop closure straps eliminate this problem. The shoes also accommodate well the ankle and leg braces I must wear to work. They also pass my employer's dress code which forbids sneakers. Other similar models by this manufacturer were durable, and I expect the same of these.

Like the velcro option, my shoes always becoming untied by getting tangled at work. Worm them several times. Can always depend on New Balance being true to size.

I wore NB993 for years. But I switched to the NB 811 (hook and loop) to ease pressure on my instep. This shoe is very comfortable. Closures enable me to adjust pressure on instep throughout the day, i.e. walking, sitting in a movie, etc.

I just tried several different brands of walking shoes, eliminating Propet and Brooks in favor of this very comfortable, stable walking shoe. In fact, I just purchased the black ones, and like them so well that I have now ordered them in bone.

I used to make my purchases at another shoe buy company. Same principles but not the selection. i have a medical condition requiring a very large and wide fit to accommodate swelling. I needed a walking shoe in black with strap closure and a 16 extra wide size. You had it and got it to me in a matter of a few days. The New Balance model i ordered has an outer sole that helps me in my need for stability in walking. They are superior to any selection from the other online shoe company. Better selection, more sizes, efficient online ordering, swift delivery. Eureka, i found it!

As a diabetic I need a shoe that will support me and not cause injury to my feet. This shoe is great not only for walking but for getting in and out of airports. Support is great and comfort is also great.

The New Balance model 927 that I used before, size 8.5 medium was a perfect fit. The 8.5 you sent me, model MW811 was too tight. So you sent me size 9 which was okay but not a perfect fit as on size 8.5 model 927. Why the difference in size between 927 and 811?

The shoe is comfortable and is a lazy man's shoe that doesn't require tying laces. The cost is overpriced, but when you have big feet, you buy what fits.

Fits a size wider - I personally like the MW575, but I can't get any from Zappos at this time so I tried the MW8ll, it fits a lot wider then the MW575 and doesn't look as good but other then that I give it 4 stars overall as it is comfortable and gives great support.
