I love these mules. I have wide feet and high arches and had to go up half a size. They were very stiff for the first wear or two but quickly softened up and are so comfortable. I use them for everyday errands since they are easy to walk in and quick to slid into. They tend to be a bit on heavy side so for a long day it is a good idea to have a change of shoes as my feet get tired.

I fell in love with these in the picture but they are even better in real life. They fit well./ They are heavy but still wonderful.

These are very sturdy, thick leather mules. They are extremely heavy, but that being said, they're great. They seem to run narrow on the foot, but I like it because they feel snug, and will not slip off my foot. I ordered the same size as all my other Frye boots and sandals, and they fit perfectly. They look great with jeans.

These are some of the coolest shoes in my closet. Yes, they're heavy, but once they're on for a few minutes, you don't feel any difference. Gorgeous chestnut leather color, wears very well. I have narrow feet and a high arch, so I wear thicker socks with these and I can walk around all day comfortably with zero fatigue. They are expensive, but these are definitely a case of getting what you pay for.

Well worth the investment - these are great looking and super comfortable. I thought they would require time to break in, but they were easy to wear from the first time I put them on. I also love the easy off and easy on that the mule style offers. Great boot Frye!

Love this shoe. I've never been interested in the classic Frye look but I wanted a clog without the cloginess and this is it. They feel great and are built with a kind of soundness you'd be hard-pressed to find in a shoe made in Asia. Trust me, I buy a lot of shoes (many not made in US). I've read complaints about the heaviness of the shoe. I don't have a problem with the weight at all and I'm not a big person. After years of open-backed shoes that I could break my ankle in, I feel like I could walk out in a field dotted with gopher holes and still have support. On the other hand, they look really good. I'm not seeing "nurse's shoe" when I look in the mirror. I'm a size 7 and after a few reviews claiming they run big I got a 6.5 because I plan on wearing these barefoot or with thin socks. I have a medium width foot and a high arch. The fit is perfect. Should I say it again? I love these.

These are amazing - great color. They look great with jeans or any straight leg pant. Very sturdy, comfortable and stable. Sassy too. I loved them so much I ordered them in black too. Sized it one size down to a 6 when I usually take a 6.5.

I love these. I work in a metals shop and have to protect my feet from metal shards and/or solder drips. These do the trick while also making me feel like a rock n roll cowgirl. Built to last, heavy and well made. I love them so much that I bought a second pair.

I loves these mules. I usually wear a 7.5 or an 8, but chose the 8 because of the narrow toe. They are heavy like a boot, so don't expect a light-weight slip on.

Love the style. Rubs slightly on the side of my big toe, but hoping it will stretch a bit in that area. Very stable to walk in as opposed to the Audra. Very well made but a little on the heavy side. I'll have to see how it fares for some distance walking. Wish I could get the same look and quality with a bit lighter weight.

Very comfortable. Good heel height even with bad knees. Only small issue is that buckled strap on the back hangs down over the heel no matter how much you tighten it. It's because of the design of the rings on the sides. But it actually looks cool like that, just not as pictured. I gets lots of complements on these shoes.

I love these shoes. They are heavy and do not feature a lot of padding but they are great with jeans for running around. I am happy with my purchase!

I've had these now for a while...and I love them. They are perfect for people like me who love the look of boots but not the feel of boots. I would buy them again in a heartbeat...but I know these will last me for a good long time.

I ordered these in a 7 because I have the boots in a 7. My feet were swimming in them. Zappos made the exchange for a 6 1/2 & only charged my credit card once. The shoes came the next day, both times! I love them. They look great with straight or boot leg jeans. I gave my daughter my boots but she's not going to get my mules! Zappos has the best service, period!

Great look and feel - This is my first pair of fryes and I have to say I really am enjoying them. After struggling with trying to find knee-high boots all winter (returning about $1000 worth of boots, only to discover that I have large calves) I have given up. I purchased these as a consolation and am so glad I did. I am still getting used to the low back to the shoe, but I really like the shoes. They are a little heavy as some folks have said, but I have gotten used to that. Also, they really do stretch out so definitely size down. I wear a 6 and got the 5 1/2 and they fit perfect the 2nd time I wore them. I would recommend wearing them around inside the first time just to get used to the fit and weight.

Love these Frye mules... Talk about a wonderful mule. The first time I wore them to work with a casual outfit; I got more comments than any other pair of shoes I have worn. And I have lots of shoes! Very comfortable out of the box, and not as heavy as I expected. They look so good!

Frye - Shoe needs wearing to break in. Do not walk far the first time.

LOVE LOVE, LOVE THESE SHOES!!! I'd wanted these for awhile... I love the look of a boot, but the ease of a mule. They are HOT! After reading about the sizing, I ordered a 6.5 instead of a 7 and that works perfectly for me. And Zappos had them to me in 24 hours. I totally recommend them and Zappos for all your shoe needs!

Great Looking High Quality Harness Mule - I have wide feet, which normally means I have trouble wearing Frye shoes. These are an exception. I can get my feet into them and be basically comfortable all day. They leather is gorgeous. The shoe is cool. I love them.

Great look and feel - I purchased the 1/2 size smaller based on most of the reviews. I have narrow feet so the mules fit just perfect. I have gotten quite a few compliments on the mules. Definitely worth the price paid.

Weird heel strap, but cute! I love these shoes. They were so comfortable from the minute I tried them on, although the heel strap doesn't have enough holes to adjust it for my narrow ankles. Because I have high arches, the front-inside edge of the shoe pushes against my inner arch, but I think that will loosen up as I wear them. I wear a wide 9.5 or a 10 M usually, but the 9.5 M fits me easily. I love the Chestnut color, but it is orangeier than it appears online. The shoes seem very durable, and they look great with boot-cut jeans.

Love these mules! I have always loved these shoes and finally ordered a pair in black and one in brown. They look great with jeans and have just enough heel to give me some height (I'm 5' 1"). They are heavy, but I got used to it. I've had them a month and am still breaking them in. There is a pressure point on the side of the large toe and where the top of the strap meets the foot. A little uncomfortable, but I know they will eventually mold to my foot. I did order a 1/2 size smaller (I wear a 7, ordered 6 1/2) and I'm glad I did. They fit perfect in length. The toe rub might be because of that or because the boot is narrow at the toe. Glad I bought them and Zappos service is always exceptional.
