I absolutly love these shoes! I was hesitant at first but was sold on the looks and concerned about the comfort. They are now my favorite pair of shoes for comfort and casual attire.

Love these shoes! I have the boots too but the shoes are so easy to get on and off, I wear them all the time! They are super comfy too. I'm usually a size 7 and ordered a 7 and they were a perfect fit, as opposed to the boots where I had to order one size up. Great with jeans!

Simply the most comfortable, yet stylish shoes I own! I own these in black and now chestnut, will probably get another pair in black since I wear them so much. They give a slender finish to boot cut jeans and fit like a glove. I wear with or without socks, depending on the weather. Always get compliments when I wear them. I wish they came in more colors!

I absolutely love these Frye Mules, although they are darker than they appear in the picture. I cannot wait for fall for me to be able to wear them!

I\'ve been wanting to get these and I am not disappointed. I like to wear with jeans to kick around. Wouldn\'t consider a walking shoe but you can wear for a long time and they are still comfortable. I am used to wearing a heavier shoe so I am okay with the weight. I like them!

Okay, first, I adore Zappos! Second, I love the style of this mule. They are biker meets western boot with major attitude. They are made extremely well and are worth the price since they will last forever. They do, however, run huge. How huge, you ask? Well, I usually wear shoes and boots in a size 11, or a 10 if the brand runs big. In these, I bought an 11...I could have fit my foot and my 8 year old's foot in them at the same time. I bought a 10...still way too big, felt very loose when I walked. I ended up with a size 9 1/2! This size fits me perfectly, and no, my heel doesn't "walk" on the actual shoe. The 9 1/2 fits around my heel perfectly! I cannot stress enough to size down!

These are beautiful mules. I have always wanted Frye Harness boots, but I have a narrow foot and find the heel too wide for me. I was hoping that the design of these shoes would give me the option of making the optional heel strap small enough to hold my heel in place since these mules are very heavy, but after careful inspection it doesn\'t seem to allow for more holes in the strap design. If you have a normal width foot, the shoe will probably work well.

I love these boots! They are so well made. The quality is amazing! I have knee issues and stand all day. But these fit and support really well. My knees have not botherd me at all while wearing these. These are some sturdy kickbutt boots!

I have a wide foot and was surprised that the 7 1/2 fit so well. Outstanding craftsmanship on this shoe. I'm sure I'll have these for many years!

Just as others said, it's a heavy shoe, and still feels heavy on my feet. But, nonetheless quite comfortable. I have narrow feet with a pretty flat instep, so a little foam pad on the bottom helped, and at least medium-weight socks. They are a snazzy sporty style, great with long boot cut pants, and appear indestructible. An investment.

I ordered a 1/2 size down like so many of the reviews suggested. When I got my mules I was afraid they were too small, I agonized over sending them back or seeing if they stretched. i decided to keep them, I wore them the first two times without socks and my feet were definitely a little sore afterward, but after that they really broke in, I'm so happy I didn't get the next size up. I wear them every chance I get, they are so bad, I feel like a female Clint Eastwood in these kickers!

Bought these on a whim and so glad I did. They are my first pair of Fryes and I'm already shopping for boots. Quality is impeccable. Worth every penny.

I am a woman in my 60s, so it’s getting a little harder to keep the "cool" image. But these shoes DO IT for sure. They are soo totally cool that not only do they get noticed and commented on, but they make you want to be sure your whole "look" matches. I always get a "lift" when I wear them. They are heavy, but not hard to wear. A real winner for me!

I used to own a pair of the full style Frye 'Harness Boots' when I was in high school...30 years ago! They lasted over 12 years. Loved them then; love them now, in this new 'Mule' style. Thought they might be a challenge to keep on my feet due to the weight of them (they have a substantial feel but are not "clunky") but had absolutely no trouble wearing them. They look really great with my boot-cut jeans and corduroy jeans. I found these Frye 'Harness' mules to be accurate in size and width as well as comfortable on my feet. My old Harness boots had no rubber soles and they wore out pretty quickly - was always needing to have them re-soled! Not so with these Harness mules; the have a very nice rubber sole and heel guard that not only protects the soles but cushions the foot and makes these boots very comfortable to wear. Love the color, too. Would definitely order these again.

I purchased these over the summer and have worn them a ton of times in the last few months. They are so comfortable. It took 3 or 4 wearings to break them in, but now I can wear them all day with no issues. One thing to consider is that they are heavy. Since the shoe is a mule, going up stairs is a little fun sometimes but they are worth it and I wouldn't trade them! Some people mentioned they thought they ran large. I purchased a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear and ended up exchanging them for my usual size.

Love these mules. Love my Frye buckle harness boots, but they can be a problem to take on and off at airport security. Well, the Frye buckle harness mule is the answer! Easy on and off at airport security and so comfortable to tromp around cobblestone streets in Europe in the dead of winter. And yes, with a thick pair of socks feet were warm and comfy even after walking all day long. They take a lickin' and keep on tickin'.

This mule/boot is fantastic! I have had a few other pairs and was really disappointed with comfort and wear of the previous shoes I owned by Frye but decided to stick with the brand since I have heard such good things. I was also impressed by the great reviews this mule already had. Would highly recommend for comfort and style.\r\nI am considering getting a second pair in the other color available since a good, comfortable, attractive mule is often hard to find.

Love these shoes! True to size (for me) med-wide width; the color is gorgeous! Broke-in feeling after the first wear; I have gotten many compliments on these for their boot-like appearance and true brown color. They really lengthen the leg with a boot cut jean. I can not say enough good things about these shoes; I have the harness 8R boot in blazer brown, but wish I had gotten the tan instead. Well worth the investment!

I love these mules. They are extremely comfortable. The fit allows me to wear comfortable socks (a little thicker and with some cushioning). They give the feel and look of boots without the hassle and extra weight of full boots. They are perfect to wear with jeans.

Terrific clogs! They look great with jeans and are very comfortable. I wear an 8 1/2 to 9; ordered the 8 1/2 in these clogs and still put an insert in the one with my smaller foot. That works great!
