These shoes were perfect for me. Great color and size, they worked like magic to me and I just hope you will try them.

First of all, if you've never tried Mephistos, they're an absolute must. Bought my first pair when I was trekking through Italy 15 years ago. They are the most comfortable sandals in the world. These pair proved the same. Great fit, great comfort, and even pretty good style. I highly recommend them.

Zappos is the best. I never hesitate to buy stuff from them because they make returns so easy. It is better than driving to a local store (I feel bad about that somewhat). My local store did not have my size and were going out of biz so I ordered from Zappos. Shoes are great.

I normally wear an 11AAA shoe and it is difficult to find shoes in my size. The Hannel can be tightened to fit my narrow foot and I have purchased 5 pairs of these shoes over the last 2-3 years. They do not need "breaking in" and are very comfortable from the moment you slip into them the first time. I will keep buying these sandals and other Mephisto shoes for their comfort, style, and quality.

I have wide feet, but this style Mephisto fits me just fine. This is the third pair that I have purchased. They are comfortable and provide very good support. I am able to walk for hours in these shoes. I did follow the Mephisto suggestion and ordered a size up. The fit is perfect.

I have four pairs and have been wearing them for years for my problematic feet (I have had bunion surgery on both feet, have sensitive forefoot, slight pronation, and occasional neuroma. I had no worn them as much recently until my neuroma started acting up. These are about the only shoes I wear since then. I feel no pain with these. I have a slightly wide forefoot and they fit me well in the width. I wear a size 6 shoe and bought them in both 36 and 37 since I am between sizes. The 36 fit better, but my rather long toes hang over the edge a little bit. Great arch support. At the moment they are a lifesaver.

Love these shoes! Lots of arch support. The upper strap is high enough up the foot that I never feel as though the sandal will fall off. Just got back from a vacation with lots of walking. The nubuck did stretch out a bit and I'm taking the shoes in to have one more hole punched so I can further tighten the straps. I highly recommend these shoes for their comfort and their earthy look.

I wore these in Chicago on the 4th of July. We walked from the Essex Inn on Michigan Ave. all the way to Navy Pier and back. They were so comfortable right out of the box!

This is my 4th pair of Hannels in about as many years. They have excellent support and look great. Here\'s hoping Mephisto keeps making them for many years to come.

This expensive shoe lasts forever! I have another pair of the Hannel sandals that I bought 4 years ago. I wear them through every season. Since back surgery, this is the only shoe for me. I have tried other brands but my aching back sends me right back to this sandal. Great product!

I love these shoes! I tried 9 pair before I found these. I have neuromas under both feet and need a "cushy" walk. These are great. The only slightly negative is the amount they have stretched.

I love these shoes! This was my first pair of Mephistos and I've already ordered a second pair. I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes are VERY supportive. I like them better than the well known B brand. I am typically a size 9 and ordered a 39. They fit great! No break in period!

I am wearing these all over the cobbled streets of Rome right now. They are great. They do not rub and they fit snugly on my foot even though there is no back strap. I like the way they are not clunky like a Birkenstock. I always travel with at least two pairs of Mephistos. Comfortable shoes are the key to enjoyable travel.

I have had plantar fasciitis for two years and this is the only sandal I have found that provides the arch support that I need. The shoes have been comfortable right from the start and I can walk and stand in them without pain. I love them!

I'm very happy with the Mephisto sandals that I ordered from Zappos.com. They had a full color and size selection which is almost impossible to find at a store now. They provide great arch support (the Hannel and Helen are the ones I've had) and they arrived very quickly! Great service. I would definitely order from zappos.com again.

This is my 5th or 6th pair of Mephistos, and they really are amazing! The best support for anyone, especially us with feet issues. I have a Morton's Neuroma (pinched nerve between the toes) and these shoes really help. I am going to order another color soon. One thing, they run a trifle short. I am keeping the size 41 that I ordered - that is what I usually wear, since I am a size 10, but it's just barely long enough. This style works for my narrow feet because the straps adjust.

Knowing Mephisto's reputation for good quality, I ordered these sandals for an upcoming trip to Europe. I wanted something comfortable and stylish. These sandals are both! The foot bed is cushioned and super good feeling on your feet and they look great with pants or skirts. I thought I'd have to 'break' them in but they were all-day-wearable right out of the box. I liked them so much I immediately bought another pair in the black patent leather. These are awesomely comfortable sandals and I whole-heartedly recommend them!

My favorite sandal! My foot is a little narrow and these sandals fit perfectly, better than the famous brand that begins with the letter B. They so not require a break-in period. Yes, expensive, but quality and comfort are worth it!

Mephisto Hannel - Great Shoe - Very comfortable and sturdy sandal. Stays on a narrow foot. Stylish too. Would definitely buy again. Runs a little smaller than normal size.

A great sandal! I love my Mephisto Hannell sandals! The are attractive on the foot and they can be adjusted to fit my narrow feet. The arch support is wonderful and they keep my plantar fasciitis at bay. Wish I could own this sandal in every color offered.

I love these sandals - no break-in period and quite stylish. I have fallen arches and the arch support is great. I can walk all day in these sandals. When I first received the sandals it felt a little loose but after adjusting the straps they fit perfectly. Zappos service is great. I received my sandals within one week. I'll be ordering more Mephistos from Zappos.

Great sandal - I have back problems and have foumd Mephisto to be the only brand I can add my orthotic to and stand comfortably for hours.

The perfect sandal - Love these sandals so much I ordered a second pair a week later. Little break in and excellent arch support. Due to my heel spur, Mephisto sandals are the only brand that I can wear without my custom orthotic. Thank you Mephisto! Thank you Zappos for excellent customer service!

Five Star Wonder - These sandals are comfortable right out of the box. The straps don't rub even in my area's incredible humid summers. The style works with very casual jeans and dressier slacks or skirts.

These sandals are wonderful and they're so comfy. I've never owned sandals with a cork footbed before and was a little concerned that they might be too stiff. Once I put them on, I never wanted to take them off! I tried Birkenstocks but those were way too stiff. These are the most comfortable sandals with great arch support.
