Great shoe! This shoe looks great and is very comfortable.

A great sandal! The Hannel is perfect right out of the box - no breaking-in period at all. The footbed is unbelievably soft. I've worn Birks for years and there's no comparison; Mephisto is so much nicer. I told my husband, if a Birk is about a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10 comfort-wise, then Mephistos are probably a 25. Highly recommended!

Wonderful, comfortable shoe - I was able to wear this shoe all day the very first day. I haven't had any Mephistos for far too long and had forgotten how supportive and comfortable they are. The sizing was accurate and the shoe is perfect. It's my "go to" shoe for everyday wear. My feet and I thank you. And, Zappos should be the model for all internet sales companies. The customer friendly service and efficiency are amazing. Why buy shoes elsewhere?

Mephisto Hannel - A great, comfortable, and good looking sandal. I got the leopard patent, and even my children think they are cute.

I Simply LOVE This Sandal!!! I simply love this sandal and I totally love Mephisto’s! Excellent arch support. You must always order a size smaller when you buy Mephisto sandals. I LOVE this pink color. Hopefully Mephisto’s will come out with more pink sandals soon...

Great pick, worth the price! I have a very high arch and very flexible foot; I have orthotics for all my shoes. My orthotics cost over $400! I don't need them with these shoes. They are so comfortable and so very cute. Lots of compliments. I recommend these.

Wonderful! Each and every pair (on my third) I've had is wonderful from the day I receive them. Plantar Fasciitis had me rethinking my shoe selection and I found these sandals and they give me just the support I need. I'm amazed at how comfortable they are all day. Wear them in warm weather then throw on socks and wear them in cool. You can't go wrong with these sandals.

Great fit, look - Mephisto is my first choice in sandals, these I found at Zappos are really comfortable, they fit my foot perfectly - and they are really cool looking - everyone comments on "the look", and of course buying from Zappos means I had a better selection than any store - I have not seen my particular sandals anywhere else.

Love this shoe - Great-looking sandal. Very comfortable. Looks good with both semi-dressy and casual clothes. And Mephistos last forever!

Mephisto Hannel comfort - This is my 2nd pair of Mephisto Hannel sandals - with my plantar fasciitis problems they are one of the only sandals I can comfortably walk in for any distance. They aren't the most attractive but I’ll take comfort any day! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants comfort...

Mephistos are great! I have worn Mephistos for several years, I work in retail so to wear the same shoe for 8+ hours and still say they are comfortable is a positive. I ordered the animal print in the Hannel and I already had the black ones, so I ordered the same size, the fit is the same, the quality is the same as well as the comfort. I would recommend this shoe and will order the Elka next!

Loving my Mephistos - I had back surgery a few months ago and needed a sandal with really good arch support. This sandal definitely fits that description. It's a very sporty look--not meant to dress up. The adjustable straps are nice too. It does run a little bit large so I needed to go down a size.

I loved the way these shoes looked. I had to wear them around a bit to break them in. overall a really cute sandal.

Hannel - I have difficult feet to fit, and unfortunately, the strap rubs against my bunion, even with loosening the strap. So I have to return them.

Love these shoes - These fit true-to-size. Had ordered one size larger, as recommended, but they didn't fit. They are narrow enough for my high arched a-to-b width feet. Also have Afida style. It is too flexible in the sole, and fall off. Although a really pretty shoe.

Comfort + Mephistos Hannel is my favorite shoe right now--so much so that I have it in two colors. It's comfortable and good looking. It's a little pricey, but worth it for the comfort.

Love them! These are just awesome!!! Probably one of the most comfortable Mephisto sandals....And, being French, I own quite a few of them....They are made in France and everybody buys them in France (they are a bit cheaper over there). You can walk in them for hours. I have disc problems and had a sciatica for 6 months not that long ago and Mephisto were the only sandals I could walk in....Love the leopard pattern. They are the ones I bought.

The best sandal I have ever owned. So worth it. Zappos is the way to go for shoe shopping.

Pleased with my purchase - Hannel has really good arch support - almost too good. After about 4 hours in them I need to take them off because my arches hurt, but I think I will get used to them. I love the cork soles, my feet don't stick to them and they're cushiony and supportive. The inside of the straps is soft and they're easy to adjust. The size is true - I am wearing a size 42, but in a closed toe shoe this size is usually too short because I really need almost a size 11 1/2, which nobody makes. Not the Cutest shoe, but comfort is more important to me!

Love it! Felt great the first time I wore it. Purchased the shoe in many colors to compliment my wardrobe. Having had foot surgery, there are not many shoes I can wear. This is one that works for me.

Great Sandal! Fit is true to size, comfort is extraordinary! Got rid of cheap flip flops - all I need is this shoe. Great with casual dresses/skirts, pants, shorts. Will most likely buy more colors in the future. Would like to see more "high end" looks like the black patent leather, to get away from the "granola" look.

The Ahhhh Shoe - For years I have had a problem with my feet. I am flat footed and it is really hard to find a comfortable shoe. About 6 months ago a shoe salesman talked me in to trying the Hannel on and I have not had them off since. I now own 3 pairs. Recently I developed plantar Fasciitis (VERY PAINFULL) My foot surgeon picked up my shoe and said "This is the best shoe made" I could not wear them for a couple of weeks, but am now better and my feet are happy again.

Finally! I have been trying to find a shoe that would leave my feet feeling refreshed after a day at work on my feet. I finally found one. I will be buying more Mephisto's in the future.
