Fantastic Boot! I bought these for my wife as a Christmas present and she absolutely loves them. She wears a size 6 but I got her a 6 1/2 and she says that they fit nicely. Zappos is the best place on the web to shop for shoes. First class customer service!

Authentic cowgirl style - I am so pleased with my first pair of Lucchese boots, as well as my first Zappos purchase. I was apprehensive on both counts, but having sold boots years back, I remembered Lucchese being one of a handful of high quality, handmade boots on the market, so I decided to treat myself to a top-knotch, highly reputable company. As for Zappos, reading multiples reviews eased my mind a bit. All I have to say is my gamble paid off. Not only did I receive a beautiful pair of boots, but they arrived a mere two days after I ordered them(!) When I first slipped them on, they felt a little tight, but switching from a boot sock to a regular crew sock did the trick. I recommend keeping cedar boot trees in your boots when storing them for a period of time. I love the way these boots look on, and how they add sass and strut to any outfit!

Absolutely gorgeous, but the fit is not forgiving. My left foot is a 7 and my right is 6.5. With the size 7 pair, I could easily kick my right boot off. The 6.5 pair had a painful pressure point on my left arch. I do suspect that the 6.5 pair was a bit defective, though. The leather coloration was also really off between the two boots on that pair, but fine on the 7s, which had no pressure points.

Great boot – Felt great right out of the box. No break-in required. I have problem feet and it takes me some trial and error to find shoes that do not kill my feet. These have been perfect, so far. They offer great support and any terrain feels solid under these boots.

They are really cute, but run a little big. I normally wear a 7.5, but there is a lot of room in the toe and my foot pulls out of them at the heel when I walk. Going to try to get a 7 and see if that’s better!

Great Boots- These cowboy boots came sooner than expected. So Nice! The fit is good, like a glove and a little snug in the midfoot on my right foot. I like the low heel and I feel stylish when I wear them with jeans. The leather is less substantial than they appeared on line but it is nice to have lightweight boots.

Westfield Shopper - Product came quickly...the next day to be exact. The boot is exactly as I had hoped it would be and looked just like its picture. The fit is great and quality is good.

I ordered these boots not once, but twice. The first time I ordered the regular fit because I have never thought of myself as having wide feet. When I attempted to slip them on, my foot wouldn't even get past the boot's ankle area. I immediately sent them back and tried again with the c wide. This time my foot (with a lot of help from my arms) made its way in. The style was great, the color was even better, my calves...not so much. For all you ladies who intend the wear these over skinny jeans or leggings and are a little thick in the legs, the 13 inch shaft is not enough. I am 5'3" and it hits right at the thickest part of my leg, not flattering. And so, I shall return them and keep on the hunt for the perfect boot.

Lucchese's N4540 - Outstanding boot, very comfortable, great style and have received numerous compliments on the boot. Great looking toe and heel, well constructed boot. Very good fit from the first time they were worn.

I have always dreamed of a great quality pair of boots like Lucchese. I read like a zillion reviews and looked at a million boots before deciding on these. My dream became a reality and I was fortunate enough to find this pair on a steep discount. I absolutely loved them. Until today. I have not even worn these much just enough to break in anyways upon pulling these boots off today I nearly sent myself to the ER. I felt something rip into my foot and I told my husband that a nail was sticking into my foot and that we were going to have to cut the boot off. A nail from the inside of the boot was sticking into and stuck in my foot. I was able to unhitch my foot from the nail and shift it to the side and pull them off. A razor sharp boot nail dropped out of the boot. This is absolutely unacceptable. These were the most expensive shoes that I have ever bought in my life and the biggest let down. None of my cheap shoes ever managed to shank me. I am so disappointed in Lucchese. That was the most painful shoe experience of my life. They are drop dead gorgeous but apparently drop dead painful as well. There is absolutely no excuse. I am so disappointed in this brand and so is my pained foot.

These were pretty boots and they fit well. I didn’t like though that the box they came in had just a flimsy piece of wrinkled up tissue paper in the shoebox. It just felt like they were thrown in there and didn’t feel new.

My first Lucchese boots and I love them! I wear a 6 in regular shoes but wear a 6.5 or 7 in boots. I purchased the 6.5 and it fits perfectly. They are comfortable right out of the box. I have a very high arch and I was able to get these boots on my feet with no problem. They are snug and not a lot of heel slipage. They will only get better with use. I love the light tan color and distressed look. It’s going to look great with dresses and jean skirts. A very cool boot. They are expensive but you are paying for top quality craftsmanship and comfort. These boots will last a lifetime!

Awesome boots...need some stretching to get into them but after that, they are the best!

I bought these boots for my Mom's birthday last year. She loves them! We both wear a size 8.5-9 and the 8.5B fit well. They fit perfectly straight from the box and got better and better with each wear. The color is fantastic as it goes with everything. Lucchese boots cost a little more, but there is nothing like the fit and comfort of Lucchese boots. Nothing but praise for these boots.

I have been eyeing these for a very long time! I wore them on the first day for 8 hours and they were so very comfortable. They were great on the dance floor and even riding a mechanical bull. I was walking all over the place and I felt powerful in these boots!

Most amazingly comfortable boot from the get go. I have major foot problems due to too many years playing sports, broken toes, nerve damage, surgery, etc. I tried on millions of boots to find these. Love the calf leather version. Ultra stylish and comfortable!

Excellent boot from the start! I wanted to invest in a nice pair of boots and this pair was totally worth it. There was no "breaking in" period necessary. Comfy from the get-go and the color is very versatile - looks great with everything. I highly recommend these boots!

I have never owned a pair of cowboy boots. I saw friends wear them, I had no clue what they are supposed to fit like, what they look like up close, what they are supposed to be. All my research was done online, and mostly thanks to reviews on Zappos for these specific boots. I bought this pair over others. Let me just say that I absolutely love these boots. I normally wear an 8, they did not have my size, so I ordered half a size larger, 8½. I also ordered wide-C because I have wide feet and the reviews here said these run narrower. They fit perfectly. I do not know what cowboy boots are supposed to fit like, but these fit awesomely! These boots are so soft and the skin is chosen so well! Some of the stitching on the sole of the boots is not perfectly straight on, but that is how I know they were hand-made. If I wanted to wear these in warmer weather, they would probably be a little large because my feet slide a little bit with thicker socks even. I live in a cold state, so was planning on wearing these in 30-40° degree weather (maybe with snow, maybe without snow?) on thicker wool socks, so buying these slightly larger will hopefully be beneficial. The stitching is beautiful. Where I live not many people wear them, so these have been attracting attention like crazy! Thank you, Zappos!

I can't say enough good things about these boots. Based on the reviews here, I bought them for a 2 week trip to Europe. I had been suffering from plantar fasciitis and didn't know how I'd be able to do any sightseeing since even limited walking was painful. I ordered a broad range of boots/shoes from Zappos and had to return them all. Finally, I stumbled on to these boots and they saved my trip. They felt great from the first try on (but I did have to try several sizes, which was easy thanks to Zappos). I settled on the 7.5 (I normally take an 8) since I was going to wear them with a thick boot sock (Dan Post brand is great). I did a 6 mile trek around Paris one day, with virtually no problems. I also felt much more stylish than I would have in sneakers or comfort brand shoes. I love these boots so much, I even wear them to the office (I'm a lawyer). I plan to buy another pair of Lucchese boots and probably black, which will blend better with my office attire. My foot is finally getting better and I give these boots all the credit.

I have owned this exact model of boots for 8 years now, and they look perfect! The perfect amount of "broken-in". They are super comfortable, make me feel sturdy, and I love them more each time I wear them. I get tons of compliments on them, and I'm not really a "country girl". Great with jeans, maxi skirts, sun dresses, you name it. I feel like I will be wearing these boots for several more decades because of the durability, and the fact that they will never go out of style! They are definitely worth the price!

I got these boots in the destroyed Mad Dog version about four years ago and they just keep getting better! They did take a few weeks to mold to my foot, but the comfort and quality are great and they go with just about everything.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these boots!! I've had them since 2005, and I've put many miles on them and they have NEVER hurt my feet. This includes wearing them while walking all over NYC the first week that I owned them. After 7 years, they are still in great shape, which says a lot about the quality of the craftsmanship. They're well worth every penny!

I hesitated at the price, but have to admit, these are the best boots I have ever owned. After wearing a couple of times, they will mold to your feet. They are beautiful and fit me true to size.

This boot fits like a glove! It feels like a custom boot! The comfort is far superior from any other boot!
