A size 7 is 9.25" long. These are 10.25 inches long, 2 sizes larger so are a 9, but tag shows 7, so I'm guessing it is a man's boot, although I ordered a women's boot size 7.

I tried with these boots, honestly, I did! I wear 6.5/7 and 37 in European standards. I had ordered these boots in my regular size, typically always a 7. I ordered another pair, one size down, still too big. I ordered again, and had to send them back as well, with another size down, it was then too small. Loved the look, but super bummed that I am striking out on boots on this platform.

Something is wrong with these boots. The inside seam is unglued forming a folding ridge at the ankle and there is no insole cushioning at all. Please resend/exchange. I am willing to try again as an exchange, but check the quality first please.

The women's size chart and the actual sizes are a complete mess. On the website the foot length in cm is absolutely not true to the size chart. I chose my size based on the info in centimeters. My foot is almost 27 cm, so the corresponding US Women's boot size was 11. I wear 11 sometimes, so I thought that the corresponding EU size digits (44.5) were wrong - have you seen a European foot size 44.5 being 26.7 cm long? Please show me if you find one. When the boots arrived, it was a shock! They were huge, true 44-45 EU size, BUT the tag on the boot indicated US11=EU42(!)=UK8(!!)=27cm when it's actually EU 44-45 and 29 cm. So, what should I believe: the size chart on the website, the info on the shoe tag, or common sense and measuring tape? And who will refund me the money and reimburse the shipping costs (boots were shipped to my friend in the US and she shipped them to me to Ukraine)?

Shaft supposed to be 14 1/2. Mine measured at 13 1/2. The rest of it fit fine. Returning.
