Toasty! I love this boot. The weather's not that extreme in CA, but still, excellent cold weather boot. Fit well, looks great, super fast shipping. Ordered it Friday, got it Monday.

Thrilled with these boots! I cannot say enough about these boots...they are just fantastic! I don't find them too stiff or constricting (and I do have a big calf). I did order one half size up, and they are perfect with either a thick or thin sock. The boot is also attractive and toasty warm...what more can you ask for? And last but certainly not least, Zappos gets an A+ for great service!

A beautiful, well built boot- I purchased this boot for my wife for Christmas. It is even better looking out of the box than in the picture. A very attractive and well built boot. I can't say enough for the Zappos service, which is very fast. I haven't had to return anything, but it seems that it would be easy to do. I followed a reviewer’s advice to purchase the boot a half size large. With the use of a heavy sock it seemed to be good advice.

Stellar, warm boots! Very hard to find boots this great. I have three pairs and will order more! Easy around the ranch, and after ski, these boots are as warm as advertised!

Amazing! My feet used to be cold all the time in the winter, until I got these boots! They are amazingly warm and comfortable and look great on top of everything! They make me happy every time I wear them. I recommended them to all my friends.

Best of both worlds - I am a picky shoe shopper and at the age of 25, living in New England, I thought it high time to purchase a pair of snow boots. Sounds easy - but finding a pair that are practical AND fashionable proved nearly impossible. My Sorel's are waterproof and warm as can be, and also solicit many compliments! I would recommend these to any woman as they come in many colors!

Sorel Waterfall- GREAT boots! Very comfy, warm, and stylish. They look great with jeans. I read the reviews and bought 1/2 size bigger than usual, which was good advice. I did so, and they fit perfectly.

Great Boot for Work or Play - I really liked the first sorrel boot I purchased from Zappos and it lasted the entire winter in the outside, on the ramp and covered in glycol. I work for an airline and the ramp eats the soles of shoes quickly, but my sorrels last longer than other boots I've had in the past. They are about a half size bigger than your foot, but the heavy socks I wear wouldn't fit if I purchased a half size down. Also, I have high arches and there is enough room for an after-market insole to be put in...Great service from zappos!

Exactly what I was looking for - Just received my boots. I am an typically a 8.5, but ordered a 9 which is perfect. The upper part of the boot is not tight around my calf as others suggested. The boot zips up easily. These boots are very substantial. I was looking for a functional boot, not fashion, but these boots are not bad looking at all. They are also an excellent value for the quality. I look forward to wearing them this winter in Boston.

Sorel Waterfall - My daughter is going to college in a very cold climate and Sorel was the most highly recommended boot. When they arrived I could see why, they are very well made, heavy duty, weather rated, completely water proof and cute enougth to wear on a college campus!

Great boots for those of us in the cold! I live on one of the Great Lakes, and our winters are brutal. These boots are toasty and keep my feet dry. I ordered my normal size and they fit great.

Let me tell you all first that zappos has the fastest delivery, Especially since I live in fairbanks alaska. Everything takes weeks to get up to this part of the world, however Zappos managed to get my shoes within days. The boots are very comfortable and really warm, by the way it goes with everything in my closet. Thank you zappos.

I needed a pair of warm boots because we were making a trip to Mongolia to visit our daugther. These boots fit the bill. With a pair of smartwool socks my feet stayed warm and with the temps being about 30 below I never had cold feet. I wore them around the house to break them in because we were going to walking alot otherwise they were a bit stiff. I normally wear a 5 but ordered a 5.5 and was glad I did.

The Best Boots - These are great boots for tough cold like Minnesota winters. Nice looking and really comfortable. And this company is awesome! I'll never buy shoes or boots in the stores again.

Very happy with this boot - The reviews on this site scared me. But when I got my boots I was relieved. They do look great and are a good alternative to those Uggs...especially since these seem more sturdy. I can and do tuck my jeans into these boots. I'm just glad to have waterproof, comfortable boots. They are not tight to the calve so you get a bit of shifting around when you walk...but there is no discomfort, unless you haven't shaved your legs for a while...

Very Warm, Wonderful Boots - These are great boots. If I was to buy another pair, I would go up a half-size (seems to be a Sorel thing) but I love them and the size will be fine since I don't plan to wear heavy socks with them. Great for blizzards!

Great boot, performed well in Boston snow and very nice looking. Flax goes very well with khaki pants. My only complaint is they're a little snug - I very consistently wear an 8, but I really should have ordered an 8.5.

Great Looking boots - The boots felt quite stiff, especially around the calfs, when I first tried them on...maybe I should've given them a chance. Zappos handled the return exceptionally well! Excellent customer service! I've bought shoes from Zappos before, but this is my first return. I exchanged the boots for a different style and Zappos credited me my refund on the spot. Thanks!!! I will definitely be back for more.

Toasty Warm - Great boot, nice and warm. My only complaint is that the zipper is hard to get up now and then.

eye-catching look - The boot is extremely comfy, good looking, very supportive in the ankle area, and my friends just love it. To me it is one of those boots you notice and say "nice boot"

Sorel Waterfall/ color:Buffalo - These boots came in 2 days by UPS. Wow! I am very happy with them, they are true to color, a dark brown,(almost like espresso) and very comfortable. I usually wear 8.5 sandalor a 9 in a closed toe shoe. I ordered a 9.5 and they fit perfectly with medium weight socks. I have an average calf, they felt a little stiff, not too tight, but I expect them to loosen up a bit with wear. The look is great as far as snow boots go.I was looking for something I could slosh around in that still had a bit of style. I'll be able to wear them shopping and on errands and not feel like I'm going hunting or fishing. As far as warmth goes, we'll see, as it's only November and I haven't put them to the test yet. I like the pull on style for convenience on those cold nights that I have to take the dogs out and I don't want to mess with laces.I recommend these boots, and Zappo's is one of the few stores online that has the Buffalo color in stock in my size. It is very difficult to find.

Sorel Waterfall review - Very cute, picture is accurate in color. Mid-shin height, perfect for NY winter. Not as comfortable as Uggs, but very durable.
