Great shoe - I love my shoes for walking. Looks are ok, but for the comfort it is a great buy

Earth Energetic - I own several pairs of Earth shoes. The balls of my feet were painful all the time until I found these shoes again. The Earth Energetic is very comfortable but does run about a half size too small. No more aching feet and my lower back is stronger now. I will always wear these shoes.

Great Shoes! These shoes are wonderful for walking. I had to give up my daily walks until I got these shoes. I did, however, order 1/2 size larger than I normally wear. I did this based on the online reviews that I had read. And, they are a perfect fit, and my feet are very happy. There was no break in time - instant comfort and plenty of toe room. I don't agree with the person who said they were ugly. They don't look any different than any other walking shoe.

Great shoe for aerobics and strength training - I find that the negative heel really helps my problem with my lower back. It also helps alleviate some of the tightness in my neck and shoulder.

Bewat the foot surgeries and the "custom made orthotics" I love my earth shoes! 5 foot surgeries, countless "orthotics-all of which made my feet worse and worse because they all have heels!) all the surgeries were unnecessary ( because the unoperated feet got better after wearing Earth!)

Earth shoes redux - I wore Earth shoes when they first came out and here I am again -- in love with a shoe! Such comfort, my back doesn't ache -- thank you Earth shoes.

Earth Energetic Fitness shoes - My knees were killing me going for walks on sidewalks in downtown Seattle and fitness walking on the waterfront. I read about these shoes on the internet and decided to give them a try. I was very pleased how comfortable they are! I took them out for a 5 mile fitness walk the first day and with no knee pain! My feet weren't tired at all. I was so impressed I decided to try them while I taught my morning step aerobics class. A little wierd at first to balance on the step but again no knee pain. These shoes rule!

My walking shoes - This is my first pair of athletic shoes by earth, but i have 6 other types of earth shoes. They run small, but once I had the correct size, there were great. Do not expect to put them on and fly off. The negative heel takes 2-3 wearing before your adjust to it. They are very comfortable.

GREAT - I am a Nurse - I stand on my feet and run all day. I have also had back surgery. Bought these shoes - felt unused muscles stretching for the first 2 days (probably because I was now standing up straight!) and HAVE NEVER HAD BACK PAIN AGAIN. Been wearing these for 3 months - they feel so great that I use them to exercise in also. I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 in exercise shoes - wore a 9 in these.

Totaly fit! I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I do high impact aerobics, step, and pump iron. For me, this is great fitness shoes. Great for squatting, lunges, and for stability workouts. Feels great for my back due to old weight training injury. Great for the arch support. Great for stretching the hamstrings, glutes, archilles tendon and calf muscles due to the negative heel design. I did however, go half size larger. I wear 8 1/2 but with Earth Energetic, I had to do 9. I need the extra room for the thick high impact absorbing socks. I am a diabetic so I must stay fit and manage my weight. My fitness shoes are important part of my life. Without good fitness shoes, I can't workout or do high impact exercises. I had to take back 8 different pairs of shoes to a chain of sport store due to lack of support and pain in my feet. Nothing was working for me. I even went to a Podiatry clinic and was recommended to buy $475.00 inserts/with no guarantee that they would work for me. I am getting ready to order pair of Earth sandals from Zappos. I am excited! Real Comfy - I typically slouch so this has done wonders for my posture. Very comfortable, use them extensively when I walk my dogs and they feel very good.

So comfy - I love these shoes. Like walking on clouds.

I took a little while to get use to the walking, but after you have them on awhile they really are comfortable.

WONDERFUL SHOE I have heal spurs and these shoes help my feet soo much! I have been walking consistently 2-4 miles a day for the past 2 weeks with these shoes and they have been WONDERFUL!!! I'd recommend them highly and will DEFINITELY buy more earth shoes.

There are some silly reviews here, so I really want to put in my two cents worth. These are the BEST walking shoes I've EVER worn. I'm an avid walker, walking 3-4 miles a day for the last 15 years. I've had many pairs of walking shoes through the years and these are the best yet.I ordinarily wear a 9.5-10. I ordered a 10, the fit is perfect. The support and cushioning is spectacular. They just feel wonderful on your feet.All this stuff about having to get used to them?? Whats up with that? I just don't have the same opinion, at all. A true pleasure to wear. I would give these shoes my highest recommendation. Zappos is the best, I ordered them one day, they were at my door two days later.With paid return shipping if you don't agree with me, what have you got to lose?

These are Great Shoes! These are the most comfortable athletic shoes I've ever worn. I practice yoga and it is very important for me to be able to spread my toes - these are the first athletic shoes I've had that allow me to do that. They also seem to give me a little extra spring in my step. I bought them primarily as a walking shoe, but I think they would be great for other exercises as well and I find that I wear them sometimes ever when I'm not walking because they're so comfortable.

Earth Energetic Works - I really have problem feet - bunion & hammer toe - and these shoes are great. Recently, I have had a knee problem and with these shoes I feel a real difference.

Pretty Cushiony - I have been looking for an all white athletic shoe with support for plantar fasciitis, arch pain, and ball of the foot pain. I ordered the Energetic and the Pacific. The energetic was more attractive and more comfortable because it feels like it has more cushioning. These shoes really do make climbing and descending steps painless. I returned them and kept the Pacific because I really did want all white. Thanks Zappos for such prompt service and free return shipping is really important to me because my foot problems are so severe that finding a comfortable shoe is trial and error.

PAIN FREE AT LAST!!!! I am a dairy farmer and I have had pain in my legs and feet for years because of working and standing for long hours every day of the year. Finally this shoe has helped me more then I could have ever hoped it would.

Heavenly - I Had purchase nurse's Earth shoes many moons ago. When I found tennis shoes in Earth shoes I went for them. Our place of business is going from carpet to cement floor. The quality, is very good looking. The comfort is making the grade. The fit, is larger but the socks help out. When I first started walking in them. I felt like a duck. But, after one week of wearing my Earth tennis shoes. I am walking around like a energize duck at work. I will be ordering other colors.

Earth Tennis shoe - Great shoe once you get used to the "Earth Shoe" I felt like I was walking like a duck for a day. You have to learn to walk with your toes , not your heels. But once you get used to it, it becomes second nature. Great support.

Enthusiastic about the Energetic! I love my new Earth Energetics. I wore Earth Shoes back in the 1970s. I was a runner and have been a "true blue" wearer of Nikes since the 70s, but I am changing my allegiance. The negative heel in a walking shoe takes a bit of an adjustment, but I'm sold!
