I had these slippers a week before the wool on the heel wore off. The sole also has no cushion, so I returned them.

I went to the store to purchase a shoe that they no longer had in my size. The employees told me to order the shoe. The shoe came from another store where other people tried it on and it fit so loose. How hard is is to get a brand new pair of shoes!?

Coquette slipper used to have a better flex and cushion to the bottom sole.

The slippers squeak all the time on my hardwood floors!!

I would like to return these. They not comfortable to my feet like I thought they were gonna be. It wasn't a return slip in my package. I would like to try another style. Maybe this style is just not fir my feer

In the past these have been great, but after a short time most of the sheepskin inside the skipper had worn off on my newest pair!@

Very different from previous croquette slippers. Flimsy, and uncomfortable.

Really bummed about these. I own several ugg boots from years ago and finally got the slippers. But on the left foot on the inside toe area is a patch of missing fur. Which I can feel when I put my foot in the shoe. It seems like a defect. I'm a nurse and work 7am to 7pm so I don't know when I can go the post office to ship back. Ugh!

I was very excited to get a pair and when they arrived I was very disappointed! These slippers are not cheap and they are the most uncomfortable pair of slippers I have ever received! They are super hard at the bottom and are lined very minimally! I wore them for about 2 hour and my feet at the bottom were sore from the hardness!! They are not plush at all no padding! I can't believe how uncomfortable these were!

I buy these slippers all the time, however, the most recent order the wrong slippers were sent. Wrong style wrong color wrong size. I immediately set up a return. It's two week later and my return hasn't been processed and when I use the tracker I get a message that it can't be found. Extremely annoyed and disappointed.

Slippers run much larger than normal sizes. Disappointment with purchase

very cheaply made not like years ago they were much better made

The ordered slippers were to replace a pair I've had for 7 years. The quality was not equal to the old pair and the sizing was way off. The pair I have is a size 8, so I ordered that size again. This pair was incredibly large - really more like a size 9. Needless to say, the slippers have been returned and I am waiting for my credit refund. Still love UGG boots, but will have to try slippers on in person.

I wear a Size 10 shoe and that is what my current Coquettes are, so I purchased a size 10 in black. When it arrived it was huge! There was a large amount of space between my heel & the back of the slipper. I also compared it to the ones I currently wear and it was MUCH longer than the ones I have. I returned them and reordered a Size 9...still waiting for them to arrive. Hopefully they will fit.

not enough padding

Felt really cheap and the sole was plastic. Returned them because I wanted to wear them around the house everyday as my daily slippers, but they didn't feel durable enough for long term wearing. I've been wearing the Netta slippers daily for 3 years now, and they are discontinued, the coquettes aren't nearly as well made as the Netta. Bring back the Netta slippers!

The black dye comes off on anything it touches snd does not get better with a few wears. Shoe itself great.

What a total waste of money ! I received these slippers as a Christmas gift so they are just over 2 months old and the sheepskin has literally worn away at the heels . I am so disappointed, never again will I buy from UGG again. Still waiting to hear from customer service!!

I bought these in the so- called red for Christmas and they actually were raspberry in color. I kept them and wore them from Christmas until mid- February. The heal wore down to the plastic sole. This has happened before but not that quickly. I need to have them take them back. They are putting in very thin shearling insoles. Not good since they are the most expensive slippers.

I've been ordering this slipper for Over 20 years - Finally tried black and 2 weeks in after daily wear and my feet still turn black! Ruined my brand new sofa ! Obviously UGG has gone downhill

I order these Black Slippers from Ugg's.com this past month. I'm not sure if I got a real or fake pair because I've never had this problem with my other black uggs but every time I take off my shoes my toes and toenails are BLACK! I googled it it said it was the dye and would go away over time and it has not! It's too warm to wear with socks and a hassle to get off my toenails because a simple rinse won't suffice. I would expect normal wear and tear after a year or so especially since I only use these slippers indoor but one of my top slipper insole has been worn down :/ I do love the foam sole support it's very sturdy and super warm. Maybe mines were just a faulty pair.

This is my first pair of UGGs in years, and they came with a gaping hole exposing the inner lining. Disappointed and not sure they're eligible for return if damaged.

My girls and I have owned these slippers in the past but can't recommend anymore as the ones I purchased a month ago now have many areas on the footbed of the slipper that have worn away from light use over one month. UGG quality has really sunk. Will no longer buy UGG.

These slippers have declined in quality so much that they are barely recognizable to what they used to be. Fur is so thin and uncomfortable. The shoes aren't even plush because of how badly they skimped on the lining. The soles feel like plastic and not sturdy. Honestly, I didn't even get that "ahhhh" feeling of sliding into new uggs. These shoes just felt like walking on cardboard. Didn't even take me 10 minutes after receiving them in the mail to decide to return them.
