What a total waste of money ! I received these slippers as a Christmas gift so they are just over 2 months old and the sheepskin has literally worn away at the heels . I am so disappointed, never again will I buy from UGG again. Still waiting to hear from customer service!!

I bought these in the so- called red for Christmas and they actually were raspberry in color. I kept them and wore them from Christmas until mid- February. The heal wore down to the plastic sole. This has happened before but not that quickly. I need to have them take them back. They are putting in very thin shearling insoles. Not good since they are the most expensive slippers.

I've been ordering this slipper for Over 20 years - Finally tried black and 2 weeks in after daily wear and my feet still turn black! Ruined my brand new sofa ! Obviously UGG has gone downhill

I order these Black Slippers from Ugg's.com this past month. I'm not sure if I got a real or fake pair because I've never had this problem with my other black uggs but every time I take off my shoes my toes and toenails are BLACK! I googled it it said it was the dye and would go away over time and it has not! It's too warm to wear with socks and a hassle to get off my toenails because a simple rinse won't suffice. I would expect normal wear and tear after a year or so especially since I only use these slippers indoor but one of my top slipper insole has been worn down :/ I do love the foam sole support it's very sturdy and super warm. Maybe mines were just a faulty pair.

This is my first pair of UGGs in years, and they came with a gaping hole exposing the inner lining. Disappointed and not sure they're eligible for return if damaged.

My girls and I have owned these slippers in the past but can't recommend anymore as the ones I purchased a month ago now have many areas on the footbed of the slipper that have worn away from light use over one month. UGG quality has really sunk. Will no longer buy UGG.

These slippers have declined in quality so much that they are barely recognizable to what they used to be. Fur is so thin and uncomfortable. The shoes aren't even plush because of how badly they skimped on the lining. The soles feel like plastic and not sturdy. Honestly, I didn't even get that "ahhhh" feeling of sliding into new uggs. These shoes just felt like walking on cardboard. Didn't even take me 10 minutes after receiving them in the mail to decide to return them.

I've loved Ugg's for years and was excited to receive my slippers for Christmas. I've only had these slippers for one month and the sheepskin on the footbed is already completely worn through! Very poor quality! Disappointed in Ugg!

Bought these less than a year ago and this is the second pair that have completely lost the fur on the heel in less than 2 months. I exchanged the first pair after 1.5 months and now the second pair is falling apart even worse after about 2 months. It's mostly wear on the heels, which would be understandable if I was wearing them constantly and outside. However, I wear them for light use around the house but mostly when I'm sitting at my desk working (cold feet). I loved these so much as they're warm and cozy but the fact that they're so expensive and don't hold up is concerning.

I order a size 8 in all of my uggs. These slippers were labeled wrong and were huge. When I compared them next to my other slippers they were about 2 sizes bigger

The fleece on the heels of my slippers have both worn off in less than a month.

So rough, immediately hurts your feet. Fur is also less quality than usual, in addition was placed so sparingly you immediately feel fur clumps the first time trying it on. Such a rip off.

The bottom fur material is worn off after just a few wearings. Also, when i put them on once with no socks, my feet had black dye on them from the black slippers.

My entire shoe tore at the sole. Currently waiting to hear back about a warranty.. they will not allow me to return it

I couldn't find the same slipper. I had been replacing my old ones with a new one of the same model, but they don't appear to make them any longer. I have no idea what their name is any longer. I had hoped these would have the same plush feel, but they are rock hard and not what I enjoy in a slipper.

These were my favorite slippers for years. I actually own 5 pairs that are severely worn out and needed replacing the soles had started separating after year-long daily wear indoor and outdoor. Last month, I ordered a pair from a major retailer, but I was unhappy and thought the shoes were defective as the soles felt uncomfortable and, while I was walking, I could literally feel the ridges in the outer sole thru the slipper lining. So, my solution was to return those slippers to the major retail store and order directly from UGG!!! I am sorry to say that the slippers I received over the weekend are the same poor quality as the ones I sent back. Let's start with a foam type sole on the new slippers as compared to the solid rubber of the older versions. Then the lining of the inner sole---so thin that you feel every step that you take. In fact, the linings of my old slippers have a more comfortable and more fur than the new ones!!!! I am an UGG loyalists as demonstrated by by she closet filled with over 20 pairs of UGGS all colors and styles. This change in an old favorite is not cool!!! These shoes are going bak and I will find a shoe repair shop to sew my old ones back together!!! UGG, what are you doing?????

I have owned Uggs slippers for years and loved them. But....These slippers are so cheaply made and the fur inside is thin. I bought the black and the dye comes off on my feet. I have bought a size 8 for years and now a size 8 is huge. In the past, the inside fur was so thick and comfy but now pieces of fur comes out on my floor, which is making the slipper loser. The bottom of the slipper is not as sturdy as in the past. I will not waste my money on Ugg's slippers. I can buy this quality for a quarter of the price.

I have owed approximately 20 pair of these slippers. The pair I received from Ugg.com are no where the same quality as my other pairs bought in stores. The sheepskin is half the thickness of past pairs. Very disappointed. I returned them.

I've been wearing these same slippers for about 15 years. In the beginning, a pair would easily last a good 2-3 years. My last pair only made it about 6 or 7 months before the shearling started to wear down to the plastic sole, and then another 4 or 5 months before it was really time for them to go. But I like this style so much that I figured if they now need to be replaced every year, it's not that bad. So the new slippers arrive.....they are horrible! The sole has completely changed material - no support at all in these new ones. The Shearling is so cheap and thin feeling, I doubt these slippers would ever make it to the one year mark. And for some reason, my foot kept sliding off the sides of them. This has never happened before...possibly the cheaper shearling isn't firm enough to keep your foot in place? I'd gladly pay twice the amount to get the old Ugg quality back. Unfortunately I had to send these back. I'm on the search for some new slippers but they won't be UGG.
