Loved the shoe for the first six months. Then the fur/padding wore! Slippers are now unwearable.

These so-called Uggs are so cheaply made compared to my previous ones. They look similar but when you slip them on, they are so hard on the bottom and the sheepskin does not mask how cheaply made they are. Not all Uggs are made the same. They were the same brand, style and size that I always buy but with none of the comfort. I sent them back - Shame on Ugg!

This is a replacement pair for a pair I rec’d 8 years ago which I loved! Unfortunately, it seems as if Uggs has not maintained as high a quality of sheep skin fur as in the past. The footbed fur is very thin/sparse. Enjoying the feeling of the thick fur of a new pair of Uggs has always a highlight of having a pair. (I have several different styles.) For the price paid & the disappointment, I have to return these shoes.

Didn’t even try on, opened Zappo’s box. UGG’s came in a generic bag, no tag and obviously had been worn. The fur on the inside was smushed down and not, oh I tried them on and they didn’t fit. Like, someone wore them around their house for a day and said…oh I don’t like these, let me send them back. For $120+ slippers, these better come in pristine condition. Extremely disappointed in Zappos that they would try to pull this.

I had the same problem as many others. I love these and wanted them to be better but as others mentioned the footbed, especially at the heel, deteriorates after just two months. This is unacceptable for a pair of slippers that cost $119. They should last two years not two months. The footbed is the most important part. The material underneath after the shearling is worn away is hard and sticky. I complained to customer service and was told that this was “wear and tear” or that I “misused” them. Very disappointed in both Ugg and Zappos on this one.

Olive color is attractive, construction is good. But there is no arch support, which would be bearable (indoor use only) if the sole did not feel like a thick piece of compacted cardboard. I've seen better soles at the dollar stores. The shearling is sumptuous, but it would be no comfort to flop around in these.

Seems like without notice Ugg has adjusted the "always fits a size larger" for the Coquette we are used to and now they are truer to size. My regular shoe size is 9 and I have always worn Coquette in size 7. From now on will order size 8.

What happened Ugg? the materials were synthetic. Not lambs wool. and the soles are slippery plastic. sooo disappointing.

I’ve always worn size 9. I ordered size 9. It was huge. The underside of the shoe said 9-10. Much too big.

I'm pretty sure I got fake Uggs. Either that or they have gone waaaay down hill. I've ordered this style every year for years. I'm a 5.5. I get the fives and they are perfectly snug and stretch over time. These are huge. I think the wool part is synthetic. It's rough and frizzy. They don't feel like wool. The soles are usually rubber. These are very light plastic. Like a swimming shoe. I don't know what happened here. Also, when did Zappos start using Amazon for delivery?

They must have changed manufacturers quite a while back. The fur used to be fuller and lasted a long time. Now, in a short amount of time, the fur disappears. Why buy Uggs when you purchased them for the fluff and now it disappears? They definitely are not worth the price. Not sure if I would buy them anymore even if they lowered the price. What did you do uggs? Where did the quality go?

i love these slippers but had to return - they are so big - I ordered 5 years ago a size 6 but got today - had to return - hopefully the size 5 will fit
