I purchased several pairs because I was unsure of the correct size. I wear a size 10, but the 10 was more than 2" longer than my foot, the 9 was still huge. The quality if the sole and the lining is not even close to what it was in the past. Very disappointed with UGG!

So bummed that the sole of these twin-face slippers are ridiculously rigged and clunky. I ended up sending them back and will probably have to search for a pair of twin-faced slippers that are not Uggs.

I had the same problem as many others. I love these and wanted them to be better but as others mentioned the footbed, especially at the heel, deteriorates after just two months. This is unacceptable for a pair of slippers that cost $119. They should last two years not two months. The footbed is the most important part. The material underneath after the shearling is worn away is hard and sticky. I complained to customer service and was told that this was “wear and tear” or that I “misused” them. Very disappointed in both Ugg and Zappos on this one.

I just received my new pair and was excited. I've had a few pairs of these and while the insole wore out they were still comfy. They had squishy sole and were comfy. The new pair have a plastic like sole and no padding in the insole. Very disappointed as it feels like the quality is not what it used to be. Wouldn't recommend these anymore. They just aren't the same as they used to be

Not comfortable like boots and moccasins. Stretched out and too big after one week !

Olive color is attractive, construction is good. But there is no arch support, which would be bearable (indoor use only) if the sole did not feel like a thick piece of compacted cardboard. I've seen better soles at the dollar stores. The shearling is sumptuous, but it would be no comfort to flop around in these.

I'm beyond disappointed with the change in these slippers. They feel loose because the lining is thin and cheap, the sole is plastic and they are not supportive anymore. Definitely not worth the cost now.

Seems like without notice Ugg has adjusted the "always fits a size larger" for the Coquette we are used to and now they are truer to size. My regular shoe size is 9 and I have always worn Coquette in size 7. From now on will order size 8.

I’ve always worn size 9. I ordered size 9. It was huge. The underside of the shoe said 9-10. Much too big.

These are not the old Ugg slippers I've ordered for years and years. They've changed so much. Sole is like walking on cement. Lining is thin and cheap. I read reviews stating this but didn't want to believe it. Immediately returned, sadly. I miss my comfy, furry slippers.

I have owned several pairs of UGG slippers and boots. I am disappointed in the quality of the inside sheepskin lining. It is not as durable as previous purchases.

I'm pretty sure I got fake Uggs. Either that or they have gone waaaay down hill. I've ordered this style every year for years. I'm a 5.5. I get the fives and they are perfectly snug and stretch over time. These are huge. I think the wool part is synthetic. It's rough and frizzy. They don't feel like wool. The soles are usually rubber. These are very light plastic. Like a swimming shoe. I don't know what happened here. Also, when did Zappos start using Amazon for delivery?

They must have changed manufacturers quite a while back. The fur used to be fuller and lasted a long time. Now, in a short amount of time, the fur disappears. Why buy Uggs when you purchased them for the fluff and now it disappears? They definitely are not worth the price. Not sure if I would buy them anymore even if they lowered the price. What did you do uggs? Where did the quality go?

I got these in December and it is now July, these slippers shed terribly!! The black fur gets all over your feet and within 2-3 months there is barely any fur left on the soles of the shoes.. VERY disappointed! I except better quality with the price!

The slipper started out great. This was my first pair of ugg slippers and it will definitely be my last. For the price you pay it's just not worth it. I'm a nurse and I work long hours so I was looking for a slipper I could put on when I got home to help with my hurting feet and they wore a hole in the sole after a month they're horribly uncomfortable now and I'm just really disappointed.

I wear a size 10 shoe and my last pair of UGG Coquette Slippers was a size 10, so that is what I ordered. Unfortunately when I received them they looked like clown shoes they were so huge, and they were definitely not the quality that they used to be. I returned them for a size 9, but I have a feeling I am still going to be disappointed!

I have been wearing these style UGG slippers for over 10 years. Just ordered a new pair and they are not at all the same. They are much lighter weight. The sole feels like a cheaper plastic. There is less shearling in the footbed and you can actually feel the hard sole through the bottom of the foot. Not nearly as cozy and comfy as before. And they are also a lot looser with less cozy shearling. I ordered a size down, the same size as I usually do, and they are lose. I am so disappointed.

I bought these in black, they stain my feet black every time I wear them. I have owned them for six months. At first I thought it's because they are new but after the first month they continued to bleed black die either on to my socks or my bare feet. The lining is completely flat and they slip off my feet . I would never buy this slipper ever again

Bought these last APRIL and am Very Disappointed. The soft "sheepskin insert" began to wear a few months after I got them, and it continued disappearing/degrading over the next months. Now the slippers feel like walking on a hard board!! Buyer beware..The slipper DOES NOT HOLD UP; bad purchase.

I've been buying these slippers for several years. I bought the last pair I will ever own in October of 2020. The soles seem to be made from a different material and feels very cheap. I've always bought the same size but this last pair feels like it is a size and a half too big. The wool insoles were worn away at the heel within the first month. I will NOT be purchasing UGG slippers again (or anything else for that matter). I would expect this out of a "generic" brand but never UGG. After reading reviews here and other places, it appears as though there are many people ready to walk away from UGG for the same reasons. It's time to try Birkenstock or LL Bean slippers. Adios, UGG.
I'd also recommend:

I am a size 9 and ordered a 9. After waiting for over two months for them to be back in stock, they arrived and were a full size too big. Now I have to return them and wait for new ones to ship as a replacement. Very disappointed.
