These Ugg slippers are not up to par representative of UGG’s quality. The toe bed is narrow & short. The shoe DOES NOT RUN LARGE. If I had ordered a size smaller as so many customers suggested, my heel would have hung off THE BACK at least 1.5 inches. The fur is NOT soft, nor comfortable. The variety of colors is lacking! I do like the thick sole (hence the one star). I have had my UGG slippers of comparable price for 10-12 years, have loved them, STILL love them, and ordered a new pair only because the soles came loose from the slipper. After I received your new UGGS & discovered all the problems listed above, I used a glue (name will remain anonymous) to glue the soles back to the slipper & now they are as good as gold for another 10 years. Hopefully UGG will have listened to my comments & been led to re-examine the workmanship & quality of their product & moved forward to improve it. Your paying customers are worth that!!!

The footbed is tight & too snug, and I have a small, NARROW foot. My heel almost hangs off the back & my toes are jammed into the end & are squeezed by the tight footbed! The wool is not soft. The slipper DOES NOT run LARGE. I have UGG’s more expensive slipper I bought over ten years ago, and I must say your current slipper pale’s compared to my old one. This slipper is cheap & the sole change (although I like a thick sole) is cheap. Shame on UGG for the cheapness & high price. Returning! My soles came unglued on my old UGG slippers but reglued with Gorilla glue & they’re good as gold again. Maybe by the time they die, you all will have gone back to a quality product worth the price you charge.

The slipper sizing is crazy off. At least a full size larger and wider if not more The material feels cheep. My feet are black. These are not UGG quality. Don’t waste your money.

So disappointed it took less than 6 month for the fur on the heal to completely rub off. I don’t know what happened to Uggs but the quality is definitely not there anymore. I would return these if I could.

After wearing the Ugg slippers for about 1 month, a worn, bald spot appeared in the heel area of my right slipper. I had a prior pair that I wore for two years before this condition occurred. Unacceptable for the worn spot should occur within 4 weeks when the slippers cost more than $119.

Loved the shoe for the first six months. Then the fur/padding wore! Slippers are now unwearable.

These so-called Uggs are so cheaply made compared to my previous ones. They look similar but when you slip them on, they are so hard on the bottom and the sheepskin does not mask how cheaply made they are. Not all Uggs are made the same. They were the same brand, style and size that I always buy but with none of the comfort. I sent them back - Shame on Ugg!

This is a replacement pair for a pair I rec’d 8 years ago which I loved! Unfortunately, it seems as if Uggs has not maintained as high a quality of sheep skin fur as in the past. The footbed fur is very thin/sparse. Enjoying the feeling of the thick fur of a new pair of Uggs has always a highlight of having a pair. (I have several different styles.) For the price paid & the disappointment, I have to return these shoes.
