The fur inside has already disappeared so it's hard and not comfortable and is only a few weeks old. Poorly made

I exchanged these shoes twice and the shoes are still messed up which I ended up returning. The fur is cut short around the front edge of the shoes which shows the white edge of the suede that is folded over. On a black shoe this is pretty obvious.

I'm so disappointed with these slippers! I'm a big Ugg fan and I've purchased so many boots, but that product just wore off after only a few months. All the puffy fur on the back is gone and I can see the rim of the slippers. Also the fur under my heel is gone so I can see the base. Happy to send you pictures. Unfortunately I bought the same pair, a size smaller for my daughter.

Do not buy black color slippers. I got these as a gift for Christmas and I was so happy. I used to have the same slippers but different color and I was so satisfied. They last about a year of heavy wearing. The black colored slippers are horrible. I can't wear them, because they are coloring my feet black and the dye is hard to wash off. I had to use a rough sponge and pumice stone to make my feet look slightly better.

My first pair of (beige) Coquettes purchased over 5 years ago are in BETTER CONDITION than the new pair (black) I bought in winter 2021. The workmanship and quality UGG is currently producing is not worth purchasing! UGG states the COQUETTE offers a "STAY-DRY, TEMPERATURE CONTROL INTERIOR" additionally, the "17mm INSOLE" is GONE in less than a year, exposing a hard surface leaving your toes and heels to become COLD, DAMP, and exposing a HARD INSOLE, ultimately these are UNWEARABLE. My OLD pair is still in BETTER CONDITION , I wear them because the new pair DOES NOT provide any warmth and comfort. WASTE OF MONEY! Furthermore, the sheepskin on my old beige pair is clearly high quality. The new black pair (as seen in the photos) has THIN, CHEAP, and overall LOW QUALITY 'sheepskin' fur. The comparison is DAY AND NIGHT, hands-down UGG quality standards have plummeted and are not worth an investment.

We've been buying Uggs in my household for years and years, and as much as we've been loyal fans, we may have finally reached the end of our support for this company and it's products. The sad fact is that we've seen the decline in materials and workmanship to point where we've lost trust in the products and that's a sad thing. The footbeds are particularly problematic; no longer thick, lush and durable. They come apart with minimal use. Also, the fur on the latest pair of Coquette slippers sent to me seems to be of such low quality that i was wondering if it was even real fur anymore (definitely NOT the grade A shearling touted on the Ugg website.) It's actually uncomfortably scratchy and course against my foot. These are going straight back. Clearly this company is cheaping out these days and I am moving on on. Time to find other shoes.

Bought the coquette slippers in BLACK. I'm so disappointed spent money on them just for them to stain my feet and socks black. It's frustrating. I wouldn't recommend them in black.

Not sure why my 14 year old daughter asked me to buy this product. It is expensive and the fit is too big. Just not the best product and sooooo expensive. The quality does not llok that great either.

I was so excited about these slippers! They are the most uncomfortable thing I have put on my feet. It's like walking on plywood. No cushion. Just awful. Very disappointing.

Had to return these. Had coquette slippers from years ago that were great but these new ones have a cheaper sole without the same cushion. They hurt my feet so returned. Disappointed!

Slippers came with a tan colored fur, not white like the photos. The fur was spiky and rough, and just simply ugly. I started a return because I'm not sure why I was sent these in the first place. Not what I expected from ordering through the actual UGG site.

Product runs big. It's more like a size 5-6. My foot sole was hanging off an inch past my heel made it too hard to walk considering it has a slight heel

I was given a pair of Coquette slippers last Christmas I have to express my complete disappointment on how the insides have almost completely worn out! Certainly not what I had expected!

I've been an Ugg customer for years. But something has changed in the last two years. These slippers used to be so dense and luxurious, it they now feel like I'm walking on cardboard. The bottom soles feel like such cheap foam, which they never did when I bought them years ago. So so sad :( they also are sooooo big

I've bought 5 pairs of these slippers in the past, and have loved them. Yes, the fuzz has always worn out on the inside, but they were always so comfy that I continued to buy a new pair about once a year, but not anymore. I literally thought they were fakes until I verified they were real. They are much smaller, and narrower, tighter around the top of the foot. So uncomfortable! Returning them, and my days of buying UGGS are over.

I bought a pair of these after hearing so many amazing reviews on the UGG products. Unfortunately I am VERY disappointed in the quality. The fur in the sole, specifically the heal, wore off within 2 months of owning (so basically standing on hard bottom sole now), they have zero support, your feet get very sore if standing in the same spot for any length of time. I bought these in May, haven't worn them in over a month and I can't believe how much I paid for something that lasted 2 months. Save your money, buy a pair of moccasin slippers for almost half the price.
