My husband loves these shoes and the fact that he can just ask me to order them for him. That means of course: no visit to a shoe store and having to find parking, no dealing with whether or not the store carries the brand and no problems with having his size in stock and waiting for salespeople to help him. If you are looking for a classic "penny loafer" that is a notch above on the comfort level scale, these are for you. The rubber sole and heel look like the typical "leather" material, but they provide a more supportive "walk". Nice looking shoes, good price.

This is the second pair of NunnBush Lincoln's I've owned. It took me three years of almost daily wear to go my first pair. When they began to wear out, I knew immediately that I wanted another pair just like them. I wish they had a little more cushioning, but still -- if NB keeps making them the same way they made this pair of Lincoln's, and the pair before that, I expect to buying pair no. three when these eventually wear out. This is an excellent pair of shoes, with a classic, shiney, "dress to impress" look that never goes out of style.

Tight. Will require shoe horn until broken in for a few weeks. DO NOT USE the half size smaller and one width larger substitutein this shoe when they do not have your exact size in stock. The penny loafer is attractive, durable and well-made. The thick sole makes it stiffer and on the verge of appearing clunky.
