Interesting that I've been asked to complete this survey, like Nunn Bush really cares. I emailed their customer support team over three weeks ago and never heard back. Had to order three separate pairs and shoes, the Lincoln, and each time, within 24 hours, maybe 8 hours of office time, the shoes cracked and pealed...each time. I've been wearing Nunn Bush for many, many years. Something, however, is happening at the factory level and they don't last...NOT EVEN A DAY. Over the course of three weeks, I ordered three pairs, and they all peeled and cracked within the first day.

I love Nunn Bush shoes, and I have purchased them for many years, with no complaints. They usually are of high quality. I guess this is the exception that proves the rule. I bought a pair of these shoes for my teen age son. After two hours of normal use (he wore them to church), the skin of the shoe was literally peeling off. This shoe (at least the pair I got) was clearly defective. Avoid at all costs! I now have to go through the pain of returning, and my understanding is that even though the product is defective, I am out shipping costs. One other thing: The color of the shoe we got was nothing like burgundy. It almost looked black. I hope Nunn Bush takes a serious look at their supplier/manufacturer of this shoe.

I use the product to work, very little usage. I am very disappointed with Lincoln, I was going to call customer service later this week, as within 4 days of wear the polish was actually flaking off the shoe. This is not good, and if we (Nunn Bush and me) cannot resolve this issue, this will have to me my last order from NUNN BUSH. I have the other 2 pairs which I have not yet used. The Baker Collection was good, with the exception the last order which had a minor issue with the string breaking (which I has the shoe repair shop fix at my cost), but overall the Baker Collection was a quality product for the price point.

Bought these shoes because of nice styling. also I know the Nunn Bush brand stood for quality. worn the pair to work (office) 2 days a week. stitching came undone. heel wore out very quickly (hollow heel...great to keep shoes lite weight, but bad for lasting wear and function).

I use this shoe in my office, and going out to eat.

Really, I did not like them. They do not fit well .

I bought 2 pairs of these, 1 in maroon & 1 in black. Both are uncomfortable & hurt my feet but the maroon rubs a blister on the back of my left foot every time I wear it. I had to place a heel pad inside which takes away from the fit. The leather also looks cheap & plastic looking. Bought them because my wife liked them.
