Great shoe. I typically order a half size larger to compensate for extra wide width. The width was actually perfect and the length was too much. My true size was also unavailable.

These shoes are super comfortable right out of the box. No break in necessary. I feel they run true to size - i did not purchase the wide. The arch support, while not a strong arch support, will be fine for day to day wear. The leather is soft and supple and the footbed has a great cushioning.

Great shoe! My son gets a pair of these every year for school! He loves how they feel and I love the fact that I in,y have to rep,ace them because he outgrows them! Great shoe for the money!

Excellent service and a quality product for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Zappos and this particular product to anybody. My shoe size is extremely hard to find that most local retailers simply never stock. Next day service from Zappos is excellent with free return shipping if it doesn't fit or you simply don't like it. Try their service and products. I know you will never go anywhere else to find shoes.

Beautiful shoes but not quite right for the occasion.

I love these shoes for comfort. I bought two pair of the Lincoln penny loafer one black and one brown pair. This morning I put my black pair on and got to work and felt my left shoe was very loose. When I inspected the shoe I found that the stitching on the left side of the tongue (I assume) was pulled completely away from the leather. Upon further review I looks like to me that the holes the stitching went through were too close to the edge of the leather and it just broke away from the leather. I'm very sad as these were my go to shoes for the comfort and quality before.

If I can not find exactly what I am looking for locally at a reasonable price, I definitely would do business with Zappos.com again.

I bought these for my 16 year old son-- they are true to size, and fit comfortably. He loves the way they look.
