Having never owned character shoes and with a performance just days away, I was pleased that Zappos delivered when they promised so that I could wear these to rehearsals.

This shoe is sized so small and narrow I'm not sure what size I'd actually wear. I don't wear a wide usually or a 9 and 1/2 and I couldn't even get my foot in these. Too bad because they're cute.

Loved the shoes and still do, however, their medium is extremely narrow so when I wear the shoes, they squeeze my toes and it hurts.

This is NOT a size 4.5 that an 11 year old would wear. I am not sure how they do their sizing but this is crazy small. If there was a 4.5 for 4-5 year olds, this would be the size. I had to rank comfort and style. I gave it a 1 star only based on the size. I can't comment on the others as my daughter cannot put them on.

This was marked wide, but it was one of the most narrow dress shoes I’ve ever purchased. Marked incorrectly.:( We purchased Wide and definitely not wide!

strap broke on fist wear

THESE ARE CRAZY SMALL! My daughter is 11 with a size 3.5 foot (small for her age) and we ended up with a 6.5 for her! The medium width was very narrow for her as well and she has extremely narrow feet. I have no idea where they got the sizing for these, but they are soooooooo off. I purchased 5 pairs before we got the right one. We had to put heel pads in the back to fill it out because the size 6 was too narrow for her toe, then the size 6.5 left her with a heel gap but a comfortable toe. Strangest shoe situation ever, but we finally made it work. I recommend going up 2-3 sizes and getting a couple of different sizes when you order if you are in a hurry to find the right one.

The shoe has a cheap, plastic feel to it. The wide size is wide enough at the toe, but it is still tight around the top opening of the shoes.

This shoe is no where near a wide width.

It said it was like street shoes size, but that is not correct. This shoe is about 1/2 smaller than street size. The width is smaller. Also it doesn't have a rubber heel and it did not say anything about that. I need a ballroom style dance shoe with arch support.

Ordered a size 4 Medium. The shoe looked like a size 2 Narrow!! I now have to order a few different sized to find something that works

I ordered these shoes to be used as salsa dance shoes and on the first day that I wore them to class, I nearly broke a leg! They are so slippery on the bottom that when worn on a wood dance floor, they slip and slide all over the place. I would never recommend anyone wear these on a dance floor.
