I generally wear a size 11 but ordered them a half sized larger for a perfect fit for all night dancing and had no problem with the arch support. (Really, it's minimal.) The heel is just the right height for us tall gals and the style, while nothing to speak of is perfect for a variety of settings.

Basic shoe as pictured but they run at least a half size small, and they are pretty narrow. We ordered wide a half size up (9.5) and that worked.

Perfect shoe for my daughters needs, however we bought and returned several sizes before finding the right fit! She wears a street size 7M, but needed an 8.5W in this shoe.

Very nice shoes. I really wanted them to fit. I can't put my inserts into the 8W, and the 8 1/2W are a little too big. Both were a little big in the heel. Returning both. Still trying to finds some dance shoes with enough support that I don't need inserts.

These are pretty nice shoes but they aren't going to last long.The buckles! Forget it, the worse! I wear 10M but ordered 10.5Wide. Fit is great, no pinching my bunion and are danceable.

Seemed to run short but Zappos did not have the next size up in narrow for me to try.

for this price you get an excellent shoe. Really prefered a leather shoe, but the heels were too high. This one works well for dancing.

I read quit a few reviews and many said the shoe ran big. My normal size is 9-9.5 so I ordered one 9.5 as well as one size 10. I wasn't sure if I needed a wide or medium, so I ordered the wide. The 9.5 was too big! In the end I ended up with a size 9 medium. Good fit! Great customer service! They were so helpful in finding the right size for me.

These are good basic dressy shoes, especially if you need a wider size. They are also pretty comfortable. However, they run really small. I ordered an 8 (I usually wear an 8 or 8.5) and had to order a 9.

Good shoe for dance. I only wish it came in leather. The leather option has too high of a heel.

I like the style on these, at the same time, they're a tight fit for my 8.5 size feet. Received a 2nd pair of shoes in same order, same size, and they were slightly loose. Go figure. Being leather, I'm wondering if they will stretch out. Definitely doesn't leave room for swelling of feet when standing or sitting a long time, which may well happen at the convention I bought these for starting this week-end. Alas, I am a bit disappointed here, especially since I don't have time to return for a half size larger, and still be able to wear them for the reason I bought them. Hmmmmm...

I have a very narrow fit but the narrow was too narrow on me. Also I am typically a 6½ size in everything but I have to go half a size up in these shoes.

I had to exchange for a longer size (half a size larger than I've ever worn in my life), but with the free shipping both ways and having given myself plenty of time before I really need the shoes, that was no problem. I wasn't sure how comfortable they would be at first, but the second time I wore them they were fine. What I was looking for is a shoe I can dance at my niece's wedding in that wouldn't kill my feet and aren't ugly. These fit the bill just fine.

I ordered the b width because Zappos was sold out of the wide. I was concerned because so many people said the shoes were narrow. The b width fits fine although I would have liked to compare to the wide. I wear the shoes for tango lessons (they have leather soles). My feet do not hurt and I find it easy to glide along the floor. I like the strap and the low heel.

I was hesitant to buy them because my previous pair bought at a dance store were very uncomfortable. I have worn these shoes twice now for swing dancing and am happy to say that they are really comfortable. Plus, they were considerably cheaper than my other shoes. If you are between sizes, buy a size up.

I was nervous about them, but it turned out fine. I do wish I wouldn't gotten a 1/2 size bigger. I usually wear an 8 but these are a tad tight with my regular socks, but I love the look and the feel around the edges. Perfect heel size for me.

My daughter is a 3.5 and I ordered a 4 and these fit like 2 sizes too small, so we are returning and trying again. Seems like a nice enough shoe for the price, but way small!

This is a great shoe. But not if you have a tap class in two days and need shoes with taps. So if you are looking for shoes for ballroom dancing or something of the sort, this would be an ideal choice in terms of beauty and comfort. They also have a great height heel and fit true to your street shoe size. But just don't buy them for a tap class.

I ordered these for a social dance class that required leather-bottom shoes. I wear a 7.5 wide, but they were tight so I ordered an 8 wide and they fit just right, but after an hour of dancing without much padding in the shoes, my feet hurt. So I'm ordering an 8.5 wide and will put in some gel pads.

This is a very basic shoe (not leather) but serves its purpose. It runs small, so order a size up. As someone else said, it's difficult to open and close the strap buckle, so I just slip it on.

Love the style. Very cute simple shoe. Usually wear medium to wide shoes. Ordered wide, did not feel like a wide. Not roomy enough for me. Had to return.

I needed to get a pair of character shoes for a production I was in; these had always been used by the other actresses, so I ordered a pair. They are not kidding about the width! I am a real size 8 so I ordered the 8 in a wide and the width felt adequate but not too generous. Arch support was okay, but they were uncomfortable at first. I would have loved a little more length, but decided that could be sloppy (especially if they stretched) if my foot slid to the toe anyway. By the end of the month-long run I was doing fine. Put something on the sole because they are super slippery. I used some grip strips. They are great looking shoes. I will use them for a long time. And Zappos? Whoa! They arrived so fast - in time for dress rehearsal!

HolyCrapComfortable. I needed a shoe to wear to a dance class and this really feels like it's going to work. I literally jogged around the living room in these. My class isn't for a few days, so I can't give definitive active use feedback, but so far they're really comfortable. Only problem: Straps. I found it impossible to strap these when they were already on my feet. The little poker thing (no idea what it's called) moves around on its bar. No stabilization means a difficult time getting it into the holes of the straps. The holes are TINY and have to be broken in several times before the poker thing will even go in. I ended up setting the strap first and then putting the shoes on. It's a little tight to do, but there's elastic in the bottom of the strap, so it's not impossible. Would DEFINITELY recommend these shoes.
