Not too Bad! While the inner sole is interesting and pretty comfortable, the shoe is much stiffer than any of the Rockports I have owned to date. I like the look and the Tobacco color is very nice. Not a poor choice for me, but one I probably would not make again based on the overall comfort factor. Because of the cushion insole the foot rides very high in the shoe and keeps the heel of the shoe from holding the foot in place as it should.Not a disaster, just not the design comfort I expected.

Uncomfortable in the heel - For some reason my heel feels pinched in the bottom in this shoe. I think I will need gel heel supports for this one. The air bladder feels interesting, but walking around with such large soles makes a lot of noise.

Be Careful on this one... I’m a loyal Rockport client and wear almost nothing but... I won’t say this is a poor shoe, just very different if you wear Rockports as this will NOT be what you’re used to. Very cushioned inside but a strange "feel" to that cushioning. Heel & mid-foot fine, soft etc. But, this shoe for some reason has built up cushioning under the ball of the foot & toe area. Very strange feeling. Does not hurt, but although cushioned, almost an unpleasant feeling. The front raised cushioning may be there to enhance a "roll" toward the front when stepping, don’t know. The leather is good quality as are all Rockports, BUT do not expect the same type of soft Rockport leather. I wore these for a month and still, the sole & leather has not softened. It’s very, very thick, strong leather almost like that of a work shoe or boot. Don’t think it will. Sole is also not lightweight as Rockports are normally. My criticisms do NOT mean poor quality, just be careful not to expect the normal Rockport feel. Hope this helps and I still feel Rockport is the best.

Excellent until a few months later. This shoe was everything I was looking for. I was very happy in the beginning. But something happened a few months later ..... They began to squeak. I mean squeak anytime, anywhere, under all conditions. My co-workers noticed soon after. I have to stop wearing them before I develop the name - squeaky shoe guy.

Not quite 5 stars. As always wonderful attention to detail from Zappos. Was mildly disappointed with the fit and comfort of this shoe. Toe box a little narrower and not as high. Shoe felt a bit smaller than the size ordered, did check box and shoe and they were what I ordered. Also, did not handle an orthodic as well as other shoes similar to this one.

Problems with air cushion - Overall the air cushion Rockports are very comfortable shoes, especially on hard surfaces. I have owned 5 pairs of air cushioned Rockports and 2 have developed leaks in the air cushions and then the shoes squeak when walking.

Cement shoes - These felt dead wrong the moment I tried them on. They are very heavy and structured and I found them extremely uncomfortable. They do look decent though.

Feet Hurt - The only thing wrong that I could find with this shoe is that it has a big metatarsal cushion that feels like a hump in the middle by the front of the shoe. After wearing them for a few hours my feet start to hurt. It is more prominent in my right foot.

Too small - Currently wearing another pair of 11M Rockports. Can't even get my foot into this 11M. Go figure...
