Rockport Blackville - Didn't like them when I first wore them, but after wearing them a few hours they are good. Just needed a little breaking in period. Your service is fantastic. Nobody beats you for service!

Great Shoe - I bought this on a referral from a coworker. I have never owned a pair of Rockport shoes before. The comfort is remarkable. It did take about 2 weeks before the shoes were broken-in. During the break-in period, my feet would be sore by the end of the day. I am in the IT field so I am on my feet most of the day. Since the break-in period, the shoes have become very comfortable. I love the air channel that run from the heel to the forefoot. You can defiantly feel its presence when walking. When standing the shoe feels soft. I would buy this shoe again.

Great relief for a sore foot - A sturdy, comfortable shoe providing great support for an arthritic foot that no other shoe so far has been able to help. Totally compatible with a prescribed orthotic that I wear daily.

Super Casual Comfort - I'm very pleased with the fit and comfort of the Blackville. The shoe fits my narrow foot well and the leather is good quality and they have plenty of cushioning. Only minor complaint I have is that the linings could be smoother. They are slightly rough and catch my socks at the toes as I put the shoes on.

Blackville Shoes - Great shoes. I have purchased Rockport for many years, own several pair and always found them to be very comfortable and true to size.

Gift - This pair of shoes were purchased for our son who has worn Rockport shoes for many years. He advises us that the shoes are extremely comfortable and he is very pleased with the overall look of the shoe. We feel that the shoe is well worth the price we paid.

Rockport's Blackville is a great shoe - I started wearing this shoe as soon as I took it from the box. It fit just as I expected it to and it is very comfortable. No rubbing or pressure anywhere.

Rock on Rockports - This shoe (Blackville) is truly awesome -- the best I have worn. I am on my feet all day with camera gear and needed dress shoes that are comfortable. I usually wear Assics 2100 series and I can say these shoes are even more comfortable plus they look great. I have heel problems and 3 herniated disks in my back - all the pain is gone with these shoes on my feet. The old saying is so true -- you get what you pay for. Sure, I could get some cheap shoes at a discount place that looked even cooler, but not worth it AT ALL when it comes to comfort and support. Thanks.

This sole has touched my soul... I have a very narrow foot and sesamoiditis (extreme pain in the ball of the foot). I've literally tried everything except for surgery. three different pairs of orthotics, and (as Zappos can attest to) just about every narrow casual shoe they make, but to no avail. I've even tried some of the ugliest orthotic shoes you've ever seen. Thankfully, I did not give up and ordered these Rockports, despite my prior belief that Rockport shoes had become way overpriced and cheaply made, and rarely in a narrow width. These shoes are nothing short of a miracle, thanks to the soles! They're not the cheap, lightweight sole that rockport often uses. These shoes, in fact, were surprisingly heavy for rockports. But the extra weight results in a stable shoe that gives your forefoot the feeling that it's walking on memory foam. I can honestly say that for the first time in 5 years, I'm walking without pain. And they're not ugly either! Thanks Zappos, for providing such a wide selection of narrow shoes, and for making the ordering and return process easy enough for me to be able to try them out w/ no risk. I think I'll order another pair before Rockport decides to discontinue them!

Very comfortable shoe - The Blackville was extremely comfortable from the moment I first put them on. There is a ton of room in the toe area and there is a lot of cushioning in the sole. I would definitely recommend them.

Rockport Blackville - Great pricing and service! Went with wide width and fit is perfect. I love the cement color in nubuck as it will go with anything. I am a physical therapist and work on my feet all day and this shoe offers optimum support and cushion. I will pass the word on to my patients. Looking forward to buying another pair of shoes from Zappos!

Rockport Blackville - Extremely comfortable from the first time I wore them with plenty of toe room and a cushy, almost gellike insole.

Low instep - Superb shoe, just didn't fit my husband's high instep. I tried on this shoe (I wear a 10 in women's and my husband is an 8.5 mens...same size) and it was like having pillows on my feet. Very well made, I was impressed. So disappointed that it didn't fit him, but his instep is too high and he could barely even get it on his foot, let alone wear it.

Awesome shoe but... I was surprised compared to other Rockports I have owned the size ran tight. Over a few weeks they have stretched enough to be quite ok but I cannot wear my winter weight socks:( However I'd buy another pair one size larger without reservation. Like walking with a couple of feather pillows on your feet. Cement colour has attracted a lot of favorable comments. Zappos service?... flawless*****

Zappos Rockport's Rock! These shoes are fantastic, great fit and comfort. Buy quality and you only buy once. I ordered my Rockport's by internet at 5:30 p.m. on a Thursday evening and they were at my door 10:00 a.m. the next morning! It is truely refreshing to do buisness with a company that puts the customer first. Zappos gets all of my shoe buisness from now on.

Rockport Blackville - This is my new favorite shoe. I wear a B width, and have trouble finding comfortable shoes. This shoe, however, fits great. I looks great with business casual wear or jeans. I plan to buy another pair in a different color.

Great shoes - Very comfortable, look great. I like Rockport generally, but this pair is even better.

Comfortable - This is the second pair of Rockport's Blackville that I have bought. Both pairs are very comfortable. According to a mailing I received from them they have the same DMX cushioning used in Reeboks. Plus, the shoes stay tied all day!

Tons of comfort! I can`t say enough about how comfortable these shoes are...the air insoles are great. I have a size 14 shoe and it`s obviously tough to find shoes except for Zappos...this is the 5th pair of shoes that I have bought from this site and I`ve been more than pleased everytime.
