All I can say is that the Newport H2 is one of the most comfortable shoes of ANY kind I've ever worn. I'm 62 years old and I've worn a lot of shoes in my life. These are truly remarkable. I bought mine last summer and they have not only held up great, but they are perfect for my feet...just the right arch support, just the right level of cushioning, and they look great...even on an old guy like me. I can't imagine ever buying a different brand/style of sandal again.

Once I was able to get them on they were very comfortable. I think getting a larger size might be too much of a change to accommodate the hump on my left foot due to a diving accident.

Fit small. Returned and a half size up was great. Used for hiking and beach exploring. Very comfortable and worked well wet or dry.

Good Sandels, not made for hard hiking, had another pair and abused them in Hawaii on a 8 mile hike to beautiful waterfalls.

This is my second pair of Newport H2's this year which should tell you how I feel about them. I was hoping to be in the 60% that felt they were true to size, but unfortunately they run 1/2 a size small for me, too. As far as I'm concerned, Keen makes the best sandals (and some shoes), and are the only ones I will buy henceforth, forthwith, and from now on.

My husband hates sandals on men, but we recently moved to Florida, and he needed some air on his feet! He reluctantly agreed to try these shoes. He loves them. He still mostly wears sneakers, but he wears these to the beach, on walks, and for long drives in the heat, and he is happy with them. It's amazing, and it's healthier in this heat!

I bought these because they had so many positive reviews. Yes, they are slightly snug as other people said. I wore them on the crosstrainer at the gym a couple and the arch support ached a little. They have good thick soles but not a lot of grip for hiking steep surfaces. They are not nearly as comfortable as the Ecco Yucatans that I bought last time, but none the less they are worth buying if you can get a decent price.

These are best shoes / sandals I have ever owned. Fit like glove from day one. Shipping said it would be here in 2 days and it was. Will buy from Zappos again thanks very much

I was in the middle of a trip on the way to Dallas. I wanted sandals and found the H2 and read the reviews and liked what I read. I knew that I could return them because of Zappos policy so I decided to order a pair. they arrived quickly in time for me to have them before we went to the last leg on the way to Dallas.

These are my new favorite water shoe/sandals! Bye bye Teva! They fit out of the box, they give good traction when in the water (perfect for kayaking)...exactly what I wanted!

Very good sandal. I wear kayaking, and doing yard work in hot Texas summer. However, takes some work to get on if you have high arches like me. After that, it fits perfectly. Like the toe guard.

I already had several pair of Keen shoes and they are wonderful! Also all the people at Zappos offer a great service!

Okay. Well I just received my Keen Newport H2's today. All I can say is Wow! Well actually I can say more so I will. Besides the fact that they are the most beautiful sandals on the planet I can say they fit perfectly. Very comfortable cushioned soles are perfect. My feet were screaming out in joy. The black with a touch of yellow is sure to make a fashion statement and get all the girls drooling over my feet. Very well made. The craftsmanship that went into every stitch is amazing. They look great with my tux, jeans and shorts. I wasn't on the street 10 minutes and everyone passing by had to stop and stare and of course ask me "Hey man. Where did you get those shoes?" I'll write back next year and let you know how they are holding up. I'm sure they will last for years. Buy them. You won't regret it. When you do take a stick with you. You will need it to fend off everyone trying to kiss your sandals. Your feet will thank you for it.

One of the best wet/dry sandals around. Great fit, comfortable right out of the box. Last long unless someone on the beach decides to borrow your old pair!

The Keen Newport H2 is a great sandal. It's easy to put on and get out of and they fit just right. Nice and snug when you tighten the latch at the top but not too tight. Sometimes you don't even need to tighten it. I've only used it as a water shoe (white water rafting) but they're comfortable and rugged enough for just walking around or hiking in the summer.

This was my first pair of Newport H2s. They are super comfortable, and I love the styling. My only thing is the sole started separating in the back after only a few months. This makes then uncomfortable to walk in as you feel the sole coming up. Keen gave me a replacement under warranty but I am not sure how long they will last ...

I wear a women's size 12, and of course they don't make any of the women's styles in size 12, so I ordered a men's 10.5 and they fit great. The color is even slightly feminine, and I love the burnt orange with any outfit. It took a couple times of wearing these to finally break them in, but I love these shoes and would wear them to bed if at all possible. They are great for hiking, splashing through puddles, wearing around town, and if I could wear them to work I definitely would. There is a small portion that rubs on the top of my right foot, but I overlook that small detail because the rest of the shoe is so great.

Really do like the sandal but as I wear orthotics, they are just a bit small so, am ordering a pair of 15's same color.

I got these for a kayak trip in Idaho. Used them for primitive camping, some hiking, kayaking, lake swiming and general use while camping. Outstanding comfort, dry very quick, walk directly in the water with full comfort. The fully enclosed toe proved handy several times where I might have stubbed my toe. I dropped a canoe on my foot and the toe protected it.

I wear these shoes more than any others I own. I run, bike, row, sail, and walk in them. They are extremely comfortable and seem to wear very well. This is my fourth pair. I can only hope that Keen does not discontinue this model.
