I previously had the original Newport sandals which I loved using for the last 4 years. When I got the Newport H2's I expected an improvement, what I got was a terrible design. While the laces can be adjusted just like other Keen sandals, the hole to place your foot into is not adjustable and is too small. Because of that, putting on the sandals during the first weeks were painful! I felt like I needed a shoehorn to get my foot into it even though I am a size 12 regular width foot. Well the pain after the first few weeks subsided when the stitching on the sandals gave way-- that's right, the only way to improve the comfort of the sandal is to literally tear it apart. I'm incredibly dissapointed and do not believe I'll buy Keen ever again. I paid for the name and quality and got an "improved" version that doesn't work as a sandal.

I had these for two weeks and the back of the shoe burst open! They are not rugged and they are not worth the money. Buy Chacos!

This was my 3rd pair of this particular model of Keens. All 3 pairs were extremely comfortable and fit well. The first two pairs wore like iron and were largely indestructible. Each lasted in the neighborhood of 5 plus years. The pair fell apart after 14 months.

Brand new it fit great! Comfortable for moderate hiking. After 1 year they totally fell apart. The straps came unglued from the sole in 4 places. The pair I got 2 years ago did the same, only after 2 years and much harder use. I don’t buy Keen boots anymore either since the same happened with them

HORRIBLE!!! Wore them once camping & they completely fell apart on every inch of the shoe. Don't want to exchange for another pair. Will be buying a completely different brand next time.

design is flawed! Tongue is attached yo sides, making it impossible to get on.

I purchased these shoes for my son on May 1, 2021, and the back strap broke on July 16, 2021. I paid $109. This has not happened before with any of the other many pairs of Keens I have bought for my 5 children. I am disappointed with the quality of this pair of shoes.

I purchased the same style/size that I bought for my husband several years ago-that he still can wear. He could not get these on his feet.

The box was marked size 13 but the sandals were size 12, and were clearly used. Zappos doesn't even check returned items. Very disappointed in Zappos

Love Keen but this was a too small. He is a 10.5 so I ordered and 11 but it didn't fit. I sent it back and have ordered a 12. I gave one stars as it is hard to know if it's comfortable if you can't get your foot inside.

I have worn keen sandels for years.After trying 2 styles with the same size as my prior ones I am extremely unsatisfied .they are too stiff ,uncomfortable and difficult to adjust

My husband loves Keens and has worn them exclusively, except when he had to wear combat boots, since since 2003. HIs first pair lasted nearly 8 years. His second about 5 1/2. This last pair started falling apart after 2 months, and now at 9 months he can no longer wear them as the seams are coming apart. I'm pretty shocked at how quickly they deteriorated. He's now trying to decide whether he jumps to Tevas or Chacos. Its a shame really because he was such a loyal customer, but their lack of customer service and poor quality has totally put him off. Zappos is still pretty great though!!!

I can't tell you about the true size, width, or arch support because I could not get my foot into it. The ankle strap needs to open. There was not enough stretch to get my foot in. Length & width appeared more than large enough if I could just get my foot in...

I have ordered these Keen Newport H2 many times in the past years. These were too narrow and the back strap seem short not to be able to get over heel. Returning. They need a wide width in these sandals.

The sole may be wide if you're buying that, but the upper isn't and you can't get you feet in. Just looking at the sandal and it's apparent that if you have wide feet, you're not going to get these on your feet.

Pretty disappointed in Keen. Used to be a great brand. These were basically falling apart right out of the box. The straps were visibly separated from the footbed and the glue and bonding were lazy at best. Pass on these.

The sandals felt comfortable but are quite heavy. They are advertised to be good in and out of water so I bought these as sandals to wear while sailing getting in and out of the water quite a bit during the summer. They held up for one year and then started falling apart the next. Basically the glue comes undone on the web being that attaches it to the sole also you can see from the photograph that the pull on tab at the heel had broken as well. I felt for the price they really did not hold up as I would expect since I only use these a couple of months in one summer. Basically I'm giving one star because the lack of durability.

Keen has ruined the Newport H2. They have removed the adjustable heel strap. Now there is a fixed-size strap. I can't even put the shoes on because the opening is too small to get my heel and ankle through. I have enjoyed a number of H2's in the past but sadly I am returning these.

The only difference between this pair of Newport H2s and the ones I previously bought is the color; however, this came and felt a half size too small. I thought maybe the new shoes were now being made a little differently so I just returned them for a half size larger and went back to my original color. They came and felt a half size too large! Is Keens varying their sizes based on the color of the shoe?? So those got returned for a half size smaller. Zappos has been great with the free exchanges but it's very frustrating that you can't count on Keens' sizes being consistent across the different colors of the same shoe style.

I bought these and after 2 weeks using these near saltwater the stitching fails. I bought another pair thinking this was a fluke and same results. I contacted Keen and they denied there being a problem. I took their word and bought yet another pair, and the exact same results. I've seen similar reviews, these will not hold up against saltwater. No I'm buying a pair from another company at half the cost and they seem better.
