These are great shoes. I buy a new pair every nine months or so, wear them year-round, unless there's deep snow on the ground. Keen sandals do stretch out over time - they feel tight on your foot for the first week or so, and then a bit too loose for the final month.

These are my favorite shoes, period, and what I always wear when I am not at work (I am a CFO and work in an office). I have worn them up and down Kaibob & Bright Angel trails at Grand Canyon NP, Angel's landing at Zion, and everything at Bryce Canyon. I am on my 4th pair all bought in Zappos.com - just bought 2 at once when they were on sale in my favorite color (Bison). When I wear out the treads I use them as water shoes for jet skiing in the ocean & at Lake Mojave. If you are large (I'm 6'3", 275 lbs) you will love these shoes.

This is my third pair of Newports. I like the single color sole instead of the new two-tone ones on the other versions. Be aware that these run a full size smaller than your normal size.

Excellent shoes for knock around wear or fly fishing - my primary use. They look great with jeans or fishing pants. Unlike the open toed models, these Keen's have a larger frontal area that protects your toes when wading in rocky streams or moving around in a float boat. Very comfortable, but needed to order 1/2 size larger. I would order again.

These are my second pair of Newports. I had the last pair for three or four years (can't remember exactly) and simply wore out the sole. I love these sandals and wear them almost all-year-round (I live in CT). Love Keen's...and Zappos customer service too!

This is the only shoe where I have purchased the same exact shoe twice. The first pair looked good enough for casual dress for about two years then I decided to buy another pair because the first pair looked a little rugged after two years of boating, fishing, biking and outside yard work. Now I have kick around air and a dressier everyday pair - I love them both. My girls even got a pair of the children versions this summer and they both love them.

My husband admired our son's Keens, liking the idea of a covered toe in a sport sandal. We followed your suggestion of ordering half a size larger - and they are a perfect fit. He absolutely loves wearing them because they are so comfortable. We bought our other son a pair, and he loves them too! The overall foot support is just perfect. My husband wears them everywhere.

Very comfortable after a brief break in process. It takes a little work to slip it on. I have narrow feet, but my heels don't slip out of this shoe as with many other slip-ons. Easy to keep clean.

I have had these shoes for a few weeks now and absolutely love them. I have had problems in the past finding a sandal that is comfortable enough to wear and walk around in all day. These definitely fill that void! I wouldn't hesitate to purchase these again.

Got these for my husband. He has never worn Keens before. He is very picky about his shoes and comfort. He loves these and wore them right out of the box with no issues.

Outstanding leather sandals. These are comfortable right out of the box but after a few wearings they will feel like they are a part of you. I should have gotten these long ago.

I've owned for 3 weeks now. So much better than my Tevas. My toes stay protected and the leather is very high quality. For dress shoes I am 9.5, yet for hiking boots am a 10. The 10 I got are spot on for sizing. I really like the wide toe box. The arch support is good. I have flat feet and after walking around downtown Chicago for 7 hours, they did well.

Best summer shoe I've ever worn. They arrived from Zappos in time for me to take to Las Vegas. Wore them on the Strip for three days and my feet could not have been more comfortable. Wore them at night to several shows. This is my fifth or sixth pair of Keens from Zappos. With my high level of enthusiasm for both, I may never buy another brand of shoe from another retailer. Both companies really get it!

As always, Keen sandals fit well, have great support and wear like iron. These were a gift, in total I have purchased 5 pairs (2 for myself, the rest were gifts for family members).

These sandals fit me well at one size bigger then I usually wear. I changed the elastic shoe laces to regular ones. Other then that they're comfortable for outdoor. I use mine for biking. I wear them year around even in snow with wool socks. They last forever eventually the stitching goes but that can be redone and it doesn't happen for a long time. I normally get 4 to 5 years on them before that happens and I usually buy new ones at that time anyway.

I am very pleased with these shoes=. I picked these up after wearing the Keen Arubas for the last couple of years. These are not quite as comfortable as the Arubas but understandably as these are a bit more rugged. I have worn these a few times so durability is still unknown. I would buy them again.

Bought these for my husband. He loves them. The only problem was that I needed a 1/2 size bigger. I learned my lesson when I bought my brother a pair for his birthday. I went 1/2 size up and they were a perfect fit. Great shoe!

Keens are the best water shoes available. Comfortable and well built. I live in Wyoming and wear mine for hiking, kayaking and fishing. They haven't let me down yet. And as always, you can't beat Zappos for customer service.

This is the second pair of Keen Newports for my husband. He loves them. It was an easy choice for him to just ask for another pair when the first stretched out a bit too much. He got his money's worth -- wearing them year-round. He wears them with black socks in the winter and they still look great with long pants. He even wears them golfing.

Tonight I ordered my fifth pair of Keen Newports. Since I discovered that it felt like the most comfortable shoe the first time I put them on, they are virtually the only shoe I wear from May through November. The first two pairs, both in Bison, did not so much wear out as it stretched out. My fault. I could not bear to wear anything else the first winter, and so I stretched the straps out with heavy socks. Since then, I have discovered the rest of the Keen line and now actually wear nothing else, ever. Great products, great service, and great value.

Got these for my husband for Father's Day. He hates sandals and always wears tennis shoes with socks. However, he does wear these sandals! They provide excellent comfort and cover the most of the foot. Love that they are waterproof and quick to dry. Much better looking than Crocs!

One of the most comfortable casual shoes I have ever owned. No break in needed. Recently went on a trip and I didn\'t even pack golf shoes as these worked fine.

I bought these as a gift for my husband. He had tried on a pair at a store and they were slightly small and didn\'t have the next size. I ordered a half size larger and they were a perfect fit. He wears shoes for a long time and these appear to be built to last. He wears them for everything except work and running. He has worn them in the water navigating a rocky water line and found them to be stable and surefooted. Since he will probably wear them for ten years, they are completely worth the price.
