I have been trying to get sandals for my husband for years! He is so hard to fit because he wears a size 16 and he has very narrow feet. I got a pair of Keen Carmel myself about a year or so ago and I love them. When I saw these open Keen\'s in his size I knew he would like them. His long, skinny toes appreciate the toe coverage and he loves the airy cool feel. He thought the toe rubbed just a bit on one foot but it was gone in a day. (Maybe because I convinced him he did not need socks! Anyway, a SUPERB shoe. Good support too.

My second pair of my favorite pair of shoe. My first pair wore out. I even wear them in the winter when it\'s not raining. Only improvement would be a better grip on the bungie laces. And Zappos always upgrades my shipping to next day!!!! Great place to buy shoes. Thank you Zappos.

I've had a pair of Keens for two years and find that they are a great sandal for spring and fall where a bit more coverage is needed. I find them a bit warm for the dead heat of summer where thong sandals are my preference for breathability. Unlike you what you might think, they rebound well after being submerged in water. They wash well in the washer looking good as new when they come out. They are durable and protect your feet well.

Great, durable shoe. Toe part is unattractive - but so are my husband’s toes. Given the choice, I cover them up! He wears them daily - and a quick run through the dishwasher gets rid of the stink that comes only from grown man feet. (Rinse the washer before reloading with dishes!) They fit true to size, and he reports they are the most comfortable sandal he has ever worn. I buy him a new pair every year.

These are the best sandals I have owned, very comfortable and well made. They are correct, get a size larger than your normal size, had to send them back and get 1/2 size larger, but with Zappos, it’s a piece of cake with return or exchange policy. My wife is now looking at getting a pair.

I bought these shoes for my husband for Father's Day. They are great for in and out of water and fit him perfectly. Order a half size larger than normal.

DURABLE! I’ve had a pair of these for a few years. These things are just tough. I wear these when mucking around in swamps often. I also have worn them while snorkeling in tide pools in Hawaii. I also wore them for two days in lava fields where the dried lava is very sharp. They show little wear after all of this. From swamps to salt water, these sandals take it all. Highly recommended.

Bought these for my daughter, who loves her other Keens. She loves these, as well. I love that they can be washed and don't have to be tied. Every person in our family has Keens, and loves them--they are great shoes.

I lived on the beach for a year or so which is why I originally bought 'em; then moved to the mountains...no regrets! Have had several pairs for several years! At first, they were ugly, yet strangely cool. I had never seen anything like 'em. I had traditional sandals, but always scuffed by toes sailing and such... The main selling point was the enclosed toe and the awesome comfort! They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn...bar none! As for the styling, it grows on ya! At first everyone thought they were a bit strange, now, they all have their own...LOL! I will continue to buy keens and have been extremely pleased to see the expansion of their styles over the past few years!

I love themand have worn them kayaking, gardening, teaching, walking the dogs, and out to eat. They are easy to slip on in a hurry, super comfy as all Keens are, washable and versatile. They also can be casual and dress casual!

Really great, versatile pair of outdoor/indoor shoes. I love these shoes. They may run a little small in size. Definitely recommended for casual wear and outdoor activity. I feel well-supported (and I have flat feet) and comfortable in these. I’ll probably buy more Keens later.

Great shoes! These are my second pair… they are so comfortable. I wear them in the kayaks, hiking, and walking... they are just great and you don’t have to worry about anything with them. They don’t show wear and tear, either. I would highly recommend them.

I've had a pair of these for almost 5 years and I wouldn't buy another kind of sport sandal. I have worn these sandals all over. I wore them for three days running around Disney World without a single problem. I travel a lot and wear them while touring cities around the world. They have good footing and support to handle things like cobble stone that is uneven. If you walk through a lot of small gravel, it does have a slight tendency to get inside the sandal. You have to walk a bit more carefully to avoid having it get in. They also give my feet a unique tiger stripe suntan pattern because they are all I wear at home in the summer.

Clunkers - I was disappointed. The sandals are heavy and the hard rubber toepiece which bends up is concave on the top and restricts (hurts) my big toe. Bad design. Returning for sure.

Comfortable to wear everywhere, though a bit pricey. My feet have gotten more picky over the years, but Keen Newports (along with Skechers Journeymans) give me all day comfort. I find that the Keens run a bit small compared to other shoes. For example, I wear a size 11 in Skechers, but I need a size 11.5 in Keens. A friend here in town has found the same thing to be true for him as well. And it's hard to beat Zappos customer service.

I bought these sandals specifically to wear on a 9-Day Southern Caribbean cruise. After a lot of research and reading the reviews for several different sandals, I chose these because of the protected toe and the waterproof leather uppers. What a great choice! They came two days before we left and I wore them every day for nine days. They are wonderful!
