I wear a 9 1/2 to 10 and was told to order large. I first purchaced the size 10 1/2; they fit too large. LL Bean was very good about exchage and now I have the size 10. The sandals fit very well out of the box. Great shoes (leather Bison medium) and the fit will get better with time as the leather breaking in. I use a little contioner on the leather too.

My wife and I are retired and take road trips. Saw some friends wearing Keens. Went to Zappos (where else?) and found these Newports. Just finished a 9 day road trip and I must say I love these "sandals". Easy on, easy off and comfortable. The fit was what I ordered and needed.

My husband and I both own these all-terrain sandals. Not only do they dry quickly when wet, but they don't give you blisters when drying. I bought these for my dad, since he owns a boat and goes to the lake every weekend possible. Not only can he swim to the shore in them, but he can hike once on the mountains and he doesn't have to worry about blisters or stubbing his big toe. These are a tremendous pair of sandals, I've even kept the first pair I bought five years ago and they are still going strong! Keen products are also a little wider in the toe box area which is nice while you're hiking, swimming, or just plain have wide feet. These get the Milne vote in RI, and the Weir vote in AZ. These sandals took a few days to break in for me. There was some pressure against the upper front of my feet that had me worried at first, but the shoes stretched out a bit and ever since then, pure bliss. I highly recommend these shoes. I have worn a lot of shoes and sandals known for their comfort and quality in the past -- Ecco, Mephisto, etc. -- and these sandals, for their purpose, are on a par with those. The only minor complaints I have is that they do seem a bit heavy, and they are slow to dry when they get wet. But I am happy with them and will buy them again.

This is the best sandal in the Keen line for men. It is more stylish than the Newport H2, and slightly more comfortable due to the leather insole and straps. (However, the Newport H2 is better for wet conditions.)\r\n\r\nThis is a great product, and you will not be disappointed.

My son has big feet! Size 14. I have been waring Newports all summer and love them. I looked up Keen shoes on the internet and found Zappos. I love that I don't have to go shopping at the mall. We live in the middle of nowhere and would order again with Zappos any time.

This was my 3rd pair of Keen sandals so I could be construed as a fan, my second pair of the Newports and a pair of H2s. I prefer the leather Newports as they seem to give your feet a little more protection and fit more comfortably than my H2 models. I've used them for just about everything you can imagine. Other than athletic activities these have pretty much replaced my running shoes as daily spring, summer, and early fall footwear. Keen is just the best. I've recently bought a pair of their Summit County boots for winter and a pair of their Oregon hiking boots for a hike I have coming up in late fall. Great quality, great comfort, I do tend to order them a size larger as that's what works for me. If you're on the fence, pay the extra and get the best. You certainly won't regret it for a minute with any Keen product.

They stink but I love 'em! First pair I returned because the size was 1/2 too small. I ordered up and now they fit perfect. Great for the hot sweaty city streets. Only thing that stinks is that they hold on to foot odor. Not sure why? My last pair did the same thing.

This pair is the third pair of the Keen Newport sandals (in the color Bison) that I have bought. I love them. I wear them all the time in the summer. They are comfortable for street wear, they have good support, and they have a toe cap. I think they look good as well. Who could ask for anything more?

We are new to Zappos and happy with our purchase. The size is perfect and happy to find the great selections in size 14! We will order again when the need arises. The service was very fast, just 3 days. The Keen shoes were very comfortable for 2 weeks, but my little toe on the right foot started to swell when wearing them lately. I hope I can remedy this because I like the shoe. Thank you, Zappos.

Love these shoes. They feel great, are easy to get on and off and the toe cover really keeps your toes protected, unlike other sandals. They are waterproof, but do take about a day to dry out. The only problem I've had is that they get stinky if I don't wear socks with them. I'm not sure I've had shoes that didn't do that, so I don't hold that against them. Work great for sailing!

This is my second pair of these sandals. They are simply the best I\'ve ever worn. The quality and fit are unrivaled and they look great. \r\n\r\nWith all the different brands and styles of sandals that one could buy, I wouldn\'t have bought a second pair if they weren\'t great.\r\n

Purchased online and enjoyed great service from ordering to receipt. Took shoes on trip from California to Ohio; very comfortable. Actually received several compliments along the way.

My husband really likes these sandals. The leather is high quality. The width is good and they have great support for a sandal. The only downside is his pinkie toe gets caught between the straps. I also love the way they look on him.

Great shoes - I wear them all the time now. Immediately comfortable and great traction and ventilation. The shaping of area around front toes is better than any other shoe I own, not slightly cramping and yet not loose; particularly important in hilly areas. The size was accurate. Zappos process was excellent, too. I ordered two different styles and sent back one with no hassles; great for shopping from home.

These sandals are outstanding for comfort and arch support. Best sandals hands down I have ever owned. They are a pleasure to wear. It seems in my size they did run small. I normally wear a 13 and 14 fit perfect. Zappos service is the best online bar none and I order a lot online.

These are my 4th pair of keens, I've had over the past several years. And, are clearly the ones I like the best. Previously had Newport H2O's, and while they fit ok, these have a much more comfortable fit for me. One of the things I like is that the "tightening lace" on the shoe, is not too long as in previous Keens I've owned. On previous pairs I had to tuck it in as it was flopping all over. Not so with this shoe. I was hesitant at first to buy leather Keens, because of the feel. But, this are a truly excellent shoe with a great fit for me.

Great for outdoors use. Insoles stay wet for awhile and both rocks and sand gets caught in toe of shoe, which is just annoying. I use them for my trips to the river and they work much better than an old pair of running shoes. Superb quality.

Best on line service ever. I was sent a pair of Zappos Newports for Father\'s Day. They didn\'t fit. I called the number and a pair of the correct size arrived the next day. I got instructions on how to send the first pair back, dropped them off at the shipping company. All done. Got a nice follow up card in snail mail. Wow!

I love these sandals. When I usually wear sandals I trip over every crack in the sidewalk, but not with these. I did walk the first two blocks with my toes curled up because I am so used to tripping, but not anymore. I went with one half size up like I noticed in other reviews and they fit perfect.

We each ordered a pair of these for a trip to Oregon and boy are we glad we did. We used them every day: to go walking, hiking, rafting, etc. We hiked on rocky ground, in the ocean, and in fields and these were perfect. Not only do they dry quickly, but they are super comfortable. It was a great investment to make for a shoe that will last a long time!

Great shoes. They look nice enough to go to dinner and are very comfortable in our hot climate. You could easily hike several miles but not in a mall with concrete floors. This is a good all around shoe. Fits true to size and is alittle wider than standard.
