I love the support but the width left gaps in the straps. Wish they made half sizes. Sorry to be sending them back.

As many others have experienced, this style ran small for me. I typically wear size 39 in this sizing system, but my 4th toe was right at the tip of the size 39 and the strap was a bit snug across the widest part of my bigger foot. I sized up to the 40, which left more room at the top (about a half inch past my big toe) and more room for my toes to wiggle. However, because the 40 is not a snug fit, I ended up with blisters in a couple of spots due to the constant rubbing while walking around NYC this past weekend. I've never had foot blisters before. I also find that the ankle straps are not particularly comfortable. These are my first pair of cork bed sandals, so I am still getting used to the feel, but I found it supportive during long walks on pavement.

These shoes run small so consider this when ordering. I returned mine.

I love these, but the straps are just too big and my feet slide forward. I know that every pair is a little different, but this was already my second try. I might try again, as I really want them to work! I love the design and they are very comfortable for my problematic feet. Perfect amount of height and arch support.

I really liked these sandals, but unfortunately I seem to be lost between the size 36 and 37 — I’m a solid size 6 (US), and usually find the 36 (EU) is spot on, but in this style, my toes were popping over the front edge on both sides of the 36. But the 37 was a bit too big, with too much extra length in the toe bed. The straps in front were also just a bit on the loose side, and since they’re not adjustable, there was no way to fix that. I guess this style just wasn’t for me. They did seem like they’d be very comfortable — the footbed itself is dreamy soft! And there seemed to be a fair amount of support, so I think if they had fit they’d have been great walking sandals. The style is super simple and elegant, so it doesn’t look like your typical “walking sandal”, not clunky or overly fussy with straps and buckles and whatnot. Too bad about the sizing!!

Despite the fact that the shoe fits, the front curve does not accommodate the spread of my toes and my next to last toe hangs off uncomfortably. So sad because the firm cork footbed and good arch feel just right. loved the soft green/gray color. Different yet still reasonably neutral

narrow footbed

While this style is listed as one of Naot"s narrower ones, there was a huge gap between the straps and the top of my foot. I've worn this style before, but maybe in a size smaller. Even then the straps were loose and I had to have a shoe repair shop add extra Velcro to the ankle strap so that my foot didn't slide around in it. Really narrow feet are the pits to shop for!

I typically wear a size 8, and ordered these in both the 40 and the 39. I thought the 40 would fit given all the reviews about how these run small. 40s: 1 cm too long, straps around top of foot were way too loose. 39s: Too short! My little toes were overflowing over the edge. However, the straps around the top of my foot fit well. I think there's a pretty big jump between size 39 and 40. I'm sad I had to return these because I love the style a lot.

I was hoping to really like these shoes. However, they were a bit narrow for my foot (which is usually never a problem for me with shoes). Additionally, the velcro strap was not quite as stylish as I had hoped the sandals would be. I did really like the design of the shoe, felt like if would hold your foot securely while wearing!

I do a lot of city walking and the Kayla has always been great. Unfortunately, the fit on this pair was odd. I usually wear a 9 but ordered a 41 (EU) because of other reviews. The length was fine but the straps across my foot were really loose. They were about 1/2 inch higher than my foot. Also, as others have said, the Metal Leather is more bronze than silver. Too bad, these will be going back.

Cute but way too narrow for my feet. Had to get the wide version of this style. Wish there were just as many color options for the wide version!

I thought I would love the style and comfort of this shoe. I found that it just looked too old. It also ran exceptionally narrow and probably 1/2 size small.

Disappointed as the leather of this not is very stiff. I feel like the leather is not as high a quality as it used to be

attractive sandal, however, as other reviewers have pointed out -- extremely narrow. does not fit because of this. also, I have a very high arch and these sandals have too much arch support for me. they are going back. I'll stay with Clarks or Naturalizer for both comfort and price

I ordered in stone and loved the color. The overall look i also nice -- not to klunky, and not burdened with velcro closures on every part. But the footbed and my foot just aren't compatible: its too short when my foot is properly held by the ankle strap. Will be returned.

Love the color and look of this sandal but it is way too narrow. I would say it runs about a half size too small although I don't know if the half size would handle the width problem. The color is a great burgundy and they felt good on the bottom just squeezed a bit on the sides. A good choice for a walking sandal that doesn't look too clunky if you have narrow feet.

I'm a solid size 10 and the 41 was too small. If you're a 10, size up to a 42. My toes were falling over the edge which makes it too difficult to rate the comfort really. I'm returning.

"Excellent arch support" is too high for this flat-footed gal. But the main problem with these sandals is that the straps stretch out. I had forgotten I'd purchased the Kayla a year or two ago. I'd stopped wearing them because the straps got so loose that my foot slid off the arch and over the edge of the sandal.

I love hese shoes and am a serious Naot fan, but both pairs of these shoes I have ordered have flaws and unless there is a way to retouch this delicate finish I may have to pass even tough I really like these shoes. I am going to try one more time.

Much too narrow!

Fits small. Felt more rigid than I wanted in a pair of sandals.

Naot needs to analyze their sizing and then I would give them a 10 out of 10.

I have the Naot Kayla in many colors. This is my go-to shoe. This season I've discovered that the fit varies with some of the colors. Regretfully returning the copper leather because it is running smaller enough than the others to actually be uncomfortable. Have had the same problem just this summer with the matte black.

I bought these for a trip to Spain and wore them for a portion of the trip. Unfortunately, they started to stretch out through wear and became a little sloppy on my feet. They were still comfortable, but I don't like it when my foot moves around too much or my heel lifts out of the strap. I later just wore them in the evening when I would be doing less walking. A little disappointing after all of the positive reviews I read.
