wish there was more elastic built into construction....I find that insures both a more comfortable feel and fit

I own these sandals in blue and they are perfect. I ordered the pink and had to send them back. The suede straps across the top of the foot were too big. They did not even touch my foot. I was able to put a fingers width between my foot and the pink straps. I certainly could not wear them having the front part of my foot not being secure. Must’ve been a manufacturing problem for that particular color.

I loved the look of these sandals, but they were a bit too short. If they were a bit longer (a half size), they would have been really comfortable. I'm so sorry to have to return them.

I just received this sandal and was so disappointed with the fit. I ordered a 10 wide, but it's the same fit as a medium and my toes hung over the edge. The sandal felt very comfortable but the straps on one foot had a very noticeable gap between my foot and the strap. Unfortunately, I will be returning them.

I have two pair of Kayla from years past and was looking forward to buying a new color. The leather on this pair was so much more stiff. Even just trying them on and walking around my bedroom I could feel the piece over my toes beginning to cut. Sadly, had to return. This was true in another color as well. I guess they have change leather suppliers.

Have loved Naot’s for years but not the new narrower design. These are made way out of proportion including the two front straps which are not adjustable. There is too much space between them and the top of my feet. I was able to cut/shape a white tongue pad and adhere it to the underside of these 4 straps but who knows how long they will last and look over time. Also the forefront of the sole is pretty thin compared to older made Naot’s. Not worth $150.

I ordered this style of Naot's in Pink Plum Nubuck, and the color is most certainly gorgeous! I first ordered them in a 38, my regular size in Naot's. I was shocked about how very poorly they fit. The toe straps were huge, and the foot bed was way too long. I returned the size 38 and reordered the sandals in a 37. The toe straps were still too large, but the foot bed was predictably too short. Sadly, the style Kayla is not for me. Kayla is the only style of Naot's with which I could not find a proper fit.

These are beautiful sandals but don't be fooled by the Narrow to Medium designation. They're narrow and short and cut my feet. I got the royal blue and the patent leather and had to send them both back. Pity because I loved the styling.

These run small compared to other Naot sandals I have. I am 7.5 to 8, and 39 in Naots, but I had to go up to 40 for the Kayla. Once I found the right size, they were so comfortable that I bought them in three colors - oily dune, black matte and stone nubuck.

Love the look of these sandals! However the fit is quite a bit smaller than I anticipated. I am an 8.5/9 and ordered up to a 40 and they are still snug. And the matte leather is very stiff. Returning to find a better fit and softer material for the upper.

I am usually a US 7.5, and I ordered the 39 (US 8). Length-wise it was perfect, but it definitely felt narrow. My feet are regular width in most other shoes, but the middle of my foot would rub against the edge of the footbed and strap when walking. Sad that I had return it due to the narrow fit—the footbed was so incredibly comfortable.

I ordered 4 different styles of comfort shoes. These were the only ones that I thought looked very cheap- like as in vinyl. They were very narrow as well. Have to send them back.

I love the Kayla and wanted to try a new color. This looks like a subtle camel color in the photo but is actually mustardy (like the stars in this review) in person. I returned.

I loved the look of these sandals on-line. I ordered the metallic color. When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed were the inconsistencies in the metallic finish. There were big black spots on the toe straps that looked like ink stains. I returned them and ordered a second pair. There were no dark stains on the leather this time, but the finish on the toe straps and the back straps were two different colors. The toe straps were an unnatural gold color and the back straps were a dark metallic. I returned the second pair today. I'm disappointed in the quality of the finish and the fit of these shoes. The first pair fit fine, and the straps on the second pair were too loose. I finally gave up on Naot and ordered a pair of Taos shoes.

I found the Oily Dune color very golden, not a medium tan as seen on my computer screen. So, I returned it for a another color. I want to really like this sandal since it is more money than I'm used to paying.

I wanted to like these shoes. But I had a very hard time being impressed by a $140 (+tax) sandal. I just couldn't do it, so back they go. Thanks for free shipping to/from Zappos!

Great shoe, very light-weight and attractive. However, it's very narrow. Had to return.

Although I have others, this pair didn’t feel comfortable. So I have returned them.

Liked the shoe but it "crunched" my bunions... Different fits for different folks. Arch support was good, shoe is attractive but didn't work for me.

this shoe was comfortable but decided not to be my style and it was a 1/2 size too small at least.

I don’t know what all the rage is about these sandals. The footbed is not cushioned enough and the leather strap at the arch of the foot rubs. For this price they should feel like clouds. But they don’t.

I really liked the look and feel of these shoes, soft leather with lots of support. They were too narrow for my foot (and I have a relatively narrow foot), they probably would have stretched with use but I'm too lazy for that. Had to return them.

On right shoe both straps of small toe area had dime-sized spots of color missing. Also, am going to try one size smaller to see if the heel strap sticks out less from foot. I think I have a short heel.

The sole offered no cushion, so it was like walking on cement. The leather straps were not ultra soft, and didn't fit correctly for my feet. These might work well for younger feet, however.
