I agree with the other reviewers. The shoe runs a bit narrow. I am a B and it fits but is certainly more narrow than other B width sandals by Naot. I bought mine about 2 months ago and the straps are already stretched out. I'm disappointed! I do love the shoe though and may try a patent leather one to test. It's an expensive test though!

Sadly, these went back. They are cute and comfortable, but the very front strap is way too big for my regular medium width feet. The second strap was just right, but it will stretch and then the shoes will be hanging by the ankle strap only, and already the shoe did not feel stable at all because of the lose front strap. I really wish the front straps were adjustable. I will be trying Sophia and Madison next. Also I had to go up to 8 (I usually wear 7½ and 38 in Euro sizes but had to size up to 39 in Naot or the back of the heel was resting on the back edge uncomfortably. 39 was perfect length).

Beautiful shoes and they feel like you're walking on a sandy beach. The upper leather straps, however, are tight and non adjustable. I assume walking in my classroom all day would be uncomfortable. It would be nice if they made those straps with velcro closures. For this reason I'm retuning them.

Love Zappos! I wear a 7.5 in most shoes so, I ordered this in 39. My foot was swimming in it! Leather is soft but the middle strap is way too big for my skinny foot.

After finding out I had stress fractures in the balls of both feet, I was told to find shoes with a stiff sole. I immediately remembered a pair of Naots I bought several years ago. The footbed is as I remembered: comfortable, stiffer, and somewhat formed to the foot (also runs narrow). However, the straps/upper parts are not as nice...more plastic-y feeling. I'm keeping them because of my personal situation, but the quality does not match the price point.

Bought the Black Patent and this Silver Snake. Both the same size. The straps are too loose on the silver snake I think because of the softness of the leather.

This is my fourth pair of Naot Kayla in various colors and the first time I've been disappointed. The "black matte leather" color leaves stains on my feet. Also, I got a blister the first time I wore these. Didn't happen with the green nubuck, blue metallic, or copper color Kayla's I have worn and loved for years. I sure hope this is a fluke and Naot hasn't downgraded their leather quality!

I usually wear a 43, but ordered up on the advice of the other reviews. The 44 length would have worked out for me, but they also run very narrow. My feet are "average" width, but these were so tight that I could barely cram my foot in. They fit my mother - who wears an 11.5 narrow - far better than they fit me (12 M).

Support-wise they seemed like they would have been great, as i tried them on indoors around the house. However, they were just too narrow and had to return them. I've never had to order a wide width in shoes before, so i think my width is pretty "normal." but these shoes definitely ran narrow! I even ordered the next size up hoping they would work. Nope, still too narrow.

Although the shoes fit comfortably and were able to wear them without a break in period, after walking 5-10 miles/day in France, the first strap loosened up and my toes moved around a lot causing blisters on my toes (foot moved a lot especially on uneven pavement/cobblestone streets). Velcroed bottom straps would alleviate this problem.

I bought these shoes a couple of months ago to wear to South America. The footbed and sole are very comfortable. All the straps are fairly comfortable. The closure strap that goes over the arch is way too long. To keep the shoes on my feet, I have to put it very near the end of the Velcro. Now it keeps popping open constantly because the strap has stretched so much. The "leather" is low quality and looks cheap. The shoes have become unwearable for the most part. I have tried to find a shoe repair place that can shorten the closure strap and perhaps add more Velcro. I have been unsuccessful. I paid way too much for these shoes and do not think that I will purchase Naots again.

I have another pair of Naot sandals that I love. I traipsed all over Yellowstone with them and wanted another pair. These just aren't as comfortable.

Wanted to like these but the strap in the back runs low on the back of the heel which I don't like. The Naot shoes also seem to be smaller than they were when I've previously bough them.

I was really looking forward to wearing these on an upcoming vacation, but I'll have to return them. Unfortunately, they're a bit too short for EU 36 (and a little tight on the width for me)! I always wear a 36 for sandals and my toes go all the way up to the front edge on these. The strange thing is that the Naot Karennas in size 36 do fit, and are visibly longer than these Kaylas (by more than a 1/4 inch). I don't know how the sizes can be different within the same brand, but I'm thinking of trying the 37 to see how those feel.

In my opinion, Naot sizing on this sandal is goofy! I own three other pairs of sandals by Naot in size 38 so I felt comfortable ordering a 38. It runs narrow and a bit too short! Bummer. I will send them back because of the sizing, but the leather and foot bed are nice quality. Also, you can't beat Zappos' service.

These are very cute, and I wish I could keep them. But the straps that connect around the ankle happen to be sewn together right where they are best positioned to rub against the arch of my foot. I can tell it will irritate the bejeebers out of me. Also, I bought my usual size but they feel short. My toes were hitting right at the very front end of the soles.

When you read reviews that say this style runs narrow...believe them. I wear an 8B, but after reading the reviews here I ordered a 9B...shoe fits perfectly...so comfortable but this style runs narrow. Had to return them. Perhaps I could have worn them and after a few weeks the leather might have stretched out...but didn't want to take the chance. Will return and order another style from Naot. Because I ordered from Zappos I have this easy quick option!

Usually wear a 10.5 but since this sandal doesn't come in that size, I ordered an 11. My toes were hanging over the end. Ordered the 12s and the sandal still felt very narrow and weren't long enough. Like the feel of the arch support, but I don't think this shoe is sized properly.

Too narrow for me. Naot makes a line that runs medium (this is from that line) but I could hardly squeeze my foot in. Going back.

I was very sad that this shoe didn't work for me because I like Naots a lot. But there is only the ankle adjustment and the second footstrap is too tight if you have a high instep. The white is nice and bright so if that isn't a problem it will probably look good, although the soles are pretty casual-looking.

Shoes are at least 1/2 to 1 size too small. They also run narrow. I wear an 8 1/2 or 9, so ordered the 9. But my toes stick off the end and are crowded. These may be comfortable, but am not going to try different size, as they really aren't very cute to wear with skirts or shorts.

Length way too short! Usually wear 41 (past Naots fit great) but am returning for 42. Style and comfort great.

I received these as a Mother's Day gift. I have owned several pair of Naots in the past and loved them all. But not these. Something did not feel quite right with the fit of the right foot. I don't have any foot abnormalities so I'm not sure why the strange fit. The style is "okay"...probably not something I would have chosen for myself. And I do not believe they are worth the price!

I have had two pairs of these, and both times the front straps stretched out so much that my foot was not supported. The first time I didn't open the back strap when putting on and taking off the shoes and was told that was why the front straps stretched out. With the second pair I was careful to open the back strap every time I put on or took off the sandals -- and the front straps still stretched out! My feet swim around in them after the first few wearings. Very disappointing since I think the shoes are really pretty. But they are not good for narrow feet. From now on I will get sandals with adjustable front straps.

These are great, versatile, comfortable sandals I bought to wear while teaching at a camp this summer. I purchased the Steel color, which turned out to be a really cool metallic blue that looks great with jeans, skirts, and much of my summer wardrobe. That said, I'm a little disappointed by the amount of wear to the soles in less than two months of wear. Granted, I do walk quite a bit in my daily commute, but the tread is worn from the heel and the ball of the foot, making these very slippery to wear if the ground is even a little bit damp. I'm not sure it this problem is mine alone, as I haven't seen any reviews mentioning it yet. I'm curious how long the tread has lasted for others' shoes. I would love to own another pair of these shoes, but ideally not as a replacement so soon after buying the first pair.
