Love these sandals! They are adorable and seem to last forever! I bought a different pair for my 5 year old last summer. She wore them everyday to school until fall and they are till in great shape.

I wish there was a little more support. They are very hard and flat. Other than that they are beautiful and my 5 year old loves them!

My girls like their classy sandals, which seem to be comfy and well-made. The color is great. They do seem to run a bit big though and both pairs we bought fell into the gray area between returning for a smaller size vs. counting on my kids' growing feet to fill out the extra space.

I didn't look at the fit survey first and there weren't any comments in the actual reviews I read about the sizing. Be sure you are ordering one size down for your kiddo! They run a size large. My daughter has narrow, flat feet and the straps across the toes were tight for her but the inside lid of the box for the shoes shows you how to break them in so they won't cause blisters. It's a very well-made shoe that looks sturdy enough to last long enough to hand down to the next kid too.

Very cute and my daughter says they're comfortable. Only downside is they make a bit of noise when she walks

Really cute and durable sandals. I buy them every summer for my girls. They wear them in the lake, at the beach and after a light wash in the sink, they are ready for Church on Sunday. However, he does not seem to care for standardized sizing. These shoes are at least one whole size too big. Giant.

My five year old loves these. I was concerned at the lack of arch support and hard sole. But she doesn't seem to mind at all. She can wear them all day.

Look at it! The shoe speaks for itself, it is beautiful. Not a fantastic sole, but at the price one can invest in a pair of a bit better quality for the little foot. It fits well and they do not run small. I normally use a size 13 in Keen, but needed a 12 in this. Zappos is my best online shopping experience. You order in the evening and it is there hassle free next morning at no cost! Can't get any better than that!

They run really huge! My daughter wears 1.5 in most shoes and in these 1s, you can't even see the tip of her big toe from under the cross straps.

I didn't even have my daughter try these on. Right out of the box, the shoe looks cheap and like the straps are poorly attached. Super cute but quality is pretty poor.

Wasn’t comfortable

My daughter loves theses shoes. These were her second pair. I do feel like the shiny finish does not hold up as well as the normal ones.

First of all, we love Saltwaters and have been purchasing for years. One pair typically lasts us a year. My daughter is currently in a size 11 (style tan), and while it still fits, I can tell her feet are growing so I decided to do what I always do: get a new pair, 2 sizes larger. The size 13 (style rose gold) came and was way too big on her foot. Completely engulfed in the shoe (would take years to grow into), I figured it was my fault, and returned them (thanks Zappos!). I opted to get size 12 (style rose gold). Just received them and the top straps are way too narrow -- and my daughter has a fairly narrow foot. I felt like the size length-wise, compared to an 11, the size 12 seemed like a true size 13--based on my years of buying Saltwaters. This is the first time I've purchased the rose gold or any color besides tan. So, I've decided the make must be off with this kind and just placed my third order for a new pair of size 12 tan Saltwaters. Fingers crossed these ones fit appropriately.

I used to buy these sandals 7 years ago and I was extremely disappointed with the quality. It’s harder , looks of less quality. I was sad to see this happen.

Such a cute sandal but did not work for my 5 yo daughter who wears a size 10.5. I ordered size 11 and it fit fine but for the first strap on the front part of the sandal. It dug into her skin even though she has normal width feet. I had a similar problem with other Salt Water brand shoes.

we purchase a couple of pairs every summer.. i actually didn’t like the green as much as i thought i would. but still will keep. my daughter is 7 and we always order a size smaller.

While the functionality of these sandals seems great, they aren’t as great as I hoped. They ran very large, even after sizing down because of other reviews. They also were tough for my 8 year old to buckle and she said they pinched her toes where the straps met. I didn’t think that would be helped if we went to an even smaller size so we’re sending back. Too bad because I love all the color options.

Very cute, but my daughter's heel was pushed backward over the sole by the strap design.

These are super cute. But the buckle is a pain

Purchased these in gold and sadly I have to return them. My 3 year old daughter is in love with them, but they just don't fit her right. I never thought she had wide feet, but I guess I was wrong. I just can't get her foot into these. Once we jammed it in there, there was still a good inch left at the front in length. I also purchased the Sweethearts and those fit her perfectly because the buckle is adjustable. I'll be buying the Sweethearts in gold since my daughter is now begging for gold shoes! If your little one has wide feet, this may not be the best style.

These shoes are cute but the fit/design is a little weird. My four year old daughter has fairly narrown/long feet and the toe area seemed too long, yet the heel was fine. The straps were also pulling the footbed off of the sole. They do not seem to be made well.

I had nostalgic ideas about these sandals for my daughter but... Spouse thought they were ugly Didn't seem to have any traction The patent leather was pretty stiff, perhaps would help it last longer once broken in but wasn't that appealing to my 3.5yo. They seemed to run a tad big (long). We returned so I can't comment on how they last. Seemed well sewed/constructed just not a good match for us. Hot pink color is as shown/nice shade. We picked a StrideRite instead and the sole is way more flexible for play and has rubber bottom.
