Worth it! I was cooking with my chocolate colored Uggs on when I dropped a piece of fish (which I was cooking in butter and garlic) right on my shoe! I immediately tried to use water on the stain, which seemed to make it darker and larger. About a week went by before I found the Sheepskin Cleaner & Conditioner online. I ordered it and it was delivered in about two days...I immediately cleaned my boots, following the directions that came with the cleaner. As other reviewers suggested, I didn’t use as much of the cleaner in the cleaner/water solution as was suggested on the bottle. Anyway, it worked wonderfully! I let my boots dry naturally for 2 or 3 days and the stain was practically gone! I can still notice it a little bit, but only because I know exactly where it was. If you didn’t know about the stain, you wouldn’t notice it at all. This product worked so well on my butter/garlic stain, I would suggest it to anyone!

My Classic Tall Sand colored Uggs are 5 years old and I am emotionally attached to them because I got them to lounge around in while I was getting ready for my wedding. They are quite worn out and my husband wanted me to toss them, no way! After cleaning them with this cleaner, my neighbor thought I had purchased new Uggs! Did a great job on my well worn and dingy Uggs and now I am getting one more season out of them for sure! Thanks!

It works! All you need is water and a sponge or cloth. And Uggs don't take as long to dry as I thought...just don't put them in the dryer.

This is a great way to maintain your Uggs. It does what it is supposed to and is easy to use.

It works! My daughter had lemonade spilled on both of her Ugg boots. I used the cleaner, per the directions. After the boots dried, the stain was not at all noticeable.

Great stuff - The stain was a red liquid that had been left there for 2 weeks before I heard about the UGG cleaner. I thought it wouldn't hurt to try it. Although there was a slight mark where the stain had been it is barely noticeable and the boots actually look brand new! This product is a must have if you own a pair of UGGs!

Ugg Sheepskin Cleaner & Conditioner - I LOVE this cleaner. It worked really well on my Chestnut Uggs. I used a little less cleaner and more water. It still works great. The water resistant spray didn't really help for me-just my opinion.

Awesome!! I have a pair of classic UGG boots that are 23 years old in the sand color when they had the braiding on the back. They still look gr8!! I bought the cleaner as they were a tad dirty after 23 years. They look so nice again. Yes they have many years of wear, but being 'original' Australian UGG they wear gr8. I have 2 other pairs of UGG, chestnut classic and black Joplin, and hope they last like my ole friends have. Keep your UGG boots protected with UGG products and brush them occasionally and you will be one happy UGG owner!

Ugg cleaner & conditioner - Love that Ugg offers such a product. The only negative which really is not a big deal, is having to dilute the product you need to find a container to put it in then there's leftover to keep track of. But otherwise wonderful.

Great product! I have had my sand colored Uggs for about 4 years now and they were VERY dirty. After using this, they are squeaky clean. I definitely would recommend using this product on your Uggs.

Ugg Cleaner - Worked great, I had a few spots on my Uggs and this cleaner took them right off.

This is a lifesaver! I had only had my Uggs for a week and worn them once when my wonderful fiancée dropped Jagermeister on the left one this past Thanksgiving. I still wore them for about a week until I decided to see if Ugg made a cleaner for them and low and behold I found it on Zappos (I had forgotten I had seen it before on here.) So, I ordered it, got it with the FABULOUS free overnight shipping and washed them and guess what?? The stain is completely gone. You can't even tell there was anything on there. I HIGHLY recommend this product to any and all Ugg owners.

Great product! This cleaner is easy to use and made my Uggs look great. If you need to spot clean only one boot, still, it's best to just clean both sides to ensure an even look. Once you use the cleaner, the sheepskin tightens up a bit.

Works Great! My white Uggs were literally black all around the edges from a night out, so I ordered this cleaner to see if I could salvage them. To my amazement, all of the dirt came off! This is definitely worth the money!

This cleaner works great! You only need to add a little bit of water and it really soaps up. My daughter's Uggs had black stains of unknown origin since last year and they came right out. The boots look like new and it was so easy to do.

This stuff really works! Easy to use, and really cleans sheepskin boots/slippers well! Lasts a long time, too, because a little goes a long way.

Great Cleaner! This actually worked! I didn't think it would because it didn't really look clean when it was wet. You have to let it dry to see the results. I followed the directions but I would recommend you use a white sponge cause if you use a colored one, it might stain it like I did. I used a green sponge and I scrubbed too hard and it stained it just a little. But don't be afraid to scrub hard cause the dirt will not come out if you lightly do it. I got a suede brush and brushed it after it dried. The brush made it soft again and looks brand new! I would also recommend you clean your boots as soon as you see them get dirty. I also washed these UGGS that I got 3 years ago and the cleaner did help but not completely. I think I waited too long to wash them. It’s a pain in the butt, but it works!!

Very pleased with product. After reading previous reviews, did adjust instructions and used less cleaner than instructed. Last year's Uggs look new again.

Awesome cleaner - I've used this on my UGG boots and it cleans really well. I've also used this on the new boots for the Army's ACU uniform after my boyfriend got them all muddy, and if it can clean them as well as it did I know it can do a great job on Ugg’s.

Sheepskin cleaner and conditioner - I was very surprised that this cleaner, when diluted to the amount specified, was capable of removing the grease spot on my new Uggs. I was able to brush the area and it looked great.

Zappos ROCKS - I haven't actually used the products I received yet as I originally ordered them this last summer. When winter came around I finally opened the box that the products came in and realized I had received something totally different.
