Ugg's cleaner - Very effective . I have a sand color pair and a pink pair of clugette's (my favorite shoes in the world!). The sand pair were looking a little dingy after being over a year old. The cleaner got rid of the dirt and brought them back to their original sand color. You need to follow directions carefully. A soft brush seemed to do the trick when used lightly. The shoes took 2 days to dry but worth the wait. They look new. The Pink ones are next!

Clean them up - I ordered the cleaner with a brand new pair of Uggs slippers. My new slippers do not need cleaning, but I have a pair of old slippers (not Uggs)that have been exposed to snow, rain and dirt. The cleaner did an amazing job on them. It got rid of a lot of the dirt--not all, but most.

Ugg cleaner - I found that this product keeps my Uggs in great condition, don't try anything else. If you want to make your Uggs last, don't pass up on this cleaner.

Ugg Cleaners - Keeps my Uggs so soft and clean, not afraid to wear them out in bad weather as the wash up so nicely with the cleaner. The repellent helps keep them clean but when dirty this really gets them nice and conditioner keeps them soft as new, no stiff cracking suede boots. Boots will last lots longer.

UGG Cleaner - It works and I have six pairs of UGG's that I use them on. I think it is such a great product that I gave it to all of my sisters and nieces.

Ugg Upkeep Products: I bought both the Sheepskin Cleaner and the Water and Stain Repellent. I wish I had them both for my first pair of Uggs, which were Pink. These products make the boots a lot easier to clean and keep the pale and bright colors looking great a lot longer.

Cleaner - I purchased a pair of Ugg slippers in sand color a few months back. Love them, but they did start to get a bit dirty...the Ugg cleaner is amazing. I used a sponge w/ it at first but then switched to using a cleaning brush very lightly. They look brand new! I highly recommend this product!!!

WOW, I love my UGGs -

Good Cleaner - I used this on my Sand colored Uggs and it worked really well. I diluted the cleaner with half water, half cleaner. I didn't have any fading or discoloration after my boots dried. Got almost all of the stains out, except one grease stain.

Effective product, but you have to be VERY careful b/c it’s really strong. Although I diluted it with a little water, I rubbed it in too much and the color faded from those areas. Just dilute and gently, quickly go over the boot once.

Seems like it's a great idea until you clean them only to find out that it ultimately just fades and takes away the color of your Uggs. Beyond frustrating!

Fade - I was told at Nordstroms that this cleaner was "the best." It clearly is not! I used it on 2 pairs of my Uggs. One of the pairs were the chestnut color and where very dirty, they are now two different colors and the stains turned white and crusty. I tried to brush them out with the nap brush with no avail. My less dirty black Uggs were a little better. All the stains came out but the black at the top part of my foot is faded to a whitish color. I'm so devastated!

I wear a mens 10 to 10.5 and had to get this in a 9.5. This is a comfortable shoe and I walk at least 2 miles a day in it on city sidewalks. After 3 months of daily wear it is still in great shape.

Regret to buy it - It can clean the dirty part but it also makes the shoes not as soft as before. My UGG shoes look the same, but doesn’t have the same quality after I used this product.

I used the Ugg cleaner for my boots and I'm devastated! My Uggs are duller in some areas and the material is stiff and crusty. I followed the directions exactly like it said on the bottle and this was the result I got. I'm not at all pleased with this product.

I am so upset at the outcome of washing my new Ugg Boots. I have the short chestnut boots and the color runs when you wash them. They take FOREVER to dry and they are still not completely dry yet and it's been a week. The boots hardens as a result of washing it so I would recommend to anyone... don't wash it if you don't need to. I don't know if my results are similar to others, but I am very upset by the results.

Terrible!!! Wow after reading all of the other reviews, I was excited to try this stuff on my boots. However, I wish I hadent done so, they are now ruined! My Uggs now have cracks, stains and covered in lint balls. I plan to contact the company about this beacuse my shoes are only five months old....I would not recommend this product to any one.

Okay, this is tricky. If you read the directions and do it right (very gently), the results will be great. My recommendations: (1) use the protector before you wear the Uggs the first time, and reuse often; (2) only wash when necessary; (3) be very gentle and follow instructions. Or else just go to a professional cleaner. But, despite what that other review says, do not ruin your beautiful Uggs by putting them in the washing machine!

I use this cleaner and conditioner on a pair of Ugg flip-flops that I wear almost every day at home and a pair of clogs. I works great, after cleaning the fur looks like new. I strongly recommend it for Ugg shoes.

Sheepskin cleaner/conditioner - It renewed the look and feel. Good results if you read the directions.

Worked Well - I used this to clean my sand Knightbridge boots and it worked very well. My boots look new again! I also have used it to clean the insoles of all of Ugg boots and shoes. It fluffs them back up again. GREAT PURCHASE!

I was very pleased with my Ugg cleaner. I had made the mistake of not using the water and dirt repellent when I got my boots. They were a bit dirty by the time I ordered the cleaner. I followed the directions... and my boots looked as good as new. Be sure to follow the directions carefully... I was a bit nervous that I may get the boots too wet, but I didn't. I am definitely glad that I purchased the Ugg cleaner and conditioner.

Excellent! Great product. Really works wonders. I have black UGGS and this cleaner got the job done. They look practically new!

Resurrected my old slippers - I ordered this to attempt to give my 2+ year old slippers and much needed facelift. I'd not been nice to them and it was starting to show (purely aesthetic). A little goes a very long way and those slippers look great now! Even cleaned up and softened the insides which was all smashed down from years of wear.

Great cleaner - I've used this cleaner & conditioner once on my Ugg houseshoes. The cleaner was easy to use and the houseshoes looked great afterwards.
