Will save your Uggs - I used the Ugg cleaner on my sand colored Ugg boots. It took off 2 years worth of dirt and some recent blue-dye transfer from a new pair of jeans. It was easy to use. You do dilute it and I would recommend not using too much. Maybe a table spoon or so. It goes a long way. Also, you need to buy the water protector. After you clean your boots, they have more "staining" due to water.

Works Great - This cleaner took the blue stain (from jeans) out of my Uggs and made me very happy. I followed the directions as stated on the bottle and let them dry over night. They were gleaming the next day.

Worked well for me! I read mixed reviews on this product, but I figured my Ugg's were SO dirty, it couldn't hurt to try. I didn't have high hopes because my sand-colored Ugg's were covered in black soot/ash from a campfire. I took the suggestion of other reviewers and used a little less than the amount of cleaner it called for on the bottle. I used a kitchen sponge, and it really worked! The black ash came right out! They ALMOST look as a good as new. I would recommend trying it.

Uggs Cleaner & Conditioner - Works great! When I used it to clean my Uggs, they looked brand new. I highly recommend this product if you own a pair of Uggs!!!

Works well on new stains - The cleaner works well on general dirt and new stains, did not remove the older oil stain that was set in by other cleaners, but did diminish its visibility. Would recommend to use this cleaner and nothing but for your Uggs, don't try to lift stains with anything else first, like my mistake.

Ugg cleaner review - This cleaner worked very well. I had stains on my boots from the snow and rain and the cleaner was able to bring most of the stain out. Unless you knew I had stains there, you probably wouldn't ever know they were there.

Good stuff! I ordered this because I had a few spots on my Uggs and couldn't get them out by using just water...I used the cleaner and it took the spots out and my boots look great!

Ugg cleaner - I am so pleased with this product. I followed the directions and can't believe how much better her Uggs look. She had a stain, that she tried to get out, and when she came home from college I tried with no success. Then I followed the directions on the bottle, and just love the results. It is a lot less noticeable after I brushed the shoes. Definitely recommend this product!!

AWESOME!!! I love this product! I wear my Uggs almost everyday. I take very good care of them, but the constant wearing of them takes a toll after awhile. Once I used the cleaner & conditioner, I was amazed. I was very hesitant though because of the delicate sheepskin, but after I saw how great they looked afterwards, I would definitely say go for it! All I do recommend is following the directions carefully... because I did and got really great results.

Ugg Sheepskin Cleaner and Conditioner - I really like this product. I just got my Uggs and made the mistake of wearing them outside with out waterproofing them first. Of course they got stained so I came back to Zappos and got this cleaner. It took the stains right out. I'm even thinking of using it on my other shoes which are not Uggs. I followed the advice of other Zappos customers and used less cleaner and more water. It did the job and left them looking like new. It did not fade the color at all. I also got the waterproofer and it works well too. Let me just say that the Comfort Specialist I spoke to at Zappos was a great help to me also. Thanks again, Zappos.

JUST BUY THIS! If you have anything at all that you think will never come out of your Uggs, this stuff will take it out! I had a pair of dark denim jeans that transferred blue all over my Uggs. I thought they were ruined. This stuff took the dye out of my Uggs and they look brand new. This product exceeded my expectations.

Cleaned my boots right up - After reading the mixed reviews of this product, I was a bit hesitant buying this product. I really needed to clean my boots, though. I bought the product and diluted it 2:1 instead of the 1:1 ratio that is stated on the bottle. I had fantastic results. Super clean boots.

UGG CLEANER A MUST HAVE! I live in the UK and had to order my UGG cleaner from the US and may I just say that it is a MUST HAVE for all UGG owners. It is worth spending a little extra cash to maintain your Ugg’s seeing as we spent so much money on them in the 1st place! I used a normal 'kitchen' sponge (a new one though) to wet the boot with cold water then I used the cleaner as directed and swept the sponge in the direction of the suede. The boot has taken a while to dry but it looks BRAND NEW. I may need to use a suede brush on them now just to blend it all in (is this recommended? Please let me know!) All in all 10/10.A must have.

Took my stains right out...They look new - I am impressed with the Ugg cleaner and conditioner. I have only owned my Uggs about a month and they already had a lot of stains. I followed the direction and ALL of my stains went away. I used a sponge like it recommended. They dried a lot faster then expected. Zappos was excellent. They overnighted both bottles and didn't even charge for shipping. I looked around at other places online that sell the Ugg cleaner and conditioner and everyone charged for shipping. This was a wonderful deal to keep my Uggs looking fresh and new. Thanks Ugg & Zappos!!!

Ugg cleaner does work well! I wore my Chesenut Uggs accidently in the rain and I thought they were ruined. I followed the directions, and cleaned them, and they look great!!

Fantastic - I truly love my Uggs, they're warm and extremely comfortable and I can wear a 7 when I normally wear an 8 1/2, gotta love that.

Great Cleaner! My UGG was more than dirty after 2 years of getting snow and rain but this cleaned 'em better than I expected. Although I had to use the whole bottle, thanks to this cleaner, I don't have to buy another pair of UGGs.

Ugg's Sheepskin Cleaner & Conditioner - I bought this to use on my daughter's pink Uggs which were very dirty...filthy!! While the cleaner didn't make them look like new, they look much better!!!

The Best Cleaner for UGGs - I had denim stains from new jeans on my sand-colored Uggs. While the stains are not totally gone, after cleaning with this, the stains are barely visible. I took the boots to a local shop who said they couldn't clean them; said they tried their in-house suede cleaner and it didn't work. I followed the directions on the bottle, and everything worked great. I was almost ready to replace my Uggs-- they were looking worse for wear before the cleaning. This product made them shine like almost-new! Followed with the Ugg spray protector.

Cleaner & Conditioner - Works well to clean small spots that may appear on your boots with wear. Definitely worth it.

Good Cleaner- I wish I knew about this stuff sooner! It doesn't get out everything, but it definitely brought back some of the color and uniformity of the sheepskin. Make sure you give your shoes adequate drying time; it took mine almost a week and I would definitely suggest using the waterproofing spray and then brushing with a soft brush after everything dries as it helps to bring back the original suppleness of the shoes.

Magic Potion - OH MY GOD! This stuff is magic, my light blue Uggs were really dirty, almost looked discolored really yellow and gross. I followed the direction on the bottle and puff THEY ARE NEW AGAIN! I LOVE THIS STUFF.
