Great cleaner - I bought this for my wife's Uggs. She had dripped cooking oil on them. One time use removed 95% of the oil marks, to the point where they are barely noticeable (you have to look really hard). One more cleaning should take care of it completely. Using a stiff bristle nail brush to work the suede restored it to "like new" condition. This is a product that does what it claims.

Cleans pretty well. My daughter's Ugg Classic Short Pink boots were blue from wearing jeans, and then coated with mud from walking in snow and rain. I thought there was no hope. They aren't back to original pink but it made a huge difference!

Excellent Product - I have pink Uggs slippers and they were pretty dirty by the time I finally got around to buying this. It works great. The color did not fade at all and they look great. Zappos is without a doubt the BEST place to shop!!!

Great stuff! This is as good as it gets. I used this after a snow trip and truly works! Took the stains right out.

Great product! This stuff works really well. I have Uggs with removable innersoles that aren't suede, so I don't know how it works on suede. It worked really well on sheepkskin, softened my innersoles up significantly. A tiny bit is all you need of this stuff!

Easy to use - I was sure there would still be some residual stains even after cleaning my new Uggs that hadn't been protected first! It was very easy to use and worked beautifully. My Uggs are officially perfect again (no more mystery dirt or apple juice stains!) And the bottle should last years!

Ugg Cleaner & Conditioner - I loved this cleaner. It didn't get out the spot where I oops wore brand new jeans and they faded onto the tops of my boots when they got wet. However, the cleaner is very easy to use, I used it one night and my boots were almost dry when I woke up the next morning. It really helps to soften and condition your boots and I think it helps them keep their color and stay looking nice. And it doesn't smell horrible like spray can suede cleaner available at dept stores. This is much better than the spray stuff in all aspects. Don't forget to use a suede brush to life the nap and you'll be all set. Love this stuff!!

Great item - I was recommended to buy this cleaner for my Uggs and I wasn't sure if it was going to work but it did a great job cleaning them. It was easy to use and the directions were easy to follow. I was acutally surprised how well it cleaned my Uggs.

Good Product- This product works really well on UGG sheepskin boots. The only problem I had with it was that I used a little too much and it took a lot of water to rinse it off. It does clean well and remove stains. Make sure to get the Water and Stain Repellant to spray on after you clean with this.

Ugg cleaner- I received the item very quickly. I used the cleaner and it worked great. The boot looked new again.

Good stuff - I cleaned a pair of sheepskin slippers by Ugg and it made my slippers look like new. The color is pink and did not fade. Since I wear these only inside and away from water. The texture was soft and fluffy. The water proofing product was recommended to use with this, since I cleaned only slippers.( f you are using outdoor sheepskin then the water proofing product that goes with this should be used).

Cleaner - My Ugg boots were so dirty; it only took one wash with this cleaner to get them looking brand new again! I think everyone who has a pair of Uggs needs this. It’s a necessity.

WOW - I have 2 pairs OF UGGs, and they were starting to get dirty, but this stuff worked great!!

Pretty good stuff. This product won't take off oily stains, but it seems to diminish them. It certainly helps keep the suede looking better.

Ugg Cleaner - I guess the only rating that applies is the overall rating and I gave it a 4. I have black Uggs and they were dirty, but not as bad as most people I see out there. The salt stain didn't come out too well and the boots looked lighter than normal when they dried and pretty stiff, but after a few wears, they get back to normal - I just have to work on that salt stain - guess I didn't do it right the first time.

Ugg Sheepskin Cleaner & Conditioner - Ugg Cleaner did a good job brightening by Ugg boots, but didn't completely get the blue jean stain out. Not sure if i just didn't use enough cleaner or what? But other than the blue jean stains, it got the other dark stuff out!

Not a miracle, but definitely cleaned my Uggs quite a bit! The smell wasn't harsh at all, too, which I was worried about.

Also a "MUST HAVE" for UGG owners! This product works great when combined with UGG water repellant. It does condition the sheepskin (i.e. leather) and helps to keep your UGG boots and bags soft and supple. A small amount to pay to protect your investment in UGG products!

Careful with this Stuff! My fiancé and I cleaned both of ours together and the dye on his ran to the bottom of the boot. Mine were completely fine. Although the boots are clean afterwards, the suede doesn’t feel as soft. If you have a suede brush, it helps perk up the suede and some-what look new, but they don't feel as soft as the original condition. I would recommend buying the repellant in addition to the cleaner.

Fixing up stained Ugg's boots - The product does a good job in removing stains, although I had to do it twice (the first time I didn't scrub hard enough-the directions made me nervous to do so). You have to be very careful to scrub evenly on all surfaces of the boots, even the non dirty parts. Otherwise, the boots will be uneven in color when they dry. Also, you need to rinse the boots in cold water. When I rinsed them, the color started to bleed profusely, but they dried nicely overnight. You also need to buy a suede brush to bring back the softness of the sheepskin. Not only do you have to buy the boots, but you have to buy all sorts of accessories to go with them. Although my daughter loves her boots, they still seem like a funny choice for a New York winter...you can't wear them in the rain, even the dark colored boots become dirty quickly, and you shouldn't wear them in the snow.

Liked the product- Worked very well and cleaned most of my Uggs.

Cleaner fades the material - I was not happy with this product as it did not restore my Uggs back to good condition. In fact, it made it worse than before I had cleaned it. The material was not as soft and some of the colour was washed out, fading the material. I diluted the cleaner with water as directed... I even made adjustments for the next time so that there was more water than cleaner, only to get the same result.

Uggs sheepskin cleaner & conditioner - The Uggs that were ordered were returned as they were too tall. The cleaner arrived and was kept as hopefully the Uggs that my daughter would like to order will be restocked. The cleaner arrived leaking, the box that contained it was wet and a small amount of cleaner had leaked out.
