Great shoes at a great value! Wear well and very comfortible.

Total support and stability - Having had polio, stability in a shoe is the only way to go. These shoes most definitely fit the bill which is why I ordered two pair.

Near Miracle - Before purchasing these shoes, I suffered excruciating pain in both of my feet. I have tried a lot of different makes and styles and even my doctor was out of ideas. Three days after receiving my New Balance the difference is nothing short of amazing! I still have pain but it is mild enough to even slip my mind at times.

New Balance MW811 narrow width - Having a narrow foot (11B), weak arches, and generally flat feet, I luckily "found" New Balance shoes several years ago. Not only do they fit well and provide good arch support, but they generally take daily wear and tear well. They accommodate my orthodics well. And their soles do not separate from the shoe body as easily--a problem with the 741s. .

New Balance MW811 - My husband finds this pair of shoes more comfortable than the first pair he ordered. This pair was ordered a size smaller than the first pair. He has neuropathy in both his feet and finds these shoes ALONG with special insoles from Markell Shoe Company have helped a lot. The only negative point is that the tongue does not remain in place under the laces ENEN when laces are passed thru the opening slot.

Good - I have 4 other pairs of NB, all 10.5 4E. These felt bigger so I returned for a 10. I did get a 6E width on the size 10 to avoid any chance of having pinching/rubbing on the little toe. Great soles on the shoes but sometimes they feel like you need to add some extra heel support. I would still buy them again

I bought this to replace the same shoe which had worn out. It is a great walking shoe and I've been very satisfied.

Quite Comfortable Shoe - Nice vegetarian shoes that you do not really know you are wearing.

Sleek Casual Shoe - This shoe is just perfect for me. It is comfortable, practical, and attractive. Great buy!

This is a great fitting shoe for my son. He wears a 14 2E and they're comfortable. Zappos has outstanding service. We normally do not buy shoes anywhere else.

Wearing a 6E size - This shoe seemed a bit tight when purchased but never crushed my foot like less pliable shoes have. The construction of the shoe is quite comfortable.

Effortless walking & standing- These shoes are very comfortable. I had an old pair of New Balance shoes and I can tell these are going to be even more comfortable. I especially notice the comfort when I'm standing still. There seems to be a lot of cushion in the bottom of the shoe.

Comfortable walking shoe- This is a comfortable, light weight shoe that felt good from the first time I put them on. Fit is excellent. That is important to me because there aren't many men's shoes in narrow widths. My only complaint is that the laces are extraordinarily long and I'll have to buy some different ones.

Great overall product- What can I say? I read the reviews and I have to say they were all correct. The shoes required nearly no "break-in" time, and were comfortable the first time I put them on. They have only become even more comfortable as I have worn them. They seem very well built as well, leading me to believe they will last quite some time. As for the style, well, they are plain, which is what I was looking for. They can be worn with sweats or a casual pair of khakis. As for Zappos, perfect service and delivery as usual. I recommend these shoes.

Balanced comfort! New Balance makes the only shoe I can take right out of the box and KNOW it will fit and be comfortable. No break in time needed. A definite aahhh factor in design, wearability and most importantly COMFORT! I have bunions and hammer toes. This is the only shoe that has a spacious toe box to accommodate gnarled toes. The dark color makes it look like an oxford and not a sneaker. Can wear with all pant outfits.

Thrilled! Surely I am breaking some company rule by wearing these shoes on the job. From the photos, I thought that these might pass company dress regulations, and because of some past New Balance experience I hoped that they might be comfortable. WOW! For about 20 years I've been dedicated to a well known national brand of work shoe. Perhaps partly due to my increasing age, my feet were bothering me. I decided to take a chance with this NB 811, and I cannot believe what I have been missing. The bottoms of my feet no longer hurt. It is like walking on soft carpet. When I get home, my habit has always been to immediately take off my shoes. Not with these NB 811's! They feel so good that I keep them on. I realize that everybody's feet are different, but I don't see how you could go wrong with these shoes. I truly feel that I'm getting away with something by being able to wear these on the job.

ALL THIS AND FREE RETURN SHIPPING TOO !!! Of course I knew that my husband would love this shoe and he does. This is my first experience to have to use the return service, as we needed the shoe in a half size larger. I followed the directions and preprinted my shipping label. I was amazed when I walked into UPS and the shipping agent looked at the label, and said,"This is all I need, thank you"....and I said, THANK YOU and left the store. I spent 90 seconds of my time ane RETURN SHIPPING WAS FREE. What a bargain !!! I realized that I had read the free return shipping before, but I guess I didn't really believe that you would pay for me to return my mistake. YOU MAKE IT SOO EASY AND INEXPENSIVE FOR ME TO BUY QUALITY SHOES THAT FIT MY HARD TO FIT HUSBAND'S FOOT. New Balance WB811- I absolutely pleased with the way that Zappos handled my very first order! The shoes came quicker than I've ever known any company sending me something. We would definitely order again from Zappos.

Got the shoes in Friday, boarded a plane for Hawaii Saturday morning so I didn’t get a chance to break them in. Wore them for 14 days and never had a problem or sore feet. once.

I'm happy - I work long hours in a hotel as a server. I ordered these shoes for their professional appearance and the comfort of a sneaker. After a long day, my feet aren't as tired as they were with my last pair of shoes. I also have wide feet, and the fact that New Balance makes so many widths is another plus.

John's Sneakers - My Husband has an awful time finding shoes and sneakers that are not only wide enough and deep enough but also do not slip up and down on his heels. These sneakers fit him very well, they look nice and he's happy and comfortable. And having him happy and comfortable is worth everything.

COMFORT!!! Awesome. Very lightweight. Instantly comfortable, no break-in. 6e width fits my wide foot very well. Plenty of toe room. could use a tad more arch support, but extremely easy on the feet nevertheless. Great service from this store, very fast shipping.

My perfect sneaker and walking shoe - I've been wearing some version of this sneaker for years. New Balance has updated it periodically, but the 8XX (now the 811) is my main "comfort shoe." It accommodates an orthotic, although the built-in support is excellent if you don't need a custom orthotic. The shoe is well-made and will last for a long time. I like the rounded toe box especially, and New Balance seems to be the only manufacturer that makes very narrow widths.
