Fits hard-to-fit feet! Ordered these for my husband as he has worn NB's for many years but not this shoe. He has a crippled right foot and flat feet and is very impressed by this style and, as always, the fast, efficient, service.

Incredible Comfort Right Out of the Box - I have had surgery on both feet at different times; have a very difficult foot to fit due to width and shape. Surgeon requires that I wear New Balance and now I know why - extreme comfort and great support. You owe it to yourself--and your feet--to try these shoes. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Solid quality casual sneaker - This is a good casual sneaker. They are a nice hybrid of an athletic and a casual shoe- subtle and simple. The synthetic upper is very durable, resilient and easy to care for. The sole wears well. I find these shoes to be very light and there is plenty of room for your feet to spread out. I've got three pairs. Ideal applications for these shoes would include casual walking, traveling, and the workplace. On the ethical front, they are vegetarian friendly and, the black, white and bone models are manufactured in the U.S.

New Balance MW811 - I have had many feet problems - had bunion surgery last week and was having a severe case of planter fasciitis. My foot doctor highly recommended these shoes and they do make a difference in terms of foot comfort. My feet feel pretty good after walking and also standing for extended periods which is something I had problems with before as I am a teacher and so stand long periods of time in a classroom. Had to occasionally sit down. With these shoes, the support is much better.

My husband spotted the NB 811/s in a catalog he received in the mail and was ready to place an order. I suggested checking Zappos and sure enough they were there, a few dollars less AND saved on shipping. Richard is very happy with the shoes and impressed with the fast service. The shoes fit well. He says they need NO breaking in, are instantly comfortable.

Stylish Comfort - This a good looking shoe: comfortable and the sizing is correct. The sole is well designed for comfort and good gripping.

Nice Vegan Shoe!! I was having problems with a tingly feeling in my right heel. I deduced that it was from wearing shoes without an arch. So, I looked for a comfortable, non-leather shoe and found the NB MW811. My tingly feeling isn't gone yet, but it's about 80% gone, I think thanks to the shoe. And BEST OF ALL I ordered regular shipping and received an e-mail later that day saying that I got priority shipping for free. I had the shoes WITHIN 24 hours after I ordered them. Zappos is my new shoe store for life!

New Balance power - This is a replacement purchase for the same model. The first pair has lasted well over my expectations for both miles and months. You cannot beat the quality for the price. Because the first pair was so good, I have gone for a second. Why give up on a good thing.

Love and will keep buying - We have bought these shoes before and we will buy again. My husband loves these for work, he does a lot of walking around.

Another step down - I've been wearing NB black walking shoes for several years, replacing them every 6-9 months. This latest, I feel, is a huge downward step in comfort and support. After wearing them one day I'm back in my old ones, because they have more support. Another sign of the times...

Good casual walking shoe - Shoes arrived day after I placed the order. Wish all catalog shippers were Zappos fast...shoes are nicely made and comfortable, although wish they had 6Ws available. Thanks for great products and even greater service.

Finally... a shoe that fits! I bought these for my son and he LOVES them! He has a wide foot and we were unable to find his size in local stores! The shoes came overnight! Wow, was I impressed...plus, shipping was free! Great price on the shoes too! I'll be back!

GREAT SHOE!! Having a wide foot (6E) I have trouble finding a comfortable fit. Wearing these shoes 9 hours a day on cement floors without breaking them in is heaven to me. I am on my third pair and will continue to order more. I can't say enough about the service. Keep it up ZAPPOS. You are the best!

New Balance - Not a single store in my area had the shoes I was looking for. You had both types I was looking for. Placed the order at about 7PM and before noon on the next day they arrived. Both are very comfortable and were exactly what I was looking for.

New Balance 811EE - I've been wearing 811's for a year now almost daily. The left shoe seems shorter; toe hits the front of the shoe. If they get wet, if not dried immediately it produces an odor that is almost impossible to get rid of. I am going back to my Ecco Seawalkers which are nearly twice the price, but a much better shoe.

Ugly but effective - I wait tables one day a week and am on my feet for 7 hours straight. These shoes help to keep my feet stable and pain-free. They are very comfortable and supportive. They won't win any fashion contests, they are a bit ugly. I usually wear a 10 but had to get these in 10.5. Good work shoe if you're on your feet a lot.

I recently started working at Starbucks so I'm on my feet for long periods of time. Because of having flat feet and plantar fasciitis in my right foot, walking on rubber mats and using an insole with my other shoes wasn't enough to stop the pain. I have been wearing these shoes without an insole and although my feet get tired, the plantar fl. does not seem to bother me. Well worth the $ and will buy more.

Let's walk!!!!! I bought this shoe for walking because during the winter months I do a lot of it. I haven't given them a true full work out yet. I did take a short walk and they felt great, but I can't tell how good they last until I get really movin' after the snow starts to fly.
