Well made walking shoe at a fair price. Foot feels stable. I use pedorthic arches. I hope Zappos carries this item in the future.

I have trouble finding narrow shoes at a reasonable price. My NB shoes are great and the Zappos service was wonderful.

This is my second pair of these and I really like them, except that I needed a half size longer and a narrow shoe, which are not possible to get in many shoes. The laces are a little long, but durable. I wore the first pair everywhere for years, and they are still pretty good.

I got big feet and I cannot lie. Those other sneakers were not as wide. It takes a while to break in and the laces are ridiculously long and they are very very white.

The shoes are very good. Delivery was fast and the order was complete and in new condition.

Knew what I wanted. Purchased same item in an old-fashioned shoe store last year and since I needed a wide sneaker and I can't get the width I needed in 'sports' stores. Very comfortable! Got the right product at the right price via Zappos.com.

This shoe was practically as good as it was rated by other commentators on Zappos. There was less arch and heel than I need as an individual but I rectified that by inserting a sponge and shoe pad where needed with double sided tape. Make sure if you order these shoes from Zappos that you demand the U.S.made ones, I believe in the bone and brown colors only. Zappos will help you with this request, they did me.

Even better than the shoe was the service I got with Zappos! The shoes arrived within 3 days and I broke them in in 2 days. Its a great shoe. For you guys that know how hard it is to find a wide shoe,these are great!

These are great walking shoes or for people who spend a considerable amount of time on their feet. I love these shoes. Very comfortable!

These New Balance MW811 are really comfortable and great to walk in---on the road walking our dog or at the stores.

These NB MW811 shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The shopping experience could not have been better. My feet have changed size and the first pair did not fit. Zappos quickly replaced them, free, no shipping costs or restocking fees! Thank you Zappos.

Although I haven't worn the shoes yet, the reason I bought these particular shoes is the 'New Balance' product line and this style has served me well in other shoes.

I got NB MW811s after reading reviews because I think I have Morton's Neuroma and I wanted to change my shoes before going to a doctor. So I got Crocks RX for around the house, Asics Gel-Cumulus 12 for walking, and NB MW811 for dress up. I've been wearing these 3 shows exclusively for about 2 months and they seem to help but I need to give them more time. I made a mistake and ordered brown instead of black NB MW811s. Sorry. I could not believe how easy and fast the return and replacement was with Zappos - for free, too! I'm sold on Zappos.

These shoes are very comfortable. I have very wide feet with extremely high arches and these are the most comfortable shoes that I have. Since I wear full orthotics for my arches I can't really comment on the arch support of the shoe alone.

Shoe stores don't carry my size in stock. I need an extra wide shoe. I can readily find them at Zappos. I ordered the Bone color and when they arrived (in two days) my wife said that was not a winter color. When I saw how comfortable they were I immediately ordered another pair in Brown. They also arrived in two days. I am quite satisfied.

Great shoe, lots of support. I had tendonitis in one of my heels a couple of years ago. My doctor suggested that I use these shoes. I walk about 5 miles a day. These shoes have never given me trouble, no more tendonitis.

This shoe exceeds my expetations. Now if they would just keep making them when I want another pair.

Really the best, even compared to more expensive shoes. Extra wide adds to comfort. The service is exceptional.

My husband just loves these shoes. He has many foot problems and they were very comfortable. We ordered another pair.

These were for my husband. He is very happy with the comfort, probably because they actually fit! They are a bit clunky looking but they seem great for all around distance walking, tennis, travel, etc. I think they would be a bit too heavy for actual running.

These shoes are wonderful for men that walk all the time. The 4E width is very comfortable for my wide foot.
