These are very comfortable walking shoes, and because of their synthetic construction they are easy to keep clean.

I have worn many pairs of this shoe with absolute enjoyment. I have a narrow foot and these fit extremely well. I use them in all activities, but especially in a walking regimen each day.

I got these for casual wear when teaching labs - a task that keeps me on my feet for 3-5 hours at a time. I've had them about a month, and am quite happy. They seem a bit smaller than other New Balance trainers I've worn, but the width runs true to my others. They are comfortable, even after a long stretch on my feet, and my feet have been comfortably cool during the past few weeks, which included very hot weather. I don't have any sense of slipping, even on slippery, wet waxed floors. They're work-out shoes, walking shoes, lab shoes; not meant for style. Rather sedate, I suppose. All in all, I'd buy 'em again.

My husband loves this New Balance sneaker! This is his fourth pair. Zappos is so good about shipping and taking returns that there is no reason to start driving around to find these sneaks! thank you Zappos!

My NB walking shoes are a perfect fit and are very comfortable--and the price was lower than store retail.

New Balance are always the best for comfort. I needed white sneakers for work, but before Zappos I couldn\'t find NB in \'all\' white. So I tried a couple other name brands and they were all very painful for standing long periods. My and my feet thank you!

It is very hard to find shoes that fit me, as I have diabetic issues. Comfortable and plenty of width! Will be getting another New Balance pair soon.

I've been looking for a pair of walking shoes like these, for years. They are made in the USA and I have problems with large and wide sizes. They are perfect!

I normally wear a wide shoe. This shoe's wide is a EE which is too wide. It was very comfortable to walk in, just wouldn't stay on my foot due to the extra width.

I have used Zappos to supply my shoes for several years. They have always quick and on the one occasion when the shoes did not meet my expectation, they were easy to deal with and provided a pain free method of making the return. They have been one of my favorites because they carry brands and sizes that I have had trouble finding in retail stores.

The best walking and standing shoe I have ever had. They do run a little narrow. I recommend highly.

Excellent fit, and shoe wears very well. I would buy the same shoe again. My only complaint is that on the hottest days, the feet get very hot.

I'm a large person, 6'3 at 380 pounds. These shoes are a problem with respect to support and comfort. Normally, I use Rockport shoes, however I have been pleasantly surprised with the success I'm having with the New Balance MW811. It is holding my foot firmly and I can wear it for a semi-formal occasion. I have already purchase a second pair which is waiting for me in my closet when I need it.

New Balance MW811 has become my favorite work shoe of all time. As a master tech for a car dealership I am constantly on my feet and walking fast to keep up the work pace. After 35 years of different kinds of work shoes, I have found the most comfortable pair ever! This is my second pair and I will buy a new pair every 6 months.

I recently had a mild stroke. I ordered New Balance #811 with roll bars. The roll bars helped me to walk sooner without fear of turning ankles and gave me a sense of stability. I now walk! Service was excellent. Delivery was a quick two days.

I'm a woman with gigantic feet (supposedly a size 13 in women's shoes, but really more like 14) and am thrilled at the unadorned gender neutrality of these wildly comfortable shoes. They don't look like clodhoppers and cause me no pain. I wear a men's size 12. I would recommend to anyone, but particularly to any other gals in the same pediatric pickle.

I have numerous problems with my feet, ankles and knees I tried all the "name brand" shoe stores with all their claims of fitting your feet to the shoes to no avail. I tried internet searches for advice on the right shoes and found New Balance and Zappos. I have used them exclusively ever since. I doubt I would buy any shoe.I recently got the MW811 while recovering from foot surgery. They were so great I still wear them and plan to buy more in the future just to wear for yard work. Kudos to Zappos for their selection and GREAT customjer service,m and to New Balance for understanding that we all don't have petite feet!

I LOVE Zappos service and policies--they are the most generous and well structured mail-order company I have ever had the pleasure to use. The product I purchased, New Balance MW811, in men's, although I am a woman, are excellent for work shoes for anyone who must stand on hard surfaces for long, long hours. If you have FLAT FEET, like I have, VERY, VERY flat feet, I can swear to you that you will never be bothered with arch pain or foot fatigue with these shoes. They are practically indestructable, as I have two pair now, one for the rough usage of my daily work, and my newer, GOOD pair for casual use, when I just want to look neat. They stand up to hard wear outdoors, as I often help my husband when we work at gathering and preparing wood for winter use. I am no delicate flower! Durable and extremely comfortable. I've never owned a more comfortable pair a shoes. Being on my feet in a large hospital all day I don't think I could do better!
