Very comfy - I usually have trouble finding shoes I can stand in all day because of my flat feet and my bunion problems. These shoes were the 1st shoes that I've found that weren't tennis shoes that I could do that in.

Great walking shoes - New Balance WW811... These shoes are the best for the walking I do around San Francisco's hills. Great traction and support which makes the walking very comfortable. I am pleased with this shoe and the way it arrived from Zappos in a few short days. Thanks.

Fit beautifully - My daughter has a difficult time finding shoes to fit properly. These shoes fit her beautifully and she says they are sooooo comfortable.

Podiatrist Recommended - Two different podiatrists in separate parts of the country recommended this shoe for my "problem" feet. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned, and I wear them exclusively everyday. My orthotics slips in easily, and a new pair requires no break-in period. Love 'em!

A great shoe if you spend a lot of time on your feet - I really like these shoes! I've bought athletic in the past that weren't nearly as comfortable as this pair. There has been no breaking-in period. They offer great back support as well. My only quibble is that they are a bit "dorky" looking. Other than that, highly recommended.

Comfort - I love these shoes, they’re perfect since I have problem feet, and long hours working in the hospital makes my feet comfortable. I could hardly find these shoes in any other store.

The New Balance shoe's (811) are great; I work in a library and do plenty of walking. We also live in the country and I do a lot of walking, it's one of my many pleasures. Thanks New Balance.

I looked at the New Balance Express website to find out which NB shoe had best last for my foot. I wore them out of the box to a Muscle Up class. There is wiggle room for the toes, without feeling too large. I immediately tossed my other shoes out. How do other stores stay in business with Zappos for competition? Long before Zappos was recommended to me I shopped at other places. Their return policy changed, their stock changed, and the phone order people changed. Do customers have store loyalty? Yes, they really do, and it is always for the service they get.

A nice fit - I have trouble finding shoes because my feet are long & extra wide & I have a medical condition called neuropathy plus a Morton's neuroma. I now can buy & use these shoes for my everyday shoes. Normally I wear an orthotic in my nursing shoes & by the end of my shift my feet really hurt. With these shoes I can go shopping & do my errands without problems. Once my nursing shoes play out I will switch to this brand for work as well as every day.

My new favorite shoe - I have a lot of trouble with my feet, as the bones are very crooked. These are the first shoes that I can actually walk any distance in and my feet are not hurting! Love them!!!

Would buy another pair - I am on my feet all day and put as many as 20 miles a day on my feet. Put these shoes on and had no problem right from the start. Didn't have to break them in, it was wonderful. I highly recommend them.

New Balance comes through, again... I've been using New Balance shoes since the early 1970's and this latest pair of WW811 meets all my out-of-the-box expectations. They fit (11-4E) like a glove (sock??) and as a result are very comfortable as well as supportive. The only change I would make is that the all-gray color shoe that I chose would have had gray shoestrings instead of white.

I wish the shoe had more cushion. But, it has the style and support I was expecting.

Liked - Great shoes and come in 4A width. Can use orthodics too. The only thing that I might like better is if they were leather.

Great shoes! This shoe is meets all my needs. I'm vegan, so needed a shoe that wasn't made of animal parts. I was glad to find a good vegan shoe. I also have some trouble with pronation, to the point of causing ankle pain. With this shoe, the pain is completely gone. I've got a pair of black, but I like' em so much, I'll probably buy some in bone or white, too. Really a good shoe!

New Balance WW811 - I wear a 6-1/2 4E and this is the only shoe I've ever found to fit my feet to perfection. I found this shoe on Zappos about 7 years ago and order a pair every year.

New Balance WW811 - At first glance, the shoe seems very good for fit and looks. I have not worn it long enough to rate its continual comfort. I work on hard floors so hope this one will help me.

Shoe review (original,huh?) I am a letter carrier with narrow feet, not to mention heel spurs in both feet. I've had good luck with casual New Balance shoes before, but not for use at work. I am very pleased with this style, however. They accommodate my orthotics & have plenty of room in the toe area for my thick work socks. If you're on your feet all day, like I am, buy these. You won't be sorry.

Great Shoes - I went to a New Balance shoe store looking for a shoe in an extra wide width. Now, I have a bunion, so I need a wider width until I decide to have surgery. The sales associate referred to this shoe as "the bunion shoe" and she was right. This shoe is very comfortable & provided much needed relief! I walk everywhere & now I can do it.

Grey haired pet walker likes these shoes!!!! I do a lot of dog walking and need a comfortable walking shoe--I've found it. I can wiggle my toes-just enough room inside. I like the "bar" that goes down the middle of the bottom of shoe-makes for better balance I guess. Great shoe.

From Woodstock Nation to Pronation - Lately, I had been literally limping along - I thought it was just a sprained ankle wreaking havoc - podiatrist said "Pronation" which I had never before had any reason to hear of - and recommended what I had always thought to be "old lady shoes." (Some parts of this aging Boomer stuff are less fun than others). :-) So, I broke down (pun intended) and, still and always the activist, got the "pink ribbon" pair of these. I'm having such a great time (like Joni sang o/~ You don't know what you've got `till it's gone o/~ like arches!) walking again that I am ordering another "back up" pair of these well-constructed, cozy (extra room in the toe box too), not-so-frumpy shoes!

Foot Relief at Last! I have foot pain for several months & have not been able to find ANY shoes to wear to work (I am on my feet most of the time!). These are quite comfortable & provide impact relief. The wide size that I purchased was quite adequate in providing the extra size around my "pinky" toe. These are a lifesaver!

I have spent a fortune on s&h trying to find shoes that would be comfortable for me and allow me to take nice walks and be on my feet for long periods of time without discomfort. As a result of nerve damage during surgery, I have problems with my left foot. Finding shoes to fit properly and give me support and comfort and yet feel nice and light on my feet has been impossible until I discovered the NB WW811. I have them in black & white and I just love what they've done for me. Also, I'm SO impressed by Zappos. How I wish I knew about them a long time ago! I rec'd the shoes within a couple of days and their no charge policy for s&h to receive or send back is so very much appreciated. It makes it possible for me to try more shoes in different styles.
