Rockport has changed the way they make these shoes. They are now very cheaply made and very thin, with absolutely no support. My old pair, after 2 years of daily wear, still provides cushion and support. The soles of these are flat with no cushioning at all. No arch support either. The best I can say about them is that unlike the other Rockport style I ordered at the same time, these don't rub my feet raw in 10 minutes.

I have used ProWalkers exclusively for over a decade, ordering the same size and width each time. I was disappointed with the quality as there was no padding on the top and toes were "scraping" on the top of the shoe. I tried one on and decided I needed to return both pairs.

I have been purchasing Rockport Pro Walkers for over a decade. All of my dress shoes and sneakers have fit perfectly and have been of good quality. The two pair just delivered were sub standard. There is no lining in the upper part of the shoes and the material feels inferior. They do not fit as all of the other 11 wide shoes (over 25 pair) have fit. I am quite disappointed. I am now trying to return both pair and the website will only let me choose one.

I have several pairs of older Rockports. They are not the same fit and are not the same quality. I purchased two pairs, tried them on, and donated them in the planet aid box.

I can't wear them. My feet hurt after wearing them. The soles are hard and they have little cushioning in them.

Disappointed. I waited with great anticipation for my package. When I opened the box, and took out the shoes my heart sank. These did not seem to be of Rockport standards. The exterior material seemed old and inflexible. The shoe laces seemed very cheap. I tried on the shoes and found them (xw) to be tight. I normally wear a 2E.

I have been buying these shoes for years. Size 13M. This pair did not fit. I measured my existing shoe and the new shoe was 1/2" shorter. Never again will I be able to buy shoes without trying them on.

I am on my feet and walking all day. I have worn Rockport Prowalker for years, always 9.5 M. When this pair arrived, they looked a little different, and I quite literally was unable to get my foot into the shoe. I compared the shoe to previous ones in my closet -- it appears there is a lot of glue where there used to be stitching. Return was easy and payment was prompt.

These shoes felt fake. The soles were plastic and the leather untrue. I have owned Rockports in the past; these did not feel like Rockports. I believe they are knockoffs
