They were too small. I returned them

Have been wearing Prowalkers for 25 years and and currently wearing two pairs of this shoe, this was the first time they did not fit. Shoe made in India and even thought the shoe was marked wide the size was a narrow. If you wear wide shoes this shoes will not fit. The Rockport brand has lost a customer.

The product they sent me was not the color I expected or observed on the sale promotion. I ordered what I thought was a beige shoe, they sent me a gray shoe. I would like to return it. That is not what I ordered.

Zappo's service was excellent, as usual. The narrow size I ordered was truly narrow. In fact, first time in my whole life that I can remember having a shoe that was a bit too narrow for my feet. Unfortunately, the shoes were of poor quality and literally came apart after a few months of wear I have been a long-time fan of Rockport "walking" shoes and worn them in all kinds of places and always before found them to be rugged and durable. Even climbed a mountain once in Rockport walking shoes (not a very big mountain) . The quality of these shoes was a major disappointment. I hope it is not a sign of the direction Rockport is going. I would much rather pay a high price for a really good shoe than pay a low price, like I did for theses shoes, for a poor quality shoe. I got these shoes for outdoor and shop wear and they simply were not suited for that use. Might be okay for office wear.

I liked the style of this shoe -- modest amount of extra stuff, the fit was terrible. (Specifically, although I ordered a 12 4E, the shoe was effectively a standard width and, accordingly, unwearable for me.) When compared to other styles from other makers, this conclusion held up -- not an extra wide but an ordinary width. The size 12 appeared to be about right -- but the width was very disappointing.

It fit correctly but the material is very poor. Make my feet ache very much. It cost me 2 viisits to the podiatrist at $300 each. Should get reimbursed for those too

They fit great and love the style.

Fit well except on the left foot every time I stepped forward where the top of the shoe flexes it pinched down on the top of my big toe. Pretty uncomfortable. Right shoe did not have that issue. Item returned.
