The boot is really really cute. However, it was way too narrow and very hard.

Perfect fit! I ordered a size down (usually a size 7.5 and ordered a 7) and they’re perfect. True to the Dr. Martens brand, they have to be worn in, but loving them already!

Purchased for my daughter who typically wears a US women's 11. The UK size 8 was perfect. The boots are cute & versatile - that's why they are such a classic!

I have wide feet and wear size 6 or 6.5 and can never find shoes that fit comfortably. Sizing chart recommended sizing down, but I wanted boots to be little more roomy so I could wear thick socks . Size 7 is perfect for that . In the beginning my heel was slipping off , but it stopped only a couple of days into wearing the boots . Very comfortable , Love the boots so far .

They are true to size. They will require some time to break in but that is to be expected. They aren’t huge and clunky. The patent leather looks great.

I gave these to my daughter for Christmas 2021 and she's only worn them less about 6 weeks. The heel support inside the boot already broke down. Not impressed with the quality of this boot. Was able to get them replaced. Will see how the replacement holds up. If they hold up better, I will revise this review.

These are beautiful shoes and I’m sure they’ll be more comfortable once broken in. There is little for padding or arch support, but that is typical for Docs. Overall good buy.

Fit well right of box!

There’s nothing about these boots that I don’t love. Their color is perfect and they are surprisingly comfortable when wearing with nice and thick socks.

I really wanted to like these but they were very uncomfortable when I tried to walk in them.

Beautiful boots fit perfectly I’m in love with them! The color is beautiful a bit stiff but once they are broken in they will be fine. Thanks so much I thought I’d never find a pair of these unique boots in my size they are sold out everywhere! Zappos is awesome!!!

These are so incredibly stiff I have no idea how one would “wear them in”. I couldn’t even get the laces to tighten them. Returned and bummed

I previously ordered the same boots in smooth black leather. There was a bad stitching job done at the end of the tongue so I returned them. But I really liked the style, so I decided to try again in nappa leather. Well, this time they are perfect! The smooth leather must have been a fluke. The nappa are definitely less shiny, but I feel like the leather in the nappa will break in faster. The length and width is true to size. I am between size and I sized up because of slightly wide feet and also I am able to put in insoles since these boots offer no support. I am so happy I gave it another try!

I am a 10.5 and got the 10 and they fit perfectly. They were a bit stiff so I wore them around the house and within a few hours they were broken in nicely. These boots are incredible and I love that they are more narrow than the traditional docs so they have a more feminine look to them. My 3rd pair of docs and second pair of doc boots and I just love them!!! Bonus, it snowed 6 inches and these were great in the snow. Kept my feet warm and dry after 6 hours in and out, LOVE!!!

I am a true 10m and these fit 100% true to size. I am shocked at how comfortable these boots are. I gave a few issues with my feet and shoes are never comfortable right away, but these were and no foot pain!! The color is gorgeous too.

I love them!!!! Still breaking them in so they hurt a lil lol but guys how fast they arrived had me shook!!

These boots fit wonderfully! They are stylish and fit true to size.

shipping was so fast, came a day earlier than expected…keep in mind it was 2 day shipping. the boots are so adorable, absolutely perfect. they have a bit of room for movement but nothing drastic. room for double layered socks when it’s cold but still fit if you only wear one pair. i love my new docs and i will be wearing them everyday. not sure why people make such a big deal about breaking them in because mine have been perfectly comfortable since day one!

It seemed a full size larger than marked. had to return and since Zappos was out of the actual size my kid needed, had to buy elsewhere and pay shipping. sad. still, zappos return policy will keep us coming back next time we need shoes.

These boots are heavy and not as comfortable as I thought for the price. I thought since they’re so expensive it would feel like walking on clouds, but no, that’s not the case. We’re creased after the first day use.

I love, love, love these boots. I wear these much more than I thought I would. They are really comfortable. I’m a special education teacher at an elementary school. I run around all day in these boots. I like them so much that I bought another pair with a bit more style (vegan red with a platform).

My daughter really wanted to love this pair of boots. The part of the tongue that attaches to the rest of the boot has extra material/leather on the inside. When you step/bend your foot hurts/hits the top of your foot. This was only on the right boot. The left one was sewn perfectly and smooth with no extra material. When we put our hand inside the boot we noticed the difference. We actually were tempted to cut this extra part off. But decided to return this pair and hope the next one we order is sewn correctly.

Cute boots. Love the color. And, surprised by how comfortable for boots they are.
