Sugar is a simply styled, comfortable sneaker that has good length and good toe room. It could have benefited from a bit more cushioning in the insole. The styling is narrower and more attractive than the men's Simple I have tried in the past. Since I wear a size 12, attractive styling that does not exaggerate the size of my foot is appreciated.

Runs a little wide - I like the looks of my Simple Sugars. They do run wide. If I had a narrow foot I couldn't wear them.

One Cute Shoe - This is my second pair of Simple Sugar sneaks. They are cute and go with everything. The one drawback is the support. After a day of walking the city, you start to feel it. I could use a little more cushion or arch support.

Simple's Sugar is Sweet - These shoes are great looking and also very comfortable. I got them in black and they look cool with jeans and with khakis. The insole is removable and they easily accommodate my custom orthotics. I am thoroughly satisfied with this purchase and am considering purchasing additional Simple products.

Simple Sugar - This is my third pair of Simple shoes, as usual I love them. They were a little stiff on first wearing but quickly got supple an comfy.

Good Product and Excellent Service - The shoe was delivered quickly and I'm happy with it. Removing the inner bed allowed me to use my custom orthotic, and I now have a cool shoe for warmer weather. I think it is a good value.

Good knock-around shoe - This shoe is a good knock-around shoe. I wouldn't recommend it for all day walking, but it is a good shoe for running errands. It is a neat looking sneaker.

Get a half size larger than your regular size!! These are a half size smaller than my regular size. I usually wear something between 7.5 and 8, but I had to get these in an 8.5. The size 8 was very snug. The tongue of the shoe is a little bit irritating sometimes. It bothers my pinky toe. Overall, I am still satisfied with the product because it of the style and comfort (despite the tongue issue).

Great casual shoe - The laces are a beige color not white. The shoe itself is relatively comfortable, but doesn't have much arch support. It is great for a casual shoe, but I wouldn't recommend doing extensive walking in it. I have relatively large feet and alot of shoes make them look even bigger than they are. These shoes don't. In fact I feel kind of like an overgrown kid in them, which is not say they look like kids shoes. They are just very casual. I normally wear Sambas with jeans, but these are a nice change of pace and definitely more stylish.

great looking sneaker - Thought these sneakers looked great. These sneakers give you a dressy look with the comfort of sneakers. My feet are size 11 and these sneakers make my feet look smaller. Would love to get these in more colors, especeilly light colors for the spring.

Too Wide - I received these shoes today and though I really like the look, I don't think they will work for me and will be returning them. There is absolutely no arch support and it felt like it was wide width instead of medium.

Simple Sugar - I'm on my third pair of these shoes, the second in black. Though there is no arch support, the addition of my Dr. Scholl's tricomfort orthotics, along with medium-weight cushy socks makes Sugar every day, all day comfortably wearable. And they are much cuter than most walking-style black sneakers.

Simple Sugar Shoes - I purchased these shoes to wear while traveling through Europe. Overall, they are comfortable, but, even though wide, they sometimes make my toes feel tired. The shoe looks great with jeans.

Nice walking shoes. These are good walking shoes, and a bit dressier than wearing sneakers - highly recommended for travel outside the USA. A nice shoe at a good price.

Cute, retro look - This is a great looking retro sneaker-type shoe. I walked through an antiques fair for several hours in these and found them comfy. They don't have a very defined arch support, but performed well. They may run a little short, but I chose a 1/2 size and the next whole size up would have been too large.

Need to break these in a bit, but I like them so far - I bought these in anticipation of a trip to Europe this fall, and needed something stylish and comfortable for walking around. I think I need to work on breaking these in a bit...the sides ride up a bit around my ankles (that part seems a bit too tall) and perhaps I should have bought a size bigger, since I have a bunion on my left foot and that seems to rub and feel a bit narrow. Still crossing my fingers, though. I'm bringing a couple of backup pairs, just in case.

Just what I was looking for! This shoe is fun and stylish and doesn't have the feel of a regular clunky tennis shoe. It goes great with jeans and shorts too! I grew up loving Converse shoes and this has become my adult version!

Sugar - Comfortable, a little bit wider than other shoes but designed to be that way. I'd buy another pair.

Great Look - What a great look for a casual shoe/sneaker. Drawbacks are that it offers no arch support and runs a tad wide which can be offset by tying the laces tightly. Other than that quite comfortable.

A nice shoe to wear around doing errands. Lots of toe room. The heel cuff sits low on the ankle and feels awkward when first putting the shoe on, but this did not cause any abrasions or blisters.

Nice shoe - Good to find a shoe that doesn't look like clown shoes on my feet (size 11 in women’s). They kind of have a bowling shoe look from the back, but it's not that noticeable. Overall, I am happy with them.

Very Happy - I love this website. I have such a hard time finding shoes size five at the mall. These shoes were true to size and exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an alternative to the average tennis shoe.

Good basic shoe- This is a good basic comfortable shoe for jeans. It doesn't have the impact-absorption of a true walking or running shoe, but it's great for everyday wear. I use orthotic inserts because it doesn't have arch support.
