I love these boots! They are comfortable and warm! I tried wearing them with socks and the boots pull the socks down, so without socks they are great! I got them in a very short amount of time even when ordering over holidays. Thank you Zappos!

I always thought these were not very attractive shoes but I finally caved and bought a pair. I have basically lived in them since the day they arrived. The most comfortable shoes ever and they run about a 1/2 size big. Love them!

I love these boots! They keep your feet warm and they are so comfortable! I normally wear a 6 or 6 1/2 but in Uggs I always wear a size 5.

Everyone knows how great Uggs boots are. Zappos does an amazing job of getting them to you quickly and paying shipping charges. They also do exchanges in a snap, again paying all the shipping charges.

I placed an order for this exact boot with a discount store out of China. After waiting a month, I ordered the same boot from Zappos. I got the Zappos boot in about three days. I did finally receive the boot from China and was able to compare the two. The discount boot was poorly stitched, the lining wasn't as plush, the sole was thinner, and it just didn't fit as well. Even though both of the pairs had the UGG label, it was obvious that the quality was very poor on the one I ordered from China. I can't return them to China but decided to keep the Zappos boots because of the quality. It was hard because Zappos does have a great return policy but the boots that they sent were so much better than the others, I decided to give the others to a friend. The experience I had with Zappos has made me a believer though. I will never order another shoe anywhere else but Zappos. I love Zappos!

Got these for myself for Christmas and except for a couple of very snowy days have worn nothing else. I love them. I was a little worried ordering them a whole size smaller but they fit perfectly. I still can't believe I spent so much on a pair of boots but they are worth every penny!

I love UGGS. I have a closet full and still can't stop buying them. I wear an 8.5 so I bought them in an 8 and they fit perfectly. The navy color looks great with jeans tucked in...lengthens the leg. They can't be beat for comfort and are my go to shoe for running errands and grocery shopping. They're great for kicking around the house, too. I love wiggling my toes in them.

I love these boots. They are my favorite. They are great for winter weather. I have owned these for two years now and they hold up well. They are expensive but worth it. I have three pairs of Uggs, two tall classic and one classic short. I prefer the tall, they are more comfortable to me, plus I like to wear my jeans tucked into them. I wear a true 7½ and the 7 fit prefect. Uggs run big. Make sure you waterproof them with scotchguard or something similar it helps prevent the leather from staining.

Zappos is a first rate organization with the BEST customer service and support center. They were able to field a host of questions which other companies may deem annoying. Again, Zappos is undoubtedly the best of the best.

My wife loves her Ugg boots. She said they fit true to size and of course they are a trendy classic. This is a comfy boot with the feel of a slipper not a rugged boot.

I have bought my daughter several knock off brands of uggs and they just are not like the real thing! Great quality, warmth, and comfort. They roll to different lengths for stylish wears and other boots do not keep their shape the way uggs do when you roll them from length to length!

Uggs purchased for my daughter; this is the 4th pair; she loves them. She always orders a size smaller than her regular shoe size because she says they stretch.

I love my Uggs! A little pricey, but I have had some foot problems and back surgery recently and found that these boots are the most comfortable shoes I have been able to wear. Get a size smaller that you usually wear like they recommend and they should fit perfect. No socks, but the black ones will leave your feet stained with black dye for quite a while, but it washes off. Enjoy!
