These were a Christmas gift for a special young lady. She loved them. They were ordered very close to Christmas and as promised were delivered on time, in fact they were even delivered early. Can't beat that service with a stick, as the old saying goes. The shoes were as ordered and need I say the smile on her face when she opened them on Christmas morn was from ear to ear. Thank you very much for helping me to make this a special Christmas for a very special teenager, my daughter. Love y'all. I ordered these boots in the afternoon a few days before Christmas. They were there at my door that following day before 5 pm with standard free shipping. Unbelievable! Keep up the good work. I will recommend Zappos to anyone I know and already have. Thanks.

I love these boots more than anything! So very comfortable and go great with almost anything. I had wanted a pair forever, and finally splurged and purchased these. So glad I did!

So year after year every fall, winter and spring, sometimes summer too, I see millions of girls wearing UGGS. They were never all that attractive to me so I really didn't care about all the hype. Then I tried them on one day in a local store and fall in love. They are so beautiful and comfortable.I ordered mine in the chocolate and I love them so much they were so soft when I put them on I didn't want to take them off. Zappos like all other reviewers say have great customer service. Free over night shipping. So happy! I did go a full size down and the fit is perfect.

I am totally in love with my classic talls. I am a true 6.5 size in shoes, and the 6 is perfect for me. At first, they were a bit snug, but, as I was assured, they stretched after only a few wears and now fit me like a glove. They are especially great because they fit nicely around my calves. I have a slender build and the classic talls accommodate that. These boots are amazing.

I bought these for for teenage daughter for Xmas. This is her second pair and she loves them. If it weren't for changing seasons, they would never come off her feet. This shoe does run one full size large, so the 8 was perfect.

I ordered usual size rather than a size down as sometimes suggested. Yes, after fur mats there is more room but not too sloppy. Zappos has excellent customer service, free shipping, arrived the next day! Zappos has my business over any online retailer forever!

These boots are absolutely amazing. Completely comfortable and definitely feel like they are pillows made specifically for your feet. This is worth the price and the perfect gift for anybody.

Love these boots. I bought a pair for myself first, since I work in a very cold, drafty old building. This pair was for my daughter-in-law, who has really small feet and couldn't find her size anywhere else. I have also purchased a pair for my daughter, who is a bus driver, and her boots keep her nice and warm on cold mornings.

I can't believe how comfortable and warm these are! I have the slippers and love them for around the house. These are going to be wonderful for outside on these cold winter days!

These boots are great! They are warm and comfortable and the color is perfect with jeans and just about anything. My daughter is sporty and has a wide foot and she loves these boots!

I bought this boot for my granddaughter for Christmas. She asked that I get them a size smaller, as they run large. She was ecstatic and they looked darling on her. Everything does. What can I say? She's my grand kid! They are really good and comfy (I tried them on) and I think that I'm going to get some to wear in the home. Actually, I am going to order some as well. It's an extremely cold winter with snow and ice. I'll let all of you grannies out there, who adore Zappos, how they are! I have three Golden Retrievers with whom I walk around the farm here and we play and train. I'll give you their opinions as well. Grans wear Uggs too and look hot, but not as hot as their grand kids! Well, this is my first product review, and Zappos along with Ugg have made it possible! Here's the skinny, it was a week before Christmas, I had ordered my daughter Ugg boots from an internet site -- twice -- and gotten had by both sites! They tapped my bank account but I never got the boots! So I called Zappos, spoke to an awesome rep who guaranteed that I would receive the boots! Thank God for Zappos! I did get the boots the next day! I swear! Now, back to the boot review...they are so sturdy and yet so cozy! Ugg quality is unmatched by its competitors! We have had several Aeropostale and American Eagle boots that don't fit, wear, or even look as great as the Uggs! Do yourself the favor and splurge! You too can see what I mean!

My feet are in heaven! This boot is flattering, warm and cozy! I ordered a size smaller per the recommendation and the fit is perfect.

These are wonderful for keeping my feet cozy and warm out in the cold of winter. I especially like the versatility: you can wear them tall or fold it over for something different. I like that these do not have arch support because I'm trying to be more low to the ground (yes, the whole barefoot movement - and strengthening your foot muscles, as opposed to letting them atrophy in shoes - is appealing to me).

I've had these for about 4 years now. Still the warmest and most comfortable boots I've ever owned. I love getting to wear these every year when the weather turns cooler. I don't wear socks. Kind of defeats the purpose of the cozy interior. Never had any issues with smelly boots either. I did buy the kit that cleans them, deodorizes them, etc. Worth the money. I also made sure when they were new to spray them with the liquid in that kit. Wore them a few times in the rain and they have held up very well! Oh, and one more thing - I usually wear a 9 and I bought these in a 7! Perfect fit though.

Love these shoes. They fit perfectly and keep my feet very, very warm. Best part is being basically barefoot, no pinching, never too tight, just a great pair of boots!

I finally got the real Uggs, and they are really cute and super soft, I am hoping they stretch out more around my ankles and I had tried a larger size and it still felt tight around my ankles maybe due to my high arch? I am a size 6½ and ordered a 6, but seeing all the reviews they will stretch a little.
