My daughter loves these boots, but more importantly, I loved the service Zappos provided when we needed to exchange for a larger size. (By the way, I found that going down a half size as recommended to not work for us.) Customer Service was courteous and prompt and we had her new boots the same day we shipped out the smaller ones. I purchased a similar item from another source thinking I would save some money, and had the same sizing problem. One month later, I am still waiting for the replacement. Oh, and it cost me $30 in shipping back and forth. Next time it's Zappos.

I have had numerous pairs of Uggs, but not a lot of the Classics. I decided to get a pair of the tall Classics in Chestnut, and I was disappointed. They seemed to be cut oddly small in the calves. I do not have large calves by any means, but these were very tight on me. I also thought they ran smaller in size as well. I normally take a 7 in the Classics, but I had to take my regular size 8 in these.

This is a great boot for an Ugg's first timer or as a replacement. My wife wears her Uggs without socks. Even in freezing tempatures. The clean stylish look compliments both casual and sports attire. In a time where fraud is oiut of control, you can trust that Zappo's is selling the real deal. There service reps are great and delivery is quick. Thanks for getting me everything I ordered on time.

I was very satisfied with the service and the boots I purchased. They were a Christmas gift for my daughter, and I think she's worn them every day since she got them. The service was quick and free. I would highly recommend Zappos to other customers.

For a long time, I resisted getting Uggs, but now I am kicking myself for it! I recently purchased the Ugg Classic Tall in black, and they are fantastic! I am a teacher and they feel great on my feet all day long. They are comfy, cozy and cute! I usually wear a size 10.5/11, but, after much debate, I kept a size 9 Uggs. The 10's slipped in the heel and the 9's were like a glove. They are starting to give a little bit, so I would definitely recommend going down a size. Get them and you won't be sorry!

I ordered my Uggs the day before Christmas Eve and they were on my doorstep on Christmas eve around 4pm. I was amazed! Everyone was asking me if I did rush delivery, and I told them "No! Zappos is just that good!" Product is just what I wanted and I love it. Thanks Zappos!

I found that though the footbed was wide enough the tall calf portion was narrower and therefore hard to get on. The workmanship and materials of the Uggs are excellent. Only wish they had fit.

I think it's a consensus that everyone loves Zappos - the great customer service, and super fast shipping. Love shopping with Zappos! I got these Uggs in chocolate for my mom. She has tiny size 5 feet, maybe even 4.5, but the shoes felt really snug with all the fluff inside. They were perfect barefeet, but with socks, she struggled with putting them on. She thought maybe a size 6 would fit better, but these shoes apparently run a size big. So we kept with the 5's. I also found out on the Uggs website that these shoes are meant to be worn barefeet as the sheepskin wicks away moisture. My mom's been wearing the shoes for about a month now and, as others have noted, they're starting to get a little roomier as the fluff dies down. Glad we went with the size down. Thanks to all the reviewers.

Zappos saved Christmas for me. A week or two before Christmas I went to order a pair of UGG Classic Tall, brown boots for my daughter only to find out they were back ordered until after Christmas. About 2 days before Christmas I checked Zappos and they had the boots available in the size and color I needed. I placed the order and had them at my door the next day, shipping was free. This was a fantastic experience with Zappos. Thank You!

I was so thankful to find these boots! I have a rare nerve disorder making it almost impossible to find shoes or boots, and these Uggs are amazingly comfortable! I wish they were a little wider at the instep where the seam is, because I am between a M and W, and these only come in a M width. (I tried going up a size, but they were only longer and wider in the foot, not the seam/instep.) They stretched out a little after a brief break in period, which helped. I sometimes wear them around the house when other shoes hurt my feet. They even keep me warm running errands in a cold Minnesota winter. Love Uggs. Love Zappos. 'Nuff said.
