This is the 3rd pr of Uggs I got from Zappos. Love 'em! I ordered them on Tuesday at 2pm and received them on Wednesday. It can't get no better than that!

My daughter loves her Uggs and the quality can't be beat. Pricey but well worth the cost.

My daughter normally wears a size 10 and I read several reviews about Uggs that said to order a size smaller so I did and a size 9 was perfect!

These are amazing boots - the warmest I've ever had! Since I wear an 8.5 regular shoe, I first ordered the size 8, but then returned those for a size 7 and they fit perfectly. Zappos was fantastic - I ordered on a Monday morning and had my boots in hand Tuesday PM. When I called that night for the exchange, I had the new pair next day again - all with free shipping! Their customer service alone was worth the purchase! I would like to buy another pair of Uggs next season, and it will definitely be from Zappos!

My niece asked for only these boots for Christmas. I ordered them and they came in 3 days (not the 5 Zappos had predicted) and were fabulous. My niece has been wearing them pretty much straight since Christmas. She lives in Maine so the warmth they provide are perfect for her.

I was very pleased with my order from Zappos. I ordered two pair of UGG boots one for each daughter. It was during the Christmas rush and they came in about 4 days. Great boots and Zappos service was terrific. Ordered them for my daughter for Christmas after I couldn't find her size locally. Placed the order late one night and they were on my porch the next day! With no shipping charge. Unbelievable!

I love these boots. I normally wear a size 8 but ordered 1 size smaller per UGG description. They fit great. Very warm and worth the price. I have other boots of no name brands and they don't compare to UGG. Would highly recommend.

Zappos is the best company to deal with. You order it one day, it is there the next! If you don't like it, back it goes, without any cost to you. Truly a joy to work with.

My daughter loves these boots. Very basic but comfortable and easy to slide off and on.

These boots are so comfortable I wear them almost all day, every day! I bought them for my sister, myself, and my two daughters. My 8-year old put them on and said, "Ah, they feel like heaven!" I wear a 5 in women and bought the 5 in youth and they fit perfectly (and I saved money). Very stylish with jeans and leggings.

I ordered my shoes Sunday night and got it delivered on Tuesday. Its my first pair of Uggs and I love it. They're so comfortable I wear them without socks and they keep my feet warm.

I got these in grey. They are a neutral color, not my favorite out of all the Ugg colors but they are very comfortable as all my Uggs are.

This is my second pair of the Classic Tall Uggs and I absolutely love them. I have wide feet and normally wear an 8.5 but these fit perfectly in an 8. They are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn!

Fast shipping, great boot. I absolutely love them planning to purchase a second for my birthday in February. I wear size 10; purchased size 9 as instructed in sizing. Great fit once broken in.

With 3 daughters in college, these boots are the latest addition to our Ugg collection, and they are perfect. The Classic (tall and short) run a little large, so we ordered a size 7 instead of 8. I have wanted a pair of Uggs for years and my dear in-laws bought me a pair for Christmas this year. I just love them. They are so cozy and warm that I don't want to take them off. I didn't want to spend this much money on boots, but so far I think it's worth it.
