I found that though the footbed was wide enough the tall calf portion was narrower and therefore hard to get on. The workmanship and materials of the Uggs are excellent. Only wish they had fit.

I think it's a consensus that everyone loves Zappos - the great customer service, and super fast shipping. Love shopping with Zappos! I got these Uggs in chocolate for my mom. She has tiny size 5 feet, maybe even 4.5, but the shoes felt really snug with all the fluff inside. They were perfect barefeet, but with socks, she struggled with putting them on. She thought maybe a size 6 would fit better, but these shoes apparently run a size big. So we kept with the 5's. I also found out on the Uggs website that these shoes are meant to be worn barefeet as the sheepskin wicks away moisture. My mom's been wearing the shoes for about a month now and, as others have noted, they're starting to get a little roomier as the fluff dies down. Glad we went with the size down. Thanks to all the reviewers.

These Uggs were absolutely beautiful. My granddaughter loves them, and perfect fit. No shipping charge, can not beat that. Still purchasing products, that should tell you plenty. I feel safe so far using my credit card with them. Thanks Zappos.

I have purchased several lower priced versions of these boots and they don't even compare! These are the most comfortable boots! Mad that I waited to buy them. I love them. And Zappos quick delivery with guaranteed return made the purchase so easy!

Zappos saved Christmas for me. A week or two before Christmas I went to order a pair of UGG Classic Tall, brown boots for my daughter only to find out they were back ordered until after Christmas. About 2 days before Christmas I checked Zappos and they had the boots available in the size and color I needed. I placed the order and had them at my door the next day, shipping was free. This was a fantastic experience with Zappos. Thank You!

I was so thankful to find these boots! I have a rare nerve disorder making it almost impossible to find shoes or boots, and these Uggs are amazingly comfortable! I wish they were a little wider at the instep where the seam is, because I am between a M and W, and these only come in a M width. (I tried going up a size, but they were only longer and wider in the foot, not the seam/instep.) They stretched out a little after a brief break in period, which helped. I sometimes wear them around the house when other shoes hurt my feet. They even keep me warm running errands in a cold Minnesota winter. Love Uggs. Love Zappos. 'Nuff said.

These were a Christmas gift for a special young lady. She loved them. They were ordered very close to Christmas and as promised were delivered on time, in fact they were even delivered early. Can't beat that service with a stick, as the old saying goes. The shoes were as ordered and need I say the smile on her face when she opened them on Christmas morn was from ear to ear. Thank you very much for helping me to make this a special Christmas for a very special teenager, my daughter. Love y'all. So year after year every fall, winter and spring, sometimes summer too, I see millions of girls wearing UGGS. They were never all that attractive to me so I really didn't care about all the hype. Then I tried them on one day in a local store and fall in love. They are so beautiful and comfortable.I ordered mine in the chocolate and I love them so much they were so soft when I put them on I didn't want to take them off. Zappos like all other reviewers say have great customer service. Free over night shipping. So happy! I did go a full size down and the fit is perfect.

I am totally in love with my classic talls. I am a true 6.5 size in shoes, and the 6 is perfect for me. At first, they were a bit snug, but, as I was assured, they stretched after only a few wears and now fit me like a glove. They are especially great because they fit nicely around my calves. I have a slender build and the classic talls accommodate that. These boots are amazing.

I bought these for for teenage daughter for Xmas. This is her second pair and she loves them. If it weren't for changing seasons, they would never come off her feet. This shoe does run one full size large, so the 8 was perfect.

I ordered usual size rather than a size down as sometimes suggested. Yes, after fur mats there is more room but not too sloppy. Zappos has excellent customer service, free shipping, arrived the next day! Zappos has my business over any online retailer forever!
