Love my new Uggs! I had an old pair of the classic Shorts that were just worn out, and wanted to go with the bit taller boot this time. I'm very happy with them. I can always roll the top down if I don't want them as high. When deciding on size, remember that Uggs start a bit snug and do stretch over time. But, don't get them uncomfortably tight, and the length should feel close to right, they don't stretch too much lengthwise. I probably would be a perfect 9 1/4...I sometimes wear a 9, other times a 9 1/2. Bought the size 9 Uggs and they are just right. The charcoal grey is a true grey, and a wonderful neutral color.

Very fast shipping! Would order from Zappos in the future! I normally wear a size 8.5 or 9 but I ordered the 7 and it fits nice. In the past I bought a size 8 in this shoes and it stretched and became too big where my foot would slip around while walking.

I bought these navy Uggs for my 13 year old daughter as a Christmas present and she absolutely loves them! No one else in her school has this color, and they go with everything in her wardrobe.

We have purchased these boots 2 years in a row for my daughter because she loves the comfort and the classic style that goes with everything. The fit expands with wear so start with a snug fit. They hold up extremely well with everyday wear. Highly recommended.

I owned a pair of Bear Paw boots before I got these and they were uncomfortable and heavy. For that reason, I never really thought of spending so much money on a pair of Uggs. My husband got me these and I love them! They are super comfy and light and very flexible as well. They are meant to be worn without socks, which I didn't think was a good idea, until I tried it. They feel great and your feet will not sweat in them. You can also wear thin socks if you like, but I have worn them without socks for up to 5 hours and my feet were comfy and dry. I am a true size 7 but I bought a size 6 as suggested and glad I did. They fit perfectly!

These are my second pair of Uggs. I have the classic short and love these, too! They are very comfortable and look great. I do find that they have a very tight fit around the calf and my calves are slender. My skinny jeans do fit in, but someone with a bit wider calf may experience difficulty getting them over their jeans. They probably will give a bit with wear.

I ordered a size smaller as others indicated. I'm glad I did. They fit perfect. Zappos sent these out overnight shipping at no extra charge. They must know we just can't wait. Thanks!

My daughter loved this boot! Unfortunately, it didn't fit, but Zappos made this the easiest return ever! The next day we had the right size and we were all smiling!

These are the best boots I've ever owned. They're comfy, warm, and a great cold weather boot. Not the best if you're looking to trample through the snow. I find them a bit slippery sometimes. I usually wear a 6, ordered a 7 as I've found with my other Uggs one size up is best. Wear without socks and your feet are in heaven!

My daughter loves these boots, but more importantly, I loved the service Zappos provided when we needed to exchange for a larger size. (By the way, I found that going down a half size as recommended to not work for us.) Customer Service was courteous and prompt and we had her new boots the same day we shipped out the smaller ones. I purchased a similar item from another source thinking I would save some money, and had the same sizing problem. One month later, I am still waiting for the replacement. Oh, and it cost me $30 in shipping back and forth. Next time it's Zappos.

Love my Uggs! I exchanged them from another pair of boots that I got and they sent them to me the next day! These are the classics and I will always be a classic fan. Comfy and super warm!

I have had numerous pairs of Uggs, but not a lot of the Classics. I decided to get a pair of the tall Classics in Chestnut, and I was disappointed. They seemed to be cut oddly small in the calves. I do not have large calves by any means, but these were very tight on me. I also thought they ran smaller in size as well. I normally take a 7 in the Classics, but I had to take my regular size 8 in these.

Bought these for my daughter after looking for these locally with no luck. She loves them. Received them next day...awesome.

This is the second pair for my daughter which she loves. They keep her feet warm and dry. This is great for Upstate NY winters.

This is a great boot for an Ugg's first timer or as a replacement. My wife wears her Uggs without socks. Even in freezing tempatures. The clean stylish look compliments both casual and sports attire. These particular Ugg's must run true to size. I ordered a size smaller as the website suggested and they were too small. I now need to order a size 8.

For a long time, I resisted getting Uggs, but now I am kicking myself for it! I recently purchased the Ugg Classic Tall in black, and they are fantastic! I am a teacher and they feel great on my feet all day long. They are comfy, cozy and cute! I usually wear a size 10.5/11, but, after much debate, I kept a size 9 Uggs. The 10's slipped in the heel and the 9's were like a glove. They are starting to give a little bit, so I would definitely recommend going down a size. Get them and you won't be sorry!

I ordered my Uggs the day before Christmas Eve and they were on my doorstep on Christmas eve around 4pm. I was amazed! Everyone was asking me if I did rush delivery, and I told them "No! Zappos is just that good!" Product is just what I wanted and I love it. Thanks Zappos!
